The GIGM office in Umuahia is quite convenient for people to seat and wait but they are still struggling with keeping to time and their online booking system is not seamless yet.

I had a very friendly and wow experience traveling with GIG. I really enjoyed my travel. From Abuja to Umuahia. Please management should change the uniform of their staffs across the Nation. They deserve to look good for their customers.

GIGM has a good customer service when booking and gives assurance of a safe journey, however, their drivers/captains need to be trained to be polite when speaking to passengers. Trite to also note that, swapping passengers at unauthorized places is wrong, if at all it should be done, passengers should have been preinformed aforetime. It's unpleasant and unsafe to pull out by the road or any fuel station to swap passengers into another bus.

They have a good delivery experience. t Though it takes more than two days to receive most goods.

A terrible experience...old faulty bus and a horrendously ill mannered driver.

There was a little delay, but the services was nice and it's cheap.

We just left umuahia terminal now but God is faithful
