My wife and 2 children had an unforgettable family day out time at this hotel's Sunday Brunch Buffet. The hotel is highly customer-friendly - right from the entrance gate, through to the reception and all throughout our stay.

The staff are helpful and the rooms are the right standard too. We had some technical issues with our room and the staff were readily available to assist. The buffet was nice, however, I thought it should have covered two people per room instead of paying for that. There was an okay range of breakfast buffet options but I guess because it’s not a very massive hotel, they can only have limited options to cater to guests. It’s a decent spot in Lekki and it’s good for relaxation and proximity to many places. Overall, I’d rate the cleanliness a 5/5, and service a 4.

Had their Sunday brunch buffet a couple of times and I have never being dissapointmented. Awesome menu spread, lovely starters and deserts with unlimited supply of Chapman and champagne and the best part being the live band that serenade the environment with lovely popular songs of all genres and ages. Can't ever get tired of going back.

One of the best hotel I've stayed in Lagos Nigeria, the ambience is immaculate, the staff are great, charming and welcoming. I was opportune to arrive as the Sunday brunch was going on. They had a life band and this was the best live band I have ever heard, the lead singer is out of this world, I really thought that I was in the US. Her dictions were peach perfect, her style, her persona basically you can tell that she's a lover of music... She is definitely going places. Lilygate thanks for the best afternoon so far in visit to Nigeria. Keep up the good work. Very nice hotel. I will definitely be coming back because I was constantly on a video call to my wife singing of the praises of my arrival.

Spent a weekend here with my wife and we had a good time. The staff were really polite and courteous. Breakfast buffet can be improved on but it's not bad. The TVs should be updated to Smart TVs to keep with the times. I wanted to book a spa session for my wife but unfortunately I was informed the spa is under renovation. They offered to come to the room but they didn't have a massage board and were going to use the bed so we declined. Room service menu was decently priced and there was a live band on the roof terrace on the weekend. Communal areas were well fragranced and the pool was clean and well maintained. I found the central air conditioning not to be cool enough for me personally. That should be looked into by the hotel management. In summary it was an enjoyable stay and I would recommend it.

We had the buffet lunch so I can't say anything about the rooms. However the overall ambience of the hotel is very pleasant and calm. Staff are friendly and helpful (from the managers to the security staff). If you are going for the buffet, be aware that each water costs N950 and is not included in the buffet price. Ask for Christiana, her customer service is unparalleled.

Had the dinner buffet and it was perfect 🥰 Totally worth it. Every meal was a hit, very delicious. Service was exceptional, shoutout to Efe, Rita and the executive chef. I honestly couldn't decide which of the courses was my favourite but I will definitely go back for the buffet❤️ Highly recommend!

Their facilities are dilapidated and the rooms were dirty and dusty. The towels had brown stains on them which almost made me throw up. The only thing nice was the breakfast buffet and the polite staff. The lighting is also quite poor, everywhere was so dim and almost dark. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Take my advice, add that extra money and go to a better hotel.

The rooms are quite small, the bathroom was leaking water into the room and not enough parking space plus the street where it's located is tight so you might experience a bit of gridlock navigating out.

Lilygate Hotel has an amazing buffet experience with good food on Saturdays and Sundays. My friend got married at their Hall and it was very nice. They have nice halls and boardrooms that. Power is constant and the rooms are secure and nice. Their service is fair and their rooms have a nice view of Lekki.

