Okey Japan is a nice place to get the latest photography, video and sound gear with accessories. The prices on everything is fixed though so no bargaining and I've found them to sometimes be more expensive than the competition (computer village shops) not far away. However, you'll save your time just based on the fact that most of what you need will be right there. They also have an online store where you can view their products. In my opinion, I think it's just way easier to call them up and order. I also bought some cheap continuous video lights and a backdrop from them. Quality products. They also do same day delivery in Lagos. I wouldn't say their staff are the friendliest I've met but they can be helpful when it comes to advising you on what to buy. Also, cash, POS and transfers are the available forms of payment.

I have Been buying stuffs on and off over the years from this vendor. Even from the time he had a shop on Lagos Island up until he moved to this new location in Ikeja. Okey Japan is a trusted brand who I believe has good connections with the camera giants like Nikon, Cannon and so on. He sells authentic items guaranteed to work fine. The place is easily accessible, it's located on the first floor (top floor) of it's building and there's a restroom available. No wheelchair accessibility.

They seemed to have all I needed already…some of them were a little more pricy than anticipated but still okay.

Friendly warm salespersons. Good variety of camera related equipment. Might be a bit pricey on some items but really good to have so much available in one place and not have to move from one shop to another
