Everything seemed good and professional. Took me in early and had the scan. Then as soon as I paid the fees that’s when it all went wrong. Waited around an hour to be told it will take some time and will call you. Waited till next day to be told to come the following day 11am. Did what i was told to be then informed it’s not ready and will get a call. After 3 visits and asking for my money back I was then told machine was broken and that it will be ready in 1 hour. They did stick to their words and it was ready. So they have now given me the scan pics then to be told they have no one in the hospital to explain what the issue is and I should go to a professional place (MORE MONEY). These guys are absolutely clueless. I went to this clinic as it had amazing reviews. Don’t let that fool you. PLEASE DONE MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID. Iv never been so annoyed and angry in my life

Dopo 2 giorni di ricovero lo dimettono, ancora insofferente, senza risolvere il problema (ancora con il catetere e ancora non riusciva ad urinarie) e lo invitano a tornare dopo 7 giorni. Torna subito in Italia e con una visita di un secondo si accorgono che era PROSTATITE il problema e non la cistite, che è stata solo una conseguenza. INCOMPETENTI!!!! Dicevano pure che non faceva la pipì perché era condizionato psicologicamente!!!! Vergogna!!! Pagati più di 800 euro, non ho parole

The staff were professional, caring and did all they could to help us. I was able to stay with my husband and staff did all they could to make our stay more comfortable. The overall cleanliness of the hospital was excellent. Fortunately we were able to return to the UK after some days and the medical practitioners here have confirmed that my husband’s operation has been successful. Many thanks, once again, to all the staff, particularly the nursing team, for everything. I cannot commend them highly enough.

I came here on a Sunday (when doctors were closed) with 3 different infections (stomach, throat and eye) that I didn’t want to self-medicate any longer. I had an Arabic speaking friend with me, which was helpful with the receptionist and nurse, but they also spoke a little English and French. My doctor spoke perfect English though, properly examined me, gave me an infusion, wrote down meds for me and talked me through all of it. It was a really good experience and I’m very glad I went there and got her professional advice 🙏🏼 It’s a private hospital looking just like European hospitals, very clean and well-equipped and the prices were also comparable to European health care.
