Both Studio Bamboo I and Bamboo II are very nice yoga studios. Very clean, tasteful and fully furnished for yoga practice. The resources are available in sufficient numbers even when the classes are full. Things often look different in other studios I visited. The teachers at Bamboo are all competent. The teachers newly trained in Bamboo are also already competent and can practice their skills in New Teacher Classes.

I've been dancing there for 7 years and I've been taking hip hop lessons with Emil for 5 years. It's incredibly fun and Emil is a very good dancer and teacher. Unfortunately there is no mirror there, so only four stars.

A balanced course schedule, with different yoga styles and teachers, two tasteful and functionally furnished studios - there is something for everyone. Equipped with the flat contract, you can try out the entire range and choose at your leisure what suits you best, which is very comfortable. The lessons are carefully prepared, varied and inspiring and are precisely instructed, from challenging positions to deep relaxation. The extensive course program is supplemented by workshops, e.g. B. on the weekends. Happy feet thrilled me, especially because both teachers work so differently and complement each other in such a wonderful way. I'm looking forward to the next part :-) For me, bamboo yoga has become a permanent fixture in Karlshorst. Thanks for that!

At this point: Great praise and recognition! I think it's great that Karlshorst has such a great yoga studio, or rather two. Due to my life situation, I currently don't have the opportunity to attend a regular course on a regular basis. But since I have been practicing yoga for 20 years, it is essential for me to continue to enrich my life with yoga and there is nothing better for me than the opportunity, like you, to flexibly take part in various courses. I really enjoy this and think it's a great offer. Since I have experienced yoga for a very long time in many places and with different yoga teachers, I can only say that the quality of your courses is very, very good, in my opinion even excellent, and that so far, no matter which course and which course leader I take was always very impressed and extremely satisfied. A super nice yoga studio with a totally cozy and relaxed atmosphere. You feel completely cared for and in good hands. A wide range of courses with friendly and helpful yoga teachers who put a lot of heart into their work and the participants. Even in these extraordinary times, bamboo yoga helps to create the relaxation and balance that is absolutely necessary with online courses. Every week (whether actually or online) I go into the course with a lot of joy and leave the course totally relaxed. 🙏

In the 2 beautiful and individual studios in Karlshorst, competent and experienced yoga teachers teach various yoga styles at all levels. There are also dance and yoga offers for children, meditation, Pilates and regular workshops. The atmosphere is happy, appreciative and loving. Highly Recommended!