The LilyGate has been a hotel I have wanted to logded in for quite some time now and I eventually got that chance this month. LilyGate is a 4 star hotel in the heart of lekki phase. It has an inviting presence with the greens and the little cute waterfall and the ever smiling faces of the staff welcoming you to this splendid place. The reception of this hotel is in a class of its own, little wonder a lot of people come here to take professional pictures a lot. The hotel hosts a lot of events, the breakfast buffet, the dinner buffet and the Sunday brunch and I must say they have the best meals of the hotels I have been to. You will definitely see a lot of reviews about the Sunday brunch, that's a must have and it's not so pricey too. The first room we were lodged in wasn't great at all, it smelled damp and had wet markings on the wall, it also had a leaking Air conditioning but after we complained we were taken to a better room which was really great. My stay at the hotel was really great, I believe the best part is the service, the staff are very professional and kind. The Buffet was really great, I enjoyed every meal I had except of course the Peppered snail, that looked like scraps from someone's leftovers 😒. The rooms were a bit small and the balcony was quite tight too but it was good. The LilyGate Hotel is a beautiful hotel, I'll definitely visit again Ambience ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Service ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Food ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Drink ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Location ⭐⭐⭐⭐

I love the environment and what the hotel has done with the available space. The hotel is a beautifully crafted structure situated in a cool environ. The rooms are nice and luxurious, and customer service is cool too. Buffet is nice (although not as many options as expected). The pool side is nice to chill and the pool is clean and accessible. The parking lot however cannot take too many cars hence some may have to park outside the building. In general, it is a wonderful place you need to visit hence I'll be rating it 4.5 stars

Had a birthday dinner there for my friend (aka Sister) .It was fun,the ambience, the buffett was wow(from finger foods to appetizers to main dishes)🥰🥰. If better-soup-na-money-kill am was a place. It's Lily Gates Hotel. 💕

Really nice scenery and amazing buffet dishes. Great place for a group hangout or a small birthday celebration. I completely enjoyed the "eat all you want" buffet. They had a very wide range of dishes, from local to intercontinental... The appetizers were amazing, the desserts were really delicious. A great place to be.

The hotel is in a remote area and it’s easy to locate using the map. I went for the buffet with friends and the staff were amazing, they were always ready to help out at anytime, the reception is also great and it’s easy to locate the buffet from the reception. However, the buffet menu was quite disappointing. I expected more menu, especially dishes that isn’t a regular in Nigeria but that wasn’t the case. There was just fruit salad, coleslaw and pepper soup as appetizers and there was no much option for the dessert/pastries. I had a great time with my friends but the menu was just not great.

Went swimming here and I liked the size of the pool (not Olympic size). There was a fun playlist in the background. The downside is the amenities they lack. There are no towel rails for one to hang towels while swimming. They only have one shower stall in the gym area meaning there’s bound to be a queue if more than one person wants to shower. No soap dish in the shower stall too. Lucky as I was the only one there. There’s also no towel rail in the shower area. The lockers don’t have keys to lock personal effects. Above explains why I drop a 3 star rating. Would’ve given 5 if I didn’t notice these.

Great place. Was at the restaurant and their buffet lunch was great not that pricey. The ambience was also cool with alert attendees to sort you out. There was also a band which a lot of people seem to love, was indifferent about that though. Great lunch experience overall.

I recently had a business meeting at the Imperial Hall in Lilygate Hotel and I must say, I was impressed. The hotel is situated in a serene environment that exudes tranquility. The food is exquisite and the structure is modern and well-maintained. The customer service was also top-notch with friendly and professional staff who were always willing to assist. However, I was disappointed to discover that there was no designated area for Muslim guests to pray. Nonetheless, the spa receptionist was extremely helpful in finding an alternative place for us to pray. Overall, I would rate Lilygate Hotel highly for its excellent environment, food, structure, and customer service. It was a great experience, and I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Very overpriced hotel. The so called superior room is not even upto my expectation of a standard room. Buffet is with limited options...75cl water is N950 whereas several 5 star hotels sell 1.5L for N1,000. Bedding is okay, but towels turning brownish. I have stayed in better facilities for less...

