I had a deluxe manicure and pedicure on Thursday and by Friday afternoon the manicure started peeling. I’ve never experienced my gel manicure peel and lift so quickly. I’ve been coming to this Primark beauty studio for a couple years so I was quite disappointed this time. My pedicure is still fresh and as new - no issues with this. Can’t say the same for the manicure.

I don't recommend. I went last week to Primark Studio Birmingham to get my nails done for my holidays and after 2 days my nails were chipped and the gel started to fall off. Also the service is very impersonal. It's my second try and I'll never come back again.

Truly awful salon. I booked an appointment for my nails with Amani and was told on the day that my appointment was with someone else. I’d booked time off work and got a taxi into town, no one notified me of the change. I was told it was an error on the booking system, seems to be a recurring problem with this place. They told me to come back another day. They’ve recently had a staff turnover and the new members are unhelpful, unprofessional and simply incompetent. Would not recommend.

I would highly recommend Rawr Beauty. I come herevat least one a month and have been going for a while now. The staff are amazing and go above and beyond. I always get my lash lifted & tinted and eyebrows threaded & tinted. I usually have Salma & Reshma doing these. I have also recently had the BIAB too. My nails are growing well from the BIAB and when threaded my eyebrows don't hurt. They are both so lovely, give the best service, give me good advice on what I should to look after my lashes etc and are very helpful as they give me recommendations and are great to chat to. They always give me the best service and as you can see below they provide me the best results. I also have had my hair dyed by Jasvir. She was also very helpful and gave me recommendations. She did a fantastic job on my hair too as seen below. Overall would highly recommend and the prices are fair too.

Visited today while here from australia and they are some of the best nails I have ever had! I got biab manicure with french and they look amazing, she was so thorough with my cuticles and the shape ensuring it was perfect and it was a very reasonable price too, very happy I noticed the salon while browsing primark!

My daughter had a biab treatment and her cuticles were left sore and bleeding and a week later we still haven't received a response from the company Edit* emailed as requested and gave a contact number;3 days later someone phoned my daughter on a totally different number and as she suffers badly with anxiety she couldn't speak to them and gave the person my mobile number which I don't use. I emailed again specifically requesting that they contact me on the number that was given to them ( gave my contact number again) received what I perceived to be a sarcastic email back asking to confirm my contact number! Really not happy with customer service at all.

Big thanks to Salma! She did my nail gel today . Shes so patient, attentive to details, and made sure i was happy with the colour and results. Thanks for the wonderful manicure and experience today xx

I had an amazing experience with Gurbaksh (Gurbs), who did my eyebrows which was wonderful. Absolutely Pain free. She is very friendly and polite. She is very good in her work!!!! I would definitely recommend. Thanks ☺️

Pretty good nail extensions. They’ve lasted well. Although they weren’t the design I asked for, (I asked for cat eye on a black base and gold glitter on a black base on my ring fingers), they were two of the colours I suggested and I still liked them. I booked in advance but I didn’t need to as the place was very quiet. Price paid for full gel extensions £45. Photo is my nails after 3 weeks.

Had a great experience, my stylist was soo lovely + professional & made sure I was comfortable with the style before the appointment. I want to say a huge thankyou to her as she really went out her way & styled my hair well, as well as knowing my hair and scalp needs. I will definitely be recommending to family + friends!

I went in the lady who did my hair did it great. However the lady who did my eyebrows waxed the lower part of one of the brows and proceeds to go “oops sorry” and did not even try to fix it. When i asked she just kept plucking away more so i had to tell her to stop. Hair was fine brows were not.

Today visited Primark Beauty Studio by Rawr Express Birmingham, had a lovely experience with Rosina. She did an amazing job with my hair, was very attentive and kind. She demonstrated a great skill and really good costumer care. Full trust on Rosina service. Thank you 🙏🏼

Gurbakhsh has magical hands! I only travel to primark beauty studio from Tamworth because I trust her with my brows! I thought it was gonna be super hard to find a place like this, because I just moved to the uk earlier this year, but I keep coming back I really recommended 👌

I was recommended to go to the Primark branch in Birmingham, Rawr beauty. Unfortunately my experience here was not good. I needed my gel nails removed, cut and varnished. Simple task in my opinion. The lady started removing my gel by sanding it down with the electrical tool however she caught my skin several times giving me slight burns, I ignored this although it did hurt. She then filed my nails down to a very odd shape, neither square or circular, my hands were still dusty and without cutting down my cuticles or treating my nails she started applying the varnish, I was rather confused because 1st the colour SHE picked was not what I had asked for, I asked for a nude pink and she applied milky white, I thought okay guess that's what I'm getting then, but the painting was scruffy and blotchy due to not cleaning the dust away m, she caught my skin and even messed up one nail causing her to remove it and start again. At this point I had given up and knew I'm going to have to remove as soon as I got home. She made me sit with my hands in the dryer and went on her break, her colleague came over after 20mins to say that the lady in charge will advise me when to remove my hands, another 15mins and I knew it was dry but the lady in charge just sat at her desk and didn't even pay any attention so I got up to leave myself. At the counter I explained I wasn't really happy with my nails as you could see the transparency and untidiness, she just stared at me and asked me to tap my card which I did and she said thanks and turned around, at this point I knew it was my queue to leave. She didnt offer to fix the problem or anything, simply a gentle way of saying get out. Awful service, awful nails, paid for the same result you would get from a child, not a trained beautician. Waste of time, waste of money.
