Very very poor service, went for a scan today and I was told no radiologist available to perform it, while a couple I met there and someone that arrived after me was allowed to pay and get the service. Then when I asked why, I was told the radiologist came for the couple as they have booked earlier. Absolutely makes no sense. Worst ever lab, very poor customer service.

Clean and professionally managed. I like the royal purple and grey seats at the reception. Services are affordable and best if the patient has health insurance covering.

Aha, I had to run some medical tests here, and my experience was okay. The staff I encountered were welcoming, very polite, quite fast and professional with their work, so the wait time was not really very long. The staff in the lab for taking samples was very patient with me and my endless questions and comments 😂. There's a dispenser water available also, temperature is cool. The place is neat, but the toilets seem to have a permanent smell, not bad but could be improved. The ladies washroom I used, the hand dryer wasn't working, could this be fixed? There's parking space that seems to be always full with cars 🤔, everywhere I went through were wheel chair accessible.

It's a good place to have your x-ray and other medical test done.

Looking for to conduct different health test? It is a place to go do it. And the staffs or front desk ladies are wonderful.

Service is ok, until you need to get the results of you test. Follow-up service is terrible. I've been there multiple times and its the same. Unanswered calls and emails. If you want your results, just go back and wait it out.

Terrible service, I did a scan in which I was told will be ready in 2 days, it's 6 days and counting, I'm yet to get my result. If it was a critical patient, the patient would probably have died before the result is out for proper treatment.

If you can get an alternative lab, go for it. Not recommended. Very inefficient setup. A single computer and staff to process all documentation. This same staff is the one engaging HMOs, processing payments, and allocating patients. How and where is that done??? Got here 9:30 and this is 12 pm, they are to work on my documentation not to talk of attending to my medical needs. Very disappointing and a waste of time.

Nice environment and the staff were particularly nice.

There are no more than 3 people here that were proud to serve and showed care from start to finish. The rest either had to warm up to you or just didn’t care that much, if at all. This could be reflective of the senior management because if the staff were told how to represent the business from jump, they’d avoid being reprimanded by doing things rightly and timely. That said, great facility but that can only go so far with its ill-equipped human resources (especially when dealing with its clients).

Good customer service but need to improve on turnaround time.

This lab has wilfully & purposefully refused to refund my money for a test that was not conducted even though they've deducted money from the original amount, it's been over 6 months

My first time of visit to their opebi branch was a terrible experience. They are disorganised and don't take patient health serious. I see why they don't have enough patient. Worst lab to visit.

My first time and had the worst experience ever.....am not sure I am going to use this lab again....for a simple test that should not take more than an hour I was there for almost four hours almost missed my doctor's appointment

After calling to book an appointment, spent 2 hour in traffic , only to be told doctor closes earlier than official closing hour. Thanks for experience

A very very very terrible place to visit if u want fast services, I got here on a Monday afternoon precisely 1.30pm after been refered by my clinic to do an ultra sound, after collecting the form from me, I was told to sit down in the waiting area for over 2 hours, I had to call my clinic to complain, I was only attended to after my clinic called them to attend to their patient. Thereafter I was told to make a payment at the cashier which I did, after making payment, I went to the ultrasound room and the doctor asked me to wait outside, please note that there is no patient being attended to at the ultrasound room when I went in, I waited outside for over 45mins, there is no patient inside with the doc, he just preferred to delay those waiting outside, it was until a complaint is made to one of the ladies passing by who had to go in and see the doc before calling one of us (an elderly man) in. Did I also mention that all through this waiting outside the scan room, staffs have been passing by and none of them deemed it fit to ask what the delay could be. This is beyond infuriating!!!!!! If I can find anyless review than one star, I will def drop it! Did I tell u that it's 4pm and am still waiting for the ultrasound to be done?

The Opebi lab is okay, with ambient environment but their customer service is poor especially when u request for ur result to be sent via mail. You practically have to call their office several times before ur result will be sent and they don't ever have ur email address despite the fact that they have ur record and u have been there several times🤨

Nice ambience but cost of waiting to get a test result is so disappointing and embarrassing. I waited over 2 hours with no information about the result until I inquired the reasons for delay.

I went to the lab on the 29th of January 2022 for a test that was supposed to be ready in 5 days. It is the 8th of February and my result is yet to be given to me. All I get is one sorry excuse or another. This is the most unpleasant experience I have had with any lab so far.

Very efficient lab but urgently need MRI in ikeja

Very bad customer service experience. The customer service number keeps ringing without anyone picking it only a answering machine that keeps wasting your time. They also don't keep to the time frame of test results. This is two days after I am supposed to get my result but nothing has been done yet and no call even from their customer service. Please improve in that area

They are not serious about patient health.
