Great burgers, which several options. Lovely Hawaiian setting for yourself, a couple, or a family.

Great burger shop in Saitama Shintoshin station. Dishes are perfect but, if you go weekend, you may wait for few minutes... Usually really crowded...

Very good food, but very crowded and a bit cramped place.

Really disappointed with the quality of their burgers, particularly the meat. For the price, there's no excuse for dry meat that was obviously sitting around for 30 minutes (or longer!) to be used on a "fresh" hamburger. It's a chain, so this review will have zero effect on the establishment, but foodies be warned: if you go during peak hours like we did, you may get food that was made much earlier, left sitting around to speed up everyone's eating experience. Not going back there again any time soon. (You're probably better off with Freshness Burger in the food court.)