The Lilygate hotel is an excellent hotel and my wife and I loved our stay! The service is first-class, the decor beautifully outfitted with an African-inspired theme throughout and the amenities such as the restaurant, bar and grill, pool, gym excellent and various lounges excellent as well. The rooms were clean, modern furnished with air conditioning, an array of toiletries in bathroom, a working safe, a fridge and a small balcony. There was a slight issue with the lighting not being as bright as we needed and this was quickly solved by the staff by bringing us an additional standing lamp for the room. The food available was excellent with a large buffet breakfast enjoyed by us daily, including an omelette station and a bar. We also enjoyed eating at the outdoor grill, which had an amazing atmosphere due to the local entertainment on offer on a regular basis. Our room was fantastic and the local area very well outfitted with grocery stores, bars and restaurants, salons and any other retail outlet one could desire. The area is very safe and despite being from out of the country, we took many walks during the day and night with absolutely no issues.

I recently stayed at this fantastic hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations! The staff were incredibly friendly, the rooms were stylish and comfortable, and the breakfast spread was a delightful start to each day. I can't wait to visit again – it's now my go-to place for a perfect getaway!

After traveling 21 hours from the USA, I checked in and immediately showered. The shower flooded the entire bathroom. Management promptly upgraded me to another room, and that shower also flooded. They promptly corrected the issue, and I was able to finally take a hot shower after 21 hours in the same clothes. The hotel food was delicious, but the bacon was severely undercooked for my taste. There was some confusion about the buffet cost depending on which staff member was on duty. The management and staff were very professional, polite, and courteous. The location leaves little to be desired because of the large amount homeless people on the corner and chickens and roosters at the hotel entrance. The WiFi at the hotel is horrible to say the least. If you’re traveling from the USA, I do NOT recommend staying at the Lilygate. The location is not up to our standards for the price.

Lovely Hotel, love the ambience. Went for a meeting at the boardroom. It was spacious and well equipped. The guest restroom downstairs could be more grand 🫣 If you love to take hotel restroom pictures don’t bother.

I went to Lilygate for my birthday dinner and buffet and we were blown away by the service, the staff were helpful, courteous and efficient. They anticipated our needs and met them excellently. The entertainment was great and the price is one of the most mind blowing in Lagos. I highly recommend.

I enjoyed my stay at Lilygate Hotel but the receptionist delayed our lodging in time to almost 5pm. Reason been that they are still cleaning the room and they previous people lodged out so late thereby keeping us outside with my kids till 5pm. Aside that every other experience worth the price.. Is a nice place to spent time away from home😁

Stayed here during my visit from the US. Pros 1. The location and aesthetics of the hotel is beautiful. 2. Breakfast buffet is amazing with a lot of food choices/drinks. 3. The front desk reception staff are well mannered and helpful with information. 4. The dining staff are very courteous 5. Easy check-in and Check Out Cons 1. Room service is very poor (I requested for an iron on 2 different occasions and nobody showed up even after calling repeatedly) 2. I requested for my food that I ordered from the in house restaurant to be warmed in the microwave and of course nobody showed up even after requesting for it multiple times. 3. I witnessed an employee insult another employee in my present over a disagreement. 4. One of the security officers was very very disrespectful to the Uber that came to pick me up simply because he was “wasting time” to verify the address of the location he was taking me too. 5. Lastly, the light was ALWAYS going off. I’m definitely not used to hotels taking light so this was very different for me. The longest it was off was about 10mins. The other times were less than 5 mins.

Sooooo!! I was at this hotel to attend "Kpee the Ep" Listening Party 🥳 but as an aspiring guide, I was paying attention to as much as I could... For the sake of people who care about reviews. It's a beautiful place. The terrace is a beautiful lounge and can serve as a mini event space... you know the vibes. There's an event hall on the first floor (spacious in a unique way). It isn't too much though as I'm very sure one has to consider the type of events hosted as there would be guests on other floors. I also had the opportunity to be in a room for the night and I loved it. It was very neat. There was an armchair and an ergonomic chair (for those who take work everywhere). In addition, I had the opportunity to watch people have the buffet and from their faces... they were enjoying it. It must have been a family buffet as there were children present. I'd love to try it for myself. All the staff I made contact with were very cordial and professional as is befitting of such an establishment 💃🏾 In all, make do with this as you wish. P.S: Once again, I apologize for having just 1 picture... I still take more videos than pictures. I would do my best going forward.

