The service is the worse in the entire industry from the lady in the door to the rest. Only the cashier was helpful. Also the staff were clueless. Shame as its such a beautiful store with so much potential. Need definitely better costumer service.

I called local store in Agia Paraskevi. My call was on hold for 50+min on 21/03. It’s impossible to get in contact with these people via phone call for customer support. What’s the point of shopping in Kotsovolos; They are more expensive than the majority of Skroutz e-shops and offers limited after-sails support. Reply to Kotsovolos reply: Needless to say that after waiting 50min to receive customer support, I asked Kotsovolos to share with me the invoice of a nespresso machine we bought 1,5 years ago. I gave them 2 emails of mine, just to be sure that I will receive the copy of the invoice. After a week I am still waiting...To summarise customer support gets a big round zero!

Very friendly staff and ready to serve you! I give 3 stars only because the manager was not as comprehensive as he could be in one of my requests! They could do much better to satisfy the customers in some matters.
