✈️ Airport: One of the only paid lounge options available in Addis Ababa. Entrance fee is U$30 per person and has a time limit of 5hours. (The details seems to vary a little and go up to U$40 per person, for 4hours use). The food was ok. Not terrible. Not fantastic. The drinks were standard and this fee excludes any alcoholic purchases. The lounge is a bit grubby but not dirty. The staff are helpful. This lounge is more of a self service style lounge. The WiFi is slow and intermittent but provides basic connectivity. There are not really any other options as far as dining or lounge facilities. For the most part, this lounge provides an adequate and comfortable space between flights. ⭐️2.8 stars

Everyone has to be good for this restaurant. Very expensive and poor service staff. Very bad buffet food ordered drinking water The lid for drinking water was opened. Paying through the card swipe machine. 3 machines, but the machine has already cut the payment The employee said that the money had not been cut from the card. So I went to withdraw money at an ATM to pay for food for 2 people 2900Ethiopia I came to check my phone balance. was warned that the food had already been paid I paid for food twice. I feel like I'm going to be a scammer.

Despite its name, and indeed the use of their logo, this lounge apparently has nothing to do with the Plaza Premium company and is not in their lounge network. As such, a Priority Pass card will not get you in, unlike the rest of their (actual) network. That in itself is highly unprofessional, and is a discredit to the entire airport authority. Despite having been only a few months old when I stopped by the facility was already showing signs of wear and tear.

This lounge is very highly organized. All the waiters are well mannered and friendly staffs.The place is very great I never expected that I would get such an amazing service in Addis Ababa. This place is in a good location. I like the ground beef pizza very much it is so yummy. Lastly I would like to thank the waiter whose name is Askual Fiseha who serves me with respect and smile on her face she is so humble she deserve a reward also she can be an example of hardworker and great waiter. Thank you for the great service.

This plaza premium lounge may be good for a paid stay inside the lounge. But services outside the lounge are so slow and no effort is being made to make things better, despite the attractive ambience. Plan to sit here when you have lots of time before your flight.

Best lounge in African airports. You can use Dragon Pass to get in. Staff is really friendly.

One of a kind buffet restaurant right in the Addis Ababa Bole International Airport departure terminal gates A security check-in. The convenience of eating what you want is a relief. However, the services can be better organized and improved when it comes to payment and serving. Very welcoming and helpful attendants. I love the idea of the facilities which include an open sitting area and inner one with some traditional Ethiopian food setup on offer with a beautifully dressed in traditional wear at your service. Big TV screens mounted to stream some live events like football. Note also that the buffet has limited choice of foods with only one course fruit dessert and a bottle of soft drink: Lasagna, spinat, tasty fried rice, assorted meat, chicken, spaghetti, server assorted fruit dessert etc. If you want pastries, you have to pay extra for it. Meanwhile the cost of USD$30 as pretty on a high side.

Food is fine but otherwise fails on most things a lounge needs to be. Very poor value for money- very few charging points, limited seating, glaring bright lighting, not very clean toilets, alcohol not included but charged as if it is.

Essen war super. Allerdings werden Laute Familien nicht zur Ruhe gebracht. Hier sitzt eine Großfamilie mit selbst mitgebrachten Essen und stört alle anderen Reisenden.

Not worth it, wifi barely works, food is less than average and they don't stop letting people in even when it's at capacity so it's constantly busy and loud. Save your money and sit in the terminal, experience is the same.

Terrible service combined with high pricing for food. The dishes we ordered was fish and chips soaked in fat and the pizza without any taste. Not worth to pay that price, guests should better consider a longer waiting time including some payment issues when paying with credit card.

Giving this lounge 2 stars because the people who work here are very kind and patient, and the lackluster vibe of this lounge is not their fault. However, this lounge is out of eggs at breakfast time, alcohol is not included in the access package, they are out of chicken, and salad, and half the menu. They can’t make mimosas. There was absolutely no benefit or luxury to coming inside this lounge versus staying outside in the rest of the airport. My advice- if you are used to delta or Centurion or any other premium lounges- do yourself a favor and skip this one. Waste of time.

Every time 5USD more expensive and the food and service is just worsening. If it was possible they managed to make the food even more tasteless and cheap. I think this will be the last time. It does not benefit you anymore. Rather go sit at Burger King or some other restaurant.

The place is one huge scam. Overpriced and the food is below par and to top it off they insist that customers have to pay in either dollars or euros so they intentionally disable the PDW so that cards do not run. It was a terrible experience, I would suggest you avoid it altogether.

Terrible service and food was cold when served. They will claim that their connection is down so you pay cash in USD or Euro, while you see some customers miraculously paying with credit card. The football they are showing is not worth it.