I have alot of good stuff to write about this place. My friend from the States chose this hotel and it turned out to be a wonderful idea. I had one of my best vacation experience with them. A lot has changed since the last time I was here. Which was the opening of the hotel about 8- 9 years ago. Nice hotel go to see they are till operating. I noticed the lobby lounge area has been changed to a resturant. I didn’t and I haven’t stayed over night here. Only came for an event that used their hall and everything seemed to flow well. The hall is a decent size and well air conditioned. I did notice some Crystal balls from the chandelier on the floor lol that only shows one thing something is lacking in the maintenance team.

Was there for an event the security asked us to meet one of the boys to park us when there's space where we can park for free. The hall where the party was held was so hot. The AC was not enough to cool the hall.

Lilygate Hotel has the ambience of a king's palace. Tastefully built with different halls so be sure to know which hall you want to go. Its premises are well secured from unnecessary intrusion so I recommend the Hotel for a get together, a family dinner, a honey moon location and a conference events centre.

Price for buffet is one of the fairest on the island, the spread isn't bad at all and food is tasty, plus you get unlimited wine and Chapman. The only issue I had was the bloody band! I mean I came for a nice lunch with the ladies, I wanted to eat and hear myself talk that ofcos wasn't possible cos they were too loud! I tot I was at a lagos owambe! Despite pleading to the manager to tell them to tone it down that didn't happen. Pls management should note that a buffet should jus have nice, classy music in the BACKGROUND not blowing our ear drums out. I wont go back until I am sure that loud music is no more.

Staff went around asking for money each time we walked past them, even the room service manager's sat in the room waiting on you to give them money. Sunday Brunch no longer includes unlimited Chapman neither unlimited sparkling wine that they call "Champagne." Kudos for the management and staff. They are professional. Polite. Engaging. Brunch rarely starts on time. Food is never hot at the start so I oot for the refills. I don't know how or why they can't serve buffet items hot. Live music is contagious. Restrooms are clean. It's totally worth it when the drinks are unlimited. Otherwise Chapman is 3,500 Declan bottle is 10k "discounted." Pop/Pepsi/Coke is 1k We used to come once a month. It's full of local cuisine and dishes which is always a plus for natives but also foreigners so we can try things. I'll recommend Saturday lunch buffet for 10.5k/each.

Made use of their conference room for a strategy session, and it fully met all the standards we required. Venue was already set up, hours before our meeting was to begin. I was surprised by the Buffet, as I wasn't really expecting it to be as good as it was, both in quality and quantity.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, with a nice view. Breakfast was good…maybe they can offer some more fruit options and some more lighter options, in addition to their normal buffet options, for those of us who don’t eat a very heavy breakfast. But I did appreciate that they were willing and able to prepare certain breakfast items to my request as part of the breakfast buffet included in my reservation. The restaurant and lobby staff were amazing and attentive and the hotel was lively and engaging. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip.

It’s supposed to be a luxury hotel for the price you pay, It’s not. Had to ask for a change of room and even at that, there’s so much that could have been better. Furniture is chipped and worn out, room of almost 80k is tiny. I regret

My experience at the LilyGate hotel this weekend was great. The staffs were courteous and helpful. The room was really comfy & nice. There was no provision of chocolate drinks for breakfast... just lipton, green tea & coffee. I had to settle for fruit juice. The buffet spread is okay, but the rice meals weren't so great. I had Fried rice and Jollof rice at different times and they taste really bland. The drinks on the other hand were delicious; the chapman drink and fruit juices were the best I've had in a long time. The environment looks/feels safe and, in conclusion, I enjoyed my stay. I hope improvement will be made on the little lapses though.
