There is a worst service. Firstly they tell us to buy membership then they say that it's not necessary to have a bill at the time of exchange. So I buyed the membership for lifetime exchange offer. And when I ask that do I need to carry bill at the timeof exchange, they told me that click the photo of bill from that also u can change afterwards but at the time of exchange they just deny to exchange. As their employees just deny and said it's necessary of bill otherwise they can't change the product. Never buy such membership from Westside they even didn't gave back my money as they were about to credit in my account😡😡. Worst employees worst management only just fake promises

It is very good place for clothes shopping. You get all types of dress for boys and girls here. There dresses is Available in good quality. And at subsidies rate. Here traditional as well as western dress Available. Visit for more experience.

I went over here to make some formal and casual purchases for men. They have limited options, however the quality and cost of the cloth is really good. However, the staff weren't at all proactive, as I went 12:00 PM on Monday morning, no customers, and it took them 15 minutes to come at the counter for payment & still they haven't updated me on the fitting of my clothes. You can make a purchase here, however the customer service needs improvement.

i visited Westside since it is available in Ahmedabad, but now when ever I visit the store I never found my size. Cloth quality is down graded now they are very thin and delicate. if you wash them once it will not suitable to reuse.

Great collection of clothes for men, women and children. But prices are slightly higher than other brands. But the staff is well behaved and the store is less crowded.

Well,personally i like this shopping mall just because of its variety and price variety. The prices of the cloths are quit cheap and worthy also. The staff and the interior is on the next level. They also have good type of footwear also.

One of the best shopping experience I have had , the best thing is , the staff is they stay by your side , so if you go shopping with your wife of girlfriend then they make sure you are not troubled and she will also have a helping and In the end RECOMMEND, AND PS collection is nice too and discounts are nice too , so not to heavy on your pocket

As an employee i say very bad regarding salary, they not paid you salary for 5 days, and they say 45 days and they are fooling you. i am not recommend anyone for job.

For western wear and traditional wear i would suggest to go for Westside as it have lots of varieties in western wear and the suits collection is also very awesome. Even the men's wear is very good and eye-catching

I had a very nice collection of formalwear. Good quality. You can get a discount during August and Jan each year.

It's a shopping center with many options for clothes and footwear. For me it's affordable and I love the quality of the clothes, especially the sportswear, and top wear. Love the service. It's just I think traditionals are bit overpriced.

Variety of clothes available for each group of customers. All trendy and fashionable outfits which will definitely attract u. Several options of Footwear for each age groups are available here. Rate of the products remains little higher but it is for sure thay u get products of supreme quality. Recommended from my side.

Don't be trapped in the Membership scheme of Westside. This kind of scheme is free in lots of brands like Zara/lifestyle/Max/Malabar and tons of more. During billing the representative informed that the membership are free of charges, but Rs 299 was included in the bill.

Just a poor extension of fullfledged store with discarded garments which could not be sold at main branch!

Good collection but need to add more cothing options

I visited WestSide show room at chandkheda location Ahmedabad Gujarat.. on 4th july...After spent my 30 minutes around for reviewing and finalizing products when I opt for payment they denied to take card payment due to system failure.So my humble request that show room owner might have such arrangement when customer enters showroom at such moment he must be aware with that digital payment or card payment system down so our valuable time don't spoil...
