The building manager threatened to detain me and submerge me in a water tank somewhere in the basement. My offense, taking a photo of a restaurant I was enjoying to later write them a positive review. He and his staff should do better. Also, no power for the elevator lift or escalator making it difficult for anyone with a disability to enter the building.
