Dr. Shakra Junior is the best family doctor I have ever had. I live in Hamburg but still go to see him in Ahrensburg because he understands me so well and tries to help. He takes my concerns and fears seriously, takes his time and is very understanding. He has what I've been missing so far - an open ear and a real interest in my feelings and problems. The practice team is also super nice and accommodating. Scheduling an appointment without any problems and without a long waiting time. You can also come by spontaneously without an appointment if you are feeling unwell.

When I'm *really* sick, I come here. Dr. Hussam Shakra is very empathetic and very thorough. I have also never experienced the practice team as sloppy. Given the volume of patients, it's actually a small miracle.

I think the practice is great. The medical assistants are super nice even when the practice is busy and stressful. Dr. Shakra listens carefully and knows what he is doing. I'm a trained nurse myself and I'm enthusiastic, he's open to ideas from patients. I've been living in Ahrensburg for about 6 months and I'm happy to have found this practice. I drive 45 minutes to the practice from Hamburg. The fact that I still give this doctor's practice preference over all doctors in Hamburg speaks for itself.

For many years I have been with Dr. Shakra patient and feel incredibly well looked after in the practice. The receptionists are all super nice and totally personable. Even if I no longer live in the area, it's worth making the journey. I can only recommend the practice. Would prefer to give more than 5 stars.😊

I saw Dr Shakra in an acute emergency and have never experienced such a nice, empathetic and great doctor. Even though I wasn't an existing patient, he still took me in and treated me straight away and helped me enormously with my situation.
