We stopped by here for lunch on Monday as we saw many locals coming in for lunch. The soup was very delicious (if you like Portuguese soup) and they serve it in this silver container which was impressive. Bacalhau natas (codfish with potato and cream) ok above average but the chicken was cold and dry and not worth the €8 being levied. The chicken was even more disappointing as they were also a BBQ chicken shop and hence the reason for the 3 star

Food was meh. Needed salt Service was ok until the young buck with the piss face didn’t want to help us and the Asian server was trying to teach coffee 101. Trust me, I know my coffee. Atmosphere is nice for the area it’s in Expect long wait times

An excellent Portuguese restaurant. Simple, tasty food, delicious bread and accompaniments, excellent service. Looks quiet outside, but full of local people within.

BEST bbq chicken in Agueda (that I’ve had in Portugal thu far) 5€ for a whole chicken. It’s bbq’ed JUST right and so juicy! The flavors are like no other tasca I’ve been to in Portugal. We always swing by here when nearby.

great homemade food! big and tasty servings of traditional portuguese food. everytime i’m in town, it’s a choice!
