This place was so much fun and worth every penny. The staff were amazing. There was one particular employee who saw my daughter getting nervous on the high ropes and was up there within seconds calming her down, making her laugh and getting her comfortable. He supported her the whole time she was up there. I was so impressed with the staff. We can't wait to go again.

Great place to go to wear the kids out!!! Pizza, pretzels and even beer is served here.

This place is 100% kid central for those days when your kiddos can't be outside but they have a TON of energy to burn. There are several climbing walls with cute themes, a multi level padded obstacle course, a rope-and-steel climbing area that includes a zipline high above the room, lazer tag, bumper cars (some of them are a sort of gyroscope car that goes upside down), a really nice snack area, video games, party rooms, and more. It's a lot to take in but, like I said, if you have energetic kids, they're gonna love this place!!

Lovely place. Kids had so much fun. Would have gotten 5 stars if they had a layout where parent's sitting area was by the door. Parents could relax knowing that their kids can't leave the premises without us seeing.

Climbzone is a great indoor activity for children and adults. I love the walls because of the different themes and different levels. I love pretending to be a firefighter and rescuing cats or exploring the 50 states America has. I also love the ropes course because you can practice balancing and being up high. Climbzone is a great way to do exercise and have fun. A few days ago when I went and the staff put on my harness, they were kind of confused because they're used to seeing only kids climbing and not grownups. If Climbzone was closer to my house I'd go a little more often.

We went on a Sunday afternoon and it surprisingly didn't feel crowded! Our kids easily spent 3 hours here and could have stayed longer if they hadn't worn themselves out so much! We bought the Everest Pass which though pricy felt worth it with everything it included - 3 bumper car rides, 2 laser tag games, 1 high ropes course etc. I do wish the arcade area was priced better. Games range from $2 to $4, so the $10 play card included in the Everest Pass was emptied in minutes. In the end we had $1.50 left on our card and couldn't use it for anything...unless we'd add another $10 to the card...

Don’t book birthday parties there. Why? They managed it so poorly and they were so unreasonable and scary. Every kid only got 1 turn, at each attraction (bumper car, high rope, rock climbing and laser tag) because of extensive waiting as a big group. And they have never explained this prior to party nor at the website nor anywhere else. My young daughter was crying not being able to get on to the bumper car when party time started because the bumper car guy said he wasn’t sure we paid for the bumper car item by just looking at her party bracelet (poor system, go figure), and they said we had to wait for our whole party to go together but they only have 8 spots on bumper car attractions so they eventually went in 3 batches near the end. I don’t understand the system. I tried to raise my complaints and doubts but they just didn’t care, instead they bullied me saying my voice was too loud and brought a bodyguard to the conversation. I simply didn’t understand why we did not get to just simply go to the attractions we paid for, separating from the group if needed. So eventually they had to all wait for a long time to go only once and waited some more after kids in our group didn’t finish their turn. The manager said it’s either their way or nobody will be managing the group anymore at attractions but obviously nobody manning the attractions would know what we paid for by just looking at our party bracelets. I was frustrated. The hostess was not well trained at all so I had to ask two different persons how much an extra bottle of water was (first the hostess said $3.99 but then someone else said $1.25 after I was confused and wanted her to reconfirm). Poor management and attitude at this place. They became even meaner and accused me of yelling right after I gave up communicating with the manager at first round of conversation, said I would file a complaint and walked away from her. Hostess tried to quit our party, for I believe she might think we wouldn’t give any good tips after this or they may just wanna put pressure on me. Same went for the showing of their bodyguard scaring me. Close to $1200 for merely 13 kids. $50 for every extra kid for this kind of service is disappointing. I paid full after the party ended. Scary experience. Won’t go there ever again.

Amazing place, never thought to find it that huge. All staff work nonstop as if they are in a beehive, professional, organized and cheerful. I highly recommend ClimbZone, especially for Birthday parties.

I wish I would have known about this place earlier! Kids had an amazing time, super friendly and helpful staff. Little more expensive than I’d like but they do offer memberships if you live nearby. My kids are 4 year old twins and they were able to even drive the bumper cars alone! 5 stars all around. Didn’t try the food but not opposed to try it next time.

Great place for kids...preschoolers and up likely get the most bang for your buck. Even as an adult kid, this place offered so much, which for the spend is worth it. There's something for all the explorers whether their soft play maze thingy, the climbing walls, high ropes, etc. The people working there also seemed really attentive and involved in their roles. At closing, one of the managers even did a last call laser tag game that included guests and the staff available. Thought that was a really nice gesture. Will be back when I travel to Chi again.

Rock climbing walls are creative and cute, could add a few more that are a bit more challenging for the older kids. Decent arcade and laser tag. Bumper car space needs to be bigger or remove a car or two. Food could use tad bit of upgrade. Service is hit or miss in being attentive to kids climbing walls (where lock and key sometimes jams in getting them out of the harness). For price point and location, should get minor face lift in some of these regards mentioned.

My great nephew had a birthday party here. Lots of climbing type of activities to do. Both kids and adults. Had an excellent time.

Love this place. It's so much to do for the entire family. We especially had a blast at their New Year's Eve celebration. It cost a bit more, but you had access to all the attractions. The food is pretty good, too.

I’ve hosted three parties here within this year for age groups ranging 1-10 year old. All the kids always have a great time. People working here are very helpful and nice. Love the openness and the options of play. 10 year old and his friends loved the arcade, laser tag and bumper cars. The little ones love the soft play. And the climbing is always a good time.

Am amazing place for kids of all ages. The price is definitely worth it. We went for my son's 13th birthday. He, his sister, friend, God mother, her boyfriend, and myself thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I'm disabled, so I only played laser tag, but I enjoyed just watching them. The girls, 15 at the time tested their limits, along with my son and his God mother, on the routes course. The zip line at the end was a great finale. We're definitely going back!
