We were excited to stay here given how close it is to the beach however, upon arrival we slowly became less satisfied. ❌️Upon arrival the room was spotless and fairly well decorated BUT we had no drinking water, no kettle and no tea‼️ We were parched & exhausted but had to go back out to buy water and get food. ❌️The toilet and shower room are separate - not too bad. ✅️Our room was on the 3rd floor facing the homes opposite - so no fancy views but we thought it was a small sacrifice at this stage. ✅️There is a small convenience store about 3 stores down so we went here for water. ❌️When we walked back we saw huge banners above the entrance that states guests are not allowed to bring food or water onto the premises. Welll this was non-negotiable for us as the vending machine by the concierge stores both alcohol and non alcoholic drinks side by side‼️ We were dehydrated with headaches from our flight. ❌️However, the fridge leaks and is hardly cold to store water in‼️ ❌️When we got back to our room we had no slippers, the towels were frayed at the edges and so we had to have a quick shower and put fresh socks back on and use those as slippers! ❌️EXCEPT the shower was a nightmare. It's either scorching or freezing - there is NO in-between‼️ So, now, we decided instead to go out to eat. ❌️Upon our return we decided to have some rest....except sleep was also a problem - the 🐕 bark non-stop. I'm talking 3+ dogs EVERY day & night. ❌️Once we managed to have paracetamol and try and sleep.... from 2am we were awoken to shouting, screaming & fighting on the street below from drunkards who go to Hotel Oasis next door!‼️This went on even as the adhaan (call to prayer) was called at 4am and the behaviour of locals! We recorded the whole incident, hoping it was a one-off. ❌️There were no prayer mats or qibla signs either, so we had to use an app and miss the morning prayers owing to the beautiful chorus of the locals throughout the night. *Pathetic*🤦🏽‍♀️😡🤬 ❌️The next morning we went to find the iron and ironing board in our room.... there wasn't one. We asked the front desk, who said we had to use the laundry service in-house. Why do they state irons in rooms? This was inconvenient, so we had to use good old shower steam instead so we could get ready and go out. ❌️The next day, the same pattern repeats with the late night fighting, 🐕 barking, clothes shower steaming, and so forth. We again recorded the disturbances. ❌️😡🥱We reported it to the front desk requesting a room change. The best they could do was tell us that the other side is full, and even if we move there, there is another nightclub where they party all night through. Hardly building our confidence at this stage and didn't help us at all. ❌️We decided to give the 3rd night another go.... however, the cycle of noise, drunken behaviour, and dogs went on and on and on.... to top it off, guests slam their doors, wardrobes and fridge door- which you can hear through the paper thin walls AND even better, the more daft guests that wander through the corridors laughing and shouting to eachother through the night means you will not be up before 10am as you catch up on sleep. Do people lose their sense on holiday? ❌️There is no security that deals with these disturbances, and despite the vast police and military presence at the beach, it doesn't extend to these streets and this behaviour. ❌️The rest of our stay was plagued with street begging to and from the hotel daily. They even sit around the hotel to wait for you and will bug you as you walk to and fro😡 ⛔️I'm afraid that combining this plethora of disasters means that sadly, I do not recommend this hotel. ✅️🙏👍🏽The front of house staff are polite and friendly, but sadly, this doesn't make up for the lack of sleep and comfort for us. ❌️🤦🏽‍♀️We missed breakfast every day as we could only sleep after 4 am, and we had to get breakfast, lunch, and dinner offside daily, including our evening cuppa. ❌️🤦🏽‍♀️I would not advise you to stay here unless you're happy to deal with this.

I don’t write such reviews but I am deeply saddened by the service rendered. Rooms - the AC should be called a fan which works on speed 1. It’s was the hottest week of the year in Agadir and everyone was complaining about the AC at the reception. The management did not do anything. Shower- Shower has no force at all. When reported at the reception, they turned a blind eye. Breakfast spread had a good variety and the omelette and roti counter was really good. ( the ladies making them did a very good job). I must bring this to notice , please see before you eat fresh food from the counter. The cut fruits and vegetables had flies on them. It was only 9am and the fresh cut cucumbers had flies sitting all over them. No waiter was bothered to clean or make sure there was hygiene. The reception guys were not at all hospitable and many people did not feel welcomed at all. They don’t even give you a bottle of water or kettle in the room .

