What a gem of a place hidden in the heart of Agadir, home made family run small restaurant, get there early (7pm when they open) otherwise you will not get a table as they only serve about 15/20 people max & the wait for the food does take about 45mins but it’s 100% worth it. We went there twice, the kids enjoyed the food too. Soup, Tagine, Couscous etc all perfectly cooked & fresh. The owner is very welcoming & will adjust the recipe if you ask him how you want the food to be prepared etc. This place is worth every dirham!!!

My husband found this restaurant on Google, and after reading really positive reviews, we decided to give it a try. I have to say it did not disappoint!!! We ended up going 2 nights to this lovely little place. The first night my husband had the lamb skewers which were served with homemade chips and salad. Hubby said the meat was seasoned really well and he enjoyed it. I had the beef tagine. It was delicious!! 2 main meals, bread and 2 drinks cost us around 145 dh which was around £10!!! Could not believe the quality of food for this price. The second night, I had the beef tagine again as it was so delicious and hubby had the lamb tagine. We were very happy with the meal. There was a slightly longer wait the second night but the food was worth the wait. Again, 2 tagine, 2 bread, 2 drinks and moroccan tea was roughly 165dh, around £12. The owner was a lovely man and spoke to us about his life in Morocco. We left with very full and happy bellies. If you are in agadir or close by to this cafe/restaurant, do give it a go. You won't be disappointed!

Great little place for Moroccan food. Small menu of home cooked cuisine. Friendly owner and good service. We had 2 salads, bread, 2 fruit drinks, 2 tagines and a coffee for less than £20. Would definitely recommend this place and be back again before our holiday is up. They're closed on Sundays but open rest of the week for breakfast, lunch and dinner . If you speak French it's easier which is the same as the whole of Agadir. No frills, just basic good cheap food and friendly hosts.
