Very nice showroom it is located in ahmedabad one mall their is a very big watch collection here.their is a wide range of watch here from chain watch to smart watches the watch is ftom Rs.1500 -50000 also.the staff here is very friendly and very helpful.the they have a very big showroom.

The gentleman I found there was very polite, patient and understanding. I gave my details in the morning for inquiry on the watches they have and within one hour he had called back letting me know everything I would love to know. I was not sure of the kind of watch I wanted but I knew I had a budget below 4,000 and he was very understanding. He took his time to explain and let me know what is needed. I recommend him. And also the Casio watches are affordable compared to other brands. 10/10 good service √ patients √ good customer care √

Collection is good, staff is so humble. But prices are not competitive. Any authentic retailer would give you better price deal than what the store is providing.

Make sure you make them fill up the warranty card of your product, because in my case they forgot to do their job and i had to go back to the store just to claim my warranty which can be done from the home on casio's site, also the major attitude difference can be seen before purchasing a product and after asking for their service.

charging 100 rs for watch resizing... bad attitude for such normal after sales service.

Worst Customer Experience,Does not care to show products to the customer.

This is not authorized service center and they provided me cost of changing glass at Rs. 1200. I have changed my glass at authorized service center at Rs. 900.

Recently I purchased from the store. And I want to say a fantastic service. Store manager and co staff all are very responsible person's. They understand your requirement and offer best of one. Even after sales if you have any doubts or any query they same treat you like a new customer. I also wan say why any big brand become a brand its only because service like this store. Quality definition only derives by satisfaction of costomer. And I really satisfied with the service.

I visited this store recently and i asked to change the belt of the watch (GA-900A) and they offered me belt at rupees 2500 around whereas company itself sells it for 1590/-.

A decent collection. But it's hard to get a fresh timepiece as the whole stock available is on public display. The staff is good. The laser engraving ( souvenir collection from Casio ) is not available.

Scamming ppl but selling belt worth 915 for 1300

Very pathetic after service and sales services, Staff was in very hurry to close down his shop. I was fan of Casio since my childhood but now I have to think twice before considering this as an option.