Hotel very good that I recommend value for money very good personal super! I give my 4 stars to the hotel. However, I wanted to alert tourists, there is a tourist agency that has nothing to do with the hotel, which offers excursions, gentleman with a cap, who offers the client of the hotel tilidi excursions, nothing to do with whether he offers the price. is very expensive he sells you excursions for 2 hours you only do one hour !!!!!!!! Bewear !!!!!

Comfortably located Hotel with standard features. I'd like to mention reception manager Aziz who was very helpful to us, Unfortunately building works around the hotel spoil overall impression. The breakfast was good with extensive selection of food. Hotel territory is well maintained and a swimming pool is clean. All in all it is reasonable stay for a reasonable price.

Rather small, situated very near to the coastline, nice hotel. Staff is very helpful and friendly, speaks English and French. It’s more like a place to stay for family with small kids, because there are not many attractions provided. Pool is nice, but not heated, and in September it can be rather cold. Rooms are clean and spacious, with balcony and air conditioning. Food is delicious, but it’s a pity that you can’t order anything past 22:00. It needs some touches but at this reasonable price it’s excellent choice.

I recently stayed at the Tildi Hotel and I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The service was poor from the moment I arrived, with a rude and unhelpful receptionist who showed no interest in making my stay comfortable. The room I was given was dirty and lacked basic amenities like clean towels and toiletries. To make matters worse, I was woken up early in the morning and told to leave the room because other tourists were arriving. This was incredibly disrespectful and showed a complete lack of consideration for my needs as a paying customer. Overall, I would not recommend the Tildi Hotel to anyone. The staff were unprofessional and the facilities were subpar. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for a better hotel experience." I hope this review accurately reflects your experience and helps others make informed decisions about where to stay.

We enjoyed our holiday here (Oct 2022). Staff were super helpful and friendly - reception, restaurant, cleaners, pool, spa! Pool is large and situated in a very nice, green area. Hotel room was good (could've done with a slightly bigger room but had everything we needed). Bed was comfortable (we asked for a double bed but had two singles put together). We had breakfast included which we really enjoyed- fresh eggs made right there as you like it! Not a huge variety for an English breakfast but we did get to try the local cuisine which was nice. A lovely little reading room with plenty of books available too! Used the spa for a hammam experience- spa is so so beautiful! Manager is wonderful. The location of the hotel is convenient too - 5-7 mins walk from the beach and 5 mins in both directions from food and dessert places. Would definitely recommend to others (and would go back to this hotel if we visit Agadir again)! Thank you all for making our stay so lovely- we had a fantastic time 😊

After a week-long family stay in B&B, I would say that: Cleanliness is the watchword everywhere in the hotel, room, restaurant, swimming pool, garden... The staff is very caring, the manager is very present and does not hesitate to contact customers if he is not systematically approached! Breakfast is 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟, fresh products and meals 100% made in Tildi The hotel has a large green and exotic garden surrounding a swimming pool of more than 20m. Animation is organized when there are a minimum of participants: water polo, darts, table tennis... The plus of the hotel: private, secure parking and covered places + perfect location with walking access to the corniche and the Talborjt shopping district. We will return there nchallah.

Second stay at this hotel. The first one in 2018. The contact with the reception was tragic. Before arrival, exchange of e-mails indicating guests to specific rooms. I am not informed that we will be filling in forms upon arrival. They could be sent by e-mail. It would have saved us time upon check-in. The service at the reception was tragic. Not competent. They took no less than 72 hours to print their council tax invoices. Until now, I have not received it and I am already on the third day. Incorrect information from information. One says yes, after a few hours a change and information that the colleague has made a mistake. Tragedy. Other things worthy of a four-star hotel. Everything except the front desk service was fine. Cleaners smiling. Clean rooms. Tasty breakfasts.

