Massage is ok. Moroccan bath not the greatest. Staff is friendly and service is good. But not the most relaxing space.

I myself professional beauty therapists and ramidial massage therapist, I don't have good experience with soreti wellness and spa . Stem room not warm which Supposed to be ready Befor clients arrive as I booked 24 hours prior , even though the therapists she is nice and friendly not experienced enough for this amount of money. I'm not going back. Not recommend OVER PRICE !

Soreti is one of the best spas in town. They offer wax, mani-pedi, haircut and hairstyle, facial treatment, massages, moroccan bath services. I am very impressed by the waxing services: very gentle and cautious. The pedi and moroccan bath are ok but they should communicate more when they leave you.

I asked for blond kind of highlights just in the bottom of my hair and I got full platine hair with some red shades they clearly ruined my hair. And when I asked for the owners number they started avoiding giving it to me one thing to say the worst experience ever. on top of that when I started getting mad the girl who did my hair told me “your bothering me” 0 respect 0 talent and no even a sorry

The place and the people are nice but they are not professional at all. They charge a 5 star price and give you a 2 star service. The stuff need a professional training. Me and my 2 friends went to have a nice day spa together. Little did we know we were at the wrong place to have a nice day. So I got manicure , pedicure and my hair done. I literally went the next day to a different place and had to get it done again ( all of it)with the fraction of the price with much better results. It’s a shame for such a nice place to be wasted like this. would not go again or recommend it to anybody.

Got my hair braided by Hareg and had a wonderful experience. She was attentive, fast and gave me really clean parts. Would recommend!

The worst service in town. I wouldn't recommend this place for any kind of service. They are super slow accommodated with very poor management. They are not willing to help each other they prefer to stand by there station and congregate so sorry for those who come here and recommend this place to others.

Professional Morocco Bath. Very well trained staff I mean they know what they are doing. My skin can speak for it self.

The place looks ok but very poor and disorganized management. If you are looking for efficiency, I wouldn’t recommend.

Worst Moroccan Bath of my life. I have waited for 30 minutes, the bath was ugly, too small and cold. The service was the poorest I have ever had and the person in charge wasn’t involved at all. I saw on the website different steps for the Moroccan bath and I haven’t been through any of it (and it took 45minutes (where I was mainly alone in the steam) instead of 1h30 as written on the website). All the staff seems sad and don’t care about the customers. Furthermore, I found out that the woman stole 100 Birr from my wallet.

Just had a fantastic massage at Soreti, really needed. Good atmosphere, comfortable location, considerate and friendly staff. Always worth a visit when in Addis. Worth ringing ahead and booking as it can get busy.

I have been to this Spa many times over years tried many things like Morocco Bath special was amazing experience special the on e with fruits and Oats Love it and recommend it .. do my nails and it was good tried hair cut and highlighted my hair turns out very good and recommended the place to friends and Family but Now days reservations and bookings become difficult as the mobile is switched off

Go somewhere else!!! Customer service is horrible!! I called 3-4 hours early and since its 3 people they said we can’t make appointment and they only have 5:00pm available and we told them we are on our way and we will show up! After we show up no welcoming or greeting and after one lady greet us and told us to seat for 20 mins they let us know they not available and thats when we ask for update! Very unprofessional and inconsiderate of people time! As much as we need to relax they ruined our day and plan and this is not acceptable! Never again!

Soreti used to be too good when I went three yrs ago but now not that much. My hair ironed went bad within two days it used to stay two weeks. Front desk used to be good specially there is young lady she needs to learn how to serve customers politely she has no polite. Idn the name but she’s youngest one was very rude I was almost canceling service. Please improve to have quality service so we continue to come and recommend your service The guy was good with iron Washing is ok nail work is ok But iron ladies three times didn’t do good job. Pls fix if possible.

I went there just to make a gray cover for half part of my frontal hair with regular hair color which i brought myself, it was simple that anyone can do it and it was such disappointing that 1st of all they make it as a very big deal, 2ndly they've wasted my time for almost half an hour to assigning me a person among all thoes plenty staffs, finally i choose to go to another salon which they made it fastly before my flight.

They used to be the best but not anymore. I gave them a natural colored Weg & asked them to black it as my hair & put some clips on it. so I came after 2 or 3 days to found out my Weg still the same & they claimed the guy colored it so after arguing I ended up paying half of the price coz they insisted & they said it gonna be fixed by colored “ damage “ it again so I refused. & Now I found my half Weg is un clipped. I usually don’t review anything unless something happened to me different timing.

Let me say I’m a fan of this place. I’ve been going to them since 2017. They are literally the first place I go to soon as I land in Addis. The service they provide is unmatched in Addis. So professional and the service they provide will never disappoint you. I can honestly say I’ve never left this place unhappy.

I have been a fan of this place but not anymore. The reception is fine but can never give you an exact time for appointment anymore - minimum waiting time is 10-15 minutes on a not busy day. Unless you get service from Yemisrach, Selam or Desta then it's a no go. Had the worst manicure and shellak experience I have ever had with Martha. Not recommended!!

The Swedish massage was excellent. The masseuse was attentive to my needs throughout the process. The manicure is a little over-priced, hence the one-star deduction.

I really enjoyed my experience and definitely recommend this place! I got a mani pedi, full body wax, a Swedish massage & a facial. Enjoyed everything! Staff are very friendly and professional & the place is clean & nice :) Location could be a bit tricky so keep your Maps open.

The spa has this cozy feeling that I like but they luck organization. I changed a room(steam) three times for different reasons. And its expensive for the service they provide. There are places with better service and a cheaper price.

I can say this is the best place to get waxed . They got hard wax and paper for different area. I can say I have the least painful experience in there. The staff are nice and thought full. If you want wax service this is your place P.s If you don’t know anyone in there Yemiserach is your girl

Use to be a fan, not any more! Worst customer service ever and if you want a booked appointment dont think about it as they will tell you its not booked or booked for the wrong time. And you think the staff would be willing to help and fix this type of issue but no they rather mess up your spa day and tell you its your fault for booking an appointment. Ridiculous!!

Waited for over 2 hours and ended up leaving without getting my hair done. They don't know how to handle customers at all and they pick which client goes first without regard for appointments.

I would have to say soreti is one of the best spas in Addis. The place itself is beautifully decorated with spacious and comfortable seats, the receptionist and all the stuff were super friendly and very helpful. I went for the wax and massage and both met my expectations and more.

If I could give zero stars I would! Alas I’ll give one. Apparently there are no appointments, so it’s first come first serve. Fine, however next in line is picked randomly and after waiting for nearly 45 minutes while at least six people (who arrived after me) were next, I finally asked what’s going on. Clearly there has been a random selection and also from the receptionist a mix up made (she admitted it afterwards). After checking with the salon they proposed to me to wait another 45 minutes. This is not acceptable and worst service ever. Happened now twice to me at this place. Won’t come back and also won’t recommend to my network anymore!
