I am extremely disappointed with the owner's lack of competence. Unfortunately, the old woman is very rude and greedy for money. Apparently she's rolling the prices. She gave me a price of over €200 and suddenly after a long discussion she lowered the price. Then you won't even type it into the register. The other employee with very dark hair was very polite and courteous. I have to say I would give the employee more than 5 stars. The owner should value and recognize such employees. I could write a longer text about the impudence of the owner. Incredible!

I always go to the branch with my husband to see the owner's wife. We always receive very friendly service. You don't need an appointment there, which is a huge advantage for us. We've always gotten there quickly so far. She always responded to our wishes. On the subject of additional services, yes, more is offered than 0 8 15. Of course, you should ask beforehand how much this service costs so that you are not disappointed afterwards. You have a mouth to ask, right? Oh and performance costs money, hairstyles are a craft! We always like to come back!

Horrible… never again. We were there with our children. The little one had a braid that was simply untied and the hair was simply shaved off with a comb and razor when it was dry. I had my hairdresser and wedding makeup done there and I was extremely unhappy. I showed photos and asked if something similar could be done, the hairdresser confirmed. I paid extra so that the shop could open earlier, but in the end the hairdresser was 15 minutes late even though she knew that every minute was important.