I stayed in the Hotel Tildi from the 27th of June until the 4th of July! I read a lot of reviews before I went and was happy with my choice. The road some guests mention, the one you have to cross to get to the beach, is a normal 2-lane city road. The traffic is not mad, you always find a gap to cross the road. Or you put your hand up and stop the traffic! Really simple, even with kids! I took the advice of previous travellers and asked for a room with a proper balcony which I got free of charge. The balcony faced the road which was noisy in the evening and not a nice view but I sleep well so it was no problem for me. I think the room had no aircon, so if that's important to you you should ask in advance. Cleaning daily and towel change daily is excellent. The location is great! 5 min walk down to the beach, it's like any other promenade, very long, full of shops, restaurants, bars - and 10 min walk to the Marina if you like it a bit more exclusive. The staff in the hotel is amazing! I loved the fresh omelettes the girls made in the breakfast room every morning. All the waiters, cleaners, managers, reception staff, everyone was super nice and tried to speak your language! The pool is nice, very clean, lots of sunbeds and parasols! The breakfast and dinner was very very nice, esp the dinner, there was always a big selection of salads, several Moroccan dishes (from the tagine) and a few European dishes for the fussy eaters ;-) and of course the desserts!!! Yum!! The only thing I was a little disappointed about was: the website stated evening entertainment, and I travelled on my own so I was hoping to watch a bit of entertainment and maybe chat to other guests in the evening but there was none. There is a terrace where you can sit and have a drink or read a book, but no entertainment at all. Like everyone else said: you get what you pay for! I wanted an affordable holiday in a nice hotel, with a pool, close to the beach and that's exactly what I got. P.S.: 3 cats and 2 kittens live on the hotel grounds and they love a bit of food, the hotel feeds them sometimes, but not much. There's a little shop right next door where you can get cat food - and they also love licking a bit of butter which I always took from the breakfast bar (sorry hotel if you are reading this ;-) Give the cats a bit of food if you can.

Friendly personnel, great breakfast, private parking spaces, modest kids' outdoor playground, however, the hotel lacks some important things from my opinion, the rooms have ceramic tile floors not carpet or wooden floor, toilets miss faucets, there are no praying mats or signs for Qibla.

I holidayed here for a week on a half board basis at the beginning of November. If you are looking for a cheap, comfortable and clean hotel that is central this is perfect. It is basic and not what you would class as 'luxury' but for the price we paid, we thought it was really good value. The pool area was great-really clean and had no problem finding sun loungers even if we arrived at 1pm. There was no music around the pool area at all which suited us as other reviews suggested there was loud music being played throughout the day. The breakfast was a bit disappointing- pastries, salad(?!), omelettes and pancakes mainly. Dinner was a bit better- always salad, a pasta and sauce dish, tagine, fish, meat. It's not a huge buffet like some hotels but enough to choose from. We took the view that if we didn't like it then we would go down to the promenade and eat out (cheap enough) There was no evening entertainment which was a bit disappointing as would be nice to have something going on in the evenings. We went down to the promenade but no entertainment as such- we just walked off dinner and took in the atmosphere. The promenade is a short walk across a main road- plenty of bars, restaurants, gift shops and a mcds, kfc and pizza hut for those who want a taste of home. There are a lot of street traders who try and get u to buy things but if you say 'no thank you' then they just carry on and don't pester. The marina is worth the walk (around 10 mins- probs better in morning or after sunset when cooler) it is an up and coming area so this is more modern but very quiet. We took a 'city tour' via a agency which we thought was good value. A taxi picked us up at 10am and took us to the kasbah (Agadir Oufella) at the top of the hill and allowed us some time to look around, he then took us to an argan oil 'factory' where they showed you the art of how argan oil is made and you could buy products if you wanted (no pressure to buy) He then took us to the huge souk where we spent just over an hour looking around and taking in the atmosphere. We got back to the hotel just after 1pm. All in all, a fantastic place if you looking for somewhere cheap, comfortable and clean :)

Unfurtunately, I do not think this hotel deserves 4 stars. It deserves no more than 3 stars. PROS: -Hotel employees are really likeable and helpful. I think they are the most valuable assesst of the hotel. All of them, no exceptions. And not only in the hotel but all around Agadir. People across the town is just great. -Breakfast is pretty good, but lacks some basic food you might expect in any hotel (e.g. no fried eggs). -Swimming pool area is not bad. CONS: -Wi-Fi signal in the rooms is very very weak (specially at specific times of the day) , so you will need loads of patience to do whatever you need to do on the internet. I think this was one of the worst internet connection I have ever seen in my whole life. This should not be aceptable in 2023. -Water pressure in the shower was far too low, so the amount of water going trough the shower was not enough at all. -Almost impossible to find a balanced Water temperature in the shower, it was always either too hot or to cold. So you spend all the time getting burnt or frozen. -Your room will be either at the pool or the streets side. If it is at the pool side then you will be listening to loud music most of the day. If it is at the street side then you will spend nights listening to all kind of loud noises coming from the nearby streets, specially after 1:00 am until around 6:00 am. It looks like there is some disco or whatever nearby and once they leave such places people stay speaking (or even shouting) and laughing out loud just right under your window. This happened almost every day during the whole week I stayed in the hotel. -Most of the TV channels do not work. -As soon as you put your foot outside the hotel, there will likely be someone asking you for money or for whatever (a guy even asked me to provide him with a T-shirt or similar clothes), which sometimes can be quite annoying. That said, I am 100% sure that people working at this hotel do as much as they can with the scarce Resource they have at their dispossal. That is why I was first tempted to review this with 4 stars rather than 3. But then nothing would ever improve.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I would not recommend to anyone. The staff are rude and do not care about their customers! I would give it a 1 star rating only because of the breakfast otherwise it’s a ghetto!

