I'm

happy
with
my
experience
today
12th
Sept
202.
I
called
the
customer
care
of
a
Genesis
Cinemas
at
1:49pm
today,
asking
if
I
can
see
The
Free
Guy
at
Maryland
mall,
the
guy
said
its
available
and
I
can
book
online
at
Genesis
website.
I
booked
and
made
payment
for
two.,
movie
was
scheduled
for
4:15pm
Sunday.
(Same
day)
On
my
arrival
to
Maryland
Mall,
the
attendant
said
they
ain't
showing
Free
Guy
instead
I
should
see
Bad
Comment
(A
movie
I'm
not
interested
in)
She
also
said
Free
Guy
movie
was
never
scheduled
for
Sunday.
How
on
earth
would
they
allow
me
to
pay
for
a
movie
through
their
website
and
still
tell
me
the
movie
isn't
avaliable.
And
why
didn't
the
customer
care
agent
i
spoke
to
tell
me
the
movie
wasn't
available,
why
also
did
they
put
the
negative
info
on
their
website.
This
is
very
annoying
and
my
last
time
here.
