Yesterday I was made to wait for 40 minutes with anaesthetic cream on my face that too after taking an appointment prior. Some walk in client was taken in and I was made to wait. Even during my treatment many times the door was opened and the operator who was doing my procedure and the next bed operator was kept asking how long to go, do fast. I don't expect such kind of service from a reputed firm. Kindly look into this and hope this does not happen in the future.

My primary concerns were stubborn dandruff and hyperpigmentation. The clinic has a lot of procedure (superficial+invasive) but I love how my doctor suggested me to heal my skin and hair first with available products in the market before going for further procedure. Totally loved it.

Doctor is very nice and gave me very good explanation for my problem and was very nicely explained by the counselor. Very polite staff. The treatment was very nicely given by the therapist i am very satisfied after visiting this clinic. I suggest you all to visit this clinic .

Worst. They cheat people. On call they will give you only 30k charges but when you go personally with that mindset, they will charge you 61k for same treatment. Then they will ask you to wait for one hour to solve the issue. But still then also issue will not be saved. They are the cheaters. Don't get trap in their offers. Without even giving starts I want to post this. But they don't allow to do so. So hereby compulsorily I have to give one star. Otherwise not even worthy of one star.

Worst experience. Even though the appointment was taken 1 week before, when I arrived at the allotted time slot, receptionist informed that doctor is not available. They don't have decency to inform in advance that the doctor is not available or on leave.

Very good place for hair treatment..I am giving the honest review about sakhiya clinic I went to clinic first time for my hair problem. Dr Namarta bhavsar suggest me for Prp treatment for my scalp and its very effective and got best results within 4 sittings baby hairs grow naturaly.

I am frequent visitor of Sakhiya skin clinic and today was my 8th sitting of hair reduction and I am very happy and satisfied with service , staff and their results.

I am really happy with the overall treatment I got here, doctors and staff are very polite, patient and informative. The post care products had helped me in reducing my acnes and improving my skin texture.

Only good for hair removal (that too if you are okay with long wait times) Did a lightening treatment suggested by them and it made the skin much worse than what it was even earlier - dark patches and hyperpigmentation which was not there before the treatment. So it actually made the skin worse. After that, to solve it, the staff has been quite unprofessional leading to waste of time and money ( they are now charging higher than usual costs for something which they only caused). Absolute lack of ownership and money making attitude. Long waiting queues and extremely rude staff ( especially new ones like Kamlini who insults customers) Some older technicians are good like Muskan. But overall not worth it. Was quite good 3-4 years back, absolutely to avoid now.

We booked an appointment at 6 pm(a couple of months ago- due to our office timing) almost before 2 days. When we reached they said your appointment is not booked!! Then after some time one lady started for facial laser hair removal. Her name was Pratiksha(not sure). The out timing is 7 pm. So, they were in a hurry and did not do their work with dedication. The blunder was that they cut down 1 eyebrow(30 to 40%)!!! Are you serious guys!! And also no sorry or courtesy, she just left the office as her time was over. We already paid a full amount of the treatment that doesn't mean that you are just doing just type behavior. We were informed about that matter then one guy came and said, "Sorry, it will regrow again within a few days!!" That's it!! I know that Sakhiya is a big name with a number of offices, but did not expect this with them!! Disappointed!! Our other sessions are pending, we would be happy to change or edit the review after complete service.

Oh no, it's very very expensive for me however it was much needed and i felt so i am under right hand, Dr.namrata bhavsar was a kind human and she consulted very well, I would like to appreciate the assistant there was in a room, she was literally great human, she treated me like a son and i am sorry i couldn't thanked her as I forgot, but she was caring and hats off to all.

The worst experience I have ever had. Agreed to do the entire mole removal for a fixed price and still wanted to charge for the second session. Had to leave the process and now have to find another doctor. Never going back again. They turn on their words. Must get everything in writing.

I took my last 2 hair removal sessions there where I was attended by Bharatbhai (Therapist). He has enough experience as a Male therapist. He did his job very nicely. All other staff members were also very polite and experienced.

Very bad experience in this clinic no results on my acne scar I already completed 6 session of lasers but there is no results they charge highly nd suggest different treatments of skin but they not given any results my skin is as usual acne scar is as usual never suggest any one it's west of time and money , not satisfied....

From last 3 years im taking different services but now service's has gone worst. I would never recommend sakhiya clinic for hair removal treatment. I had worst experience with them and they are not willing to hear your complains. They say you will get 80% results when you go for enquiry. I took the package of 1.3 lakhs and didn't got even 30% results. I started complaining about not having even 10% results from 4th session but they were not bother. Everytime when I complain they just give one reply that you will get a call from them but they never call and when I made a call on toll free number they also give same reply you will get a call from clinic but they are not interested in solving customer problem for which they have paid. I would suggest not to spend your hard earn money for the service you don't get the result. Infact there are many other clinic which is cheaper and had good results. Not only me but many clients had same complain about there service.