Stayed here last week Pros were: - Swimming pool was nice 2 pools adult and baby pool - Staff were mostly really nice and friendly - Good selection of food options at breakfast and dinner for Adults - Excursions: plenty of things to do we did Agadir city tour and dolphin Park enjoyed both - Beach: close by just a 5 min walk down the road although you do have to cross a busy dual carriage way - Cleaners: always cleaning and do a very good job Cons were: - Cockroaches found around the hotel especially in the dinner/breakfast area (I'm sure this has made me ill) on the last day of my stay I pulled out a chair to sit and cockroach came out I nearly vomited. (If I knew this was the case I wouldn't have booked the hotel). to add salt to the wound the Toilet near dinner area both sinks full of vomit on my last day - AC in the room was terrible it gave little or no air. Felt like I was in sauna my whole stay when I complained to reception they said it is how it is. Suggestion at least provide some other fans i.e desk fans if your AC not strong enough. - Showers: were not strong at all water barely came out of them - Pool guy: was very nice but seemed to always forget I requested 3 towels (only ever received 2 towel each time I went swimming with family) also there was problem with washing machine - Towels : cleaners usually took all the towels and left us with 1 or no towels so we had to ask reception a few times. Maybe due to their washing machine problem. Entertainment: not great mostly catered towards the French nothing much for kids Dinner options for kids: my daughter did not like anything so had to order separately chips everyday (suggestion I think hotel should have more options for kids each day like chips chicken nuggets etc) All in all I couldn't enjoy my stay fully due to the air con, shower, cockroach. I would not stay at this hotel again I'm afraid definitely not a 4* hotel.

All in all a lovely stay. Bar and restaurant staff are great-particularly idris, Gabriel and usula. Rooms were good, cleaning and reception staff also good. Pool area was great with plenty of sunbeds and always our children’s favourite aspect of any sunshine holiday. This leads me to our only but very significant grumble - the animacion man’s incredibly loud music playing for most of the day around the pool. 10am until 11am (before he started) around the pool was fantastic-peaceful and serene-we loved it. Also 13.00 until 15.00 was OK -this was ‘tranquility hour’ where calmer music was played but still at ridiculous volume. Outside these hours until 19.00 when he stopped, the music was uncomfortably loud, with a few songs playing on an endless loop making it near impossible to concentrate on reading, relax or even hold a conversation! We found this really strange in a family hotel. Never experienced this anywhere we have stayed before. We did mention this at reception to no avail. So if you do not like loud music playing all day long this may not be the hotel for you !!

Breakfast was disgusting I was really sick one morning after eating breakfast so missed out most of the day. I had to wait 5 days till the TV in my room was fixed and then there was only about 5 English programs and the English news channels weren't tuned in. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and it definitely not a 4 Star hotel maybe 2 Star some of the guests who I spoke to agreed with me about that and the entertainment was a joke

Excellent location, very polite and accommodating staff. The location is about 5 minutes walk from the beach. Breakfast buffet is good enough for what you pay. Very clean hotel. Overall a great stay and well worth the price you pay!

  • 4/5 Bestcom S. 6 months ago on Google
A reasonably priced mid range hotel. Good location close to the beach, cable car and decent affordably priced restaurants for locals (£6-7 typical meal for one). Despite what some reviews say, air conditioning and wifi worked fine in the room. Helpful staff. There are better hotels in Agadir that offer more facilities but they will cost you a lot more. So, if you are looking for a clean, comfortable cost effective base well worth considering.

