This is a well managed place and you'll find a comfy environment to have rest. Foods are good.

After arrival on the red eye from Frankfurt the GoldStar Lounge was a welcome retreat. The lounge is larger than expected and will recommend this location. Food was a mix of local and European buffet for breakfast. Coffee was great. There is a childrens area and a smoking lounge for those still in need. Beer and wine are available.

This is where the business class ticket holders also the Sheba and Cloud 9 members relax and chill before boarding. It is fairly spacious but can look full. A prayer 🙏 room, massage 💆‍♀️ room, toilet 🚻, a couple of restaurants and a full bar 🍸 are some of what is available here. Clean and cool, you can also nod off here but don't expect to be called for boarding. You can also charge your mobile devices or connect to the WiFi to read your emails 📧 or text messages. It is also wheelchair ♿ friendly.

Kind of a nightmare of a lounge atmosphere. One huge space with bright LED lighting (even late at night) and many, many guests playing movies and music and facetiming ON SPEAKERPHONE, kids running around unattended and screaming, screetchy chairs on floors, and guests yelling for each other across the room. It's just as loud and crowded as the main airport. Complementary food and drink service is great and staff works hard to keep it clean and organized, but the clientele is disrespectful and messy. I think that changing the space or layout, adjusting the lighting, and signage discouraging speakerphones might help change some behavior.

Pretty okay food options, spacious enough that you don’t feel crowded, somewhat dirty bathrooms with broken fixtures, inattentive check-in staff.
