😠 I went for a mindful yoga class, but instead came out feeling like I've just been mansplained the universe for 90 minutes. Also I was surprised that the (male) teacher just goes around giving massages without asking (the predominantly younger and female students) if you actually want to be touched....

😠 If children don't participate properly, they are thrown out of the course because they are supposedly disruptive. The only one who felt disturbed was the course management, who should perhaps consider whether they are really suitable for offering courses for children. Not again

There are no showers, no secure lockers, rooms are pretty small, and classes can fill up quickly and classes can be crowded (you can still complete the exercises, just have to be aware of your neighbour).