One of the standout features of Tildi Hotel in Agadir is undoubtedly the stunning views it offers. With its prime location in Agadir, the hotel boasts panoramic views of the mountains that is beautiful. In addition to the stunning views, Tildi Hotel also has an impressive swimming pool that is well-maintained and spacious. It provides the perfect spot for guests to relax and soak up the sun, with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas available for use. The water temperature is just right, making it ideal for a refreshing dip. The accommodations at Tildi Hotel are comfortable and well-appointed, with tasteful decor and all the necessary amenities. The staff are also friendly and attentive. The hotel also offers additional amenities, including a fitness center, spa, and restaurant. Overall, Tildi Hotel is an excellent choice for those seeking a relaxing and enjoyable vacation in Agadir. With its stunning views, excellent swimming pool, and comfortable accommodations, guests are sure to have a memorable stay.

It tooks us some time to write about our experience but I thought it was important to write it at some point. We spend more than two weeks 20 months ago with our 11 months boy. We had an amazing time. The staff was fantastic,.the bedroom good, the food great, the swimming pool and the the garden fantastic. The hotel is 10 minutes away from the beach and the nice promenade along the beach. I don't think it is possible to be disappointed from this place. We loved it.

A dated hotel that they tried to keep alive and functional. The thing I liked the most was the value for the price compared to other hotels around. I needed a place to sleep as I spent most of my time outside and in day excursions and it worked okay. The staff in the hotel is very helpful. I didn’t like the initial room they gave me as it was dark and had just a little window while I booked one with balcony. They corrected immediately and also upgraded me to a pool view room. The food in their restaurant is not good and below average. They only had buffet and limited variety (I believe COVID relates constraint). The wifi was bad in my room. It comes and goes. I moved a chair close to the bathroom door to get the signal. Not comfortable. Wifi in the lobby and restaurant was good. It looks like a family place that the locals come to. The swimming pool had a lot of children playing and some loud music but they turn it off at 7pm or so for a quieter night sleep. You can walk to the beach but you cross two roads and a little park. Not too far but not sure you can walk with your swimsuit. The room I got with pool view also had sea view and nice sunset. The cleanliness was average. The beds and pillow are hard. Room size is okay. Bathroom shower had drainage issue and accumulated water. In summary, a cheap functional hotel with a friendly staff in decent location but dates and partially clean without good food options. I wouldn’t recommend if you plan to spend time at the hotel.

There were missing drinks so bar was very poor. Swimming pool was good surrounded by flora. Rooms simple but we went on the budget holidays, so you may find more luxurious ones. We couldn't well regulate water temperature in the shower so a bit of let down.

An absolutely beautiful place in Agadir. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The staff are amazingly helpful. The pool area is surrounded by a beautiful garden with trees, flowers and birds. If you want a relaxing break in the sunshine to lie by the pool and read a book, then this is the place for you. Lots of lovely restaurants within easy walking distance. Outstanding.

Solid but a little bit too pricey. Friendly staff, clean and tidy, late check-in possible without any problem. Location is good and the pool is very well maintained. Unfortunately the rooms, and especially the bathrooms, need a general renovation. Hence, the price-value ratio is a little bit too high compared to other hotels/ riads.

The only 2 things stopping me from 5 stars on the room, is the shower its non existent, so very slow 🐌 The room we had was in 3rd floor and the noise around 4am was veryoud so I'd suggest a pool view if you like to sleep with the patio doors open... The cleaners do a marvellous job. The breakfast included is decent. Don't expect a full English or a sausage and bacon sandwich either, but you'll get an omelette and flat bread, amongst other savoury and sweet products on offer, don't forget to check under the hot silver pots.. The pool area is amazing, not so sure with the Arabic old skool tunes they belting out all day, and repeated daily🤦‍♂️ The pool guys try and get people involved and do a great job.

I liked the stay very much, nice and roomy, near the beach and the Marina, nice swimming pool, amazing food, amazing staff. If you want pool view though, you may be disappointed, as they seem to receive something different on there systems and offer you city view only.

Location is excellent Swimming pool is large and warm Henane is the most helpful. The rest of the staff are good. However the evening receptionist Is a bit odd as he doesn't like to give me towels but he does after I complain to him the ones given to me are dirty. Breakfast is nice and the staff there are friendly. Pancakes are really thin but fresh omelette and bread are available.

Good location and friendly staff. Food and seevice also nice. Only complain is our room was facing the street side and it was very noisy street all night.

Very good experience, from reception to goodbye. Very clean. Lovely staying there. Breakfast buffet with a lot of variety of food. Location perfect 5 minutes walk from beach. Pool area great. Thanks
