The place is beautiful, quiet and the decor is warm and Indian par excellence, you feel like you are in one of the Indian restaurants. The workers in the place are excellent, all the time taking care of the details of the table and looking at the customer if they needs anything, smiling all the time as well😍😍. The food is 7/10, everything was good, the taste, the quality and the presentation of the plates! I can recommend to improve the appetizers menu, there is alot more to add.👍

The quality of the food was acceptable but not great. Definitely not an authentic Indian restaurant, the starters were hit and miss some were nice some were horrible if I am honest. The mains were ok, again not a proper Indian Madras or Tikka masala but it was a nice flavour even though it was different. The rice was pretty nice so was the bread. Price wise its pretty expensive which I wouldn’t have had an issue with if it was a proper Indian food. Sadly you don’t have many options in Beirut when it comes to Indian food.

For me it is one of the most authentic Indian restaurants in Beirut. The butter chicken and the lamb biryani are awesome and they go very well with the butter/garlic naan bread. Easy to find in the hotel and the whole experience is very good. Visit it when you can.

Yum food. A bit overpriced but good. I did not like that the Tika Masala does not have rice. So, if you want rice, you have to pay for it. And I have never seen a place where Tikka Masala is served without rice. Also, they charge you for the bread. Not nice.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this restaurant. I took the time to make a reservation over the phone, hoping for a pleasant evening with my friends. Little did I know, I was in for a rollercoaster of frustration and disappointment. Arriving at the restaurant, I was told that no reservation under my name is available and that I had called the wrong number. Seriously? They couldn't even locate my reservation and had the audacity to insinuate that it was somehow my mistake. Despite my efforts to secure a reservation on the spot, I was told that they had no record of it, and the restaurant was supposedly fully booked. It's as if they had no regard for the time and effort I had put into planning this outing. But guess what? As soon as we left the establishment, one of my friends called to inquire about a reservation and, magically, there was suddenly space available. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was astonishing. Not only did they fail to honor my reservation, but they also managed to make me look like a liar in front of my friends. It's utterly unacceptable that they could treat customers with such disrespect. And let's not forget the glaring issue of gender bias. The fact that they seemed to judge us based on our group composition, with "4 girls and one guy," speaks volumes about their discriminatory behavior. This sort of behavior has no place in a modern society. All in all, my experience at this restaurant was a complete disaster. Their unprofessionalism, lack of integrity, and discriminatory behavior have ensured that I will never step foot in that establishment again. I would strongly advise anyone considering dining here to think twice before subjecting themselves to such a disrespectful and demeaning experience.

I think the only survivor of the Indian restaurants in Beirut. Rich menu and tasty food. Under staff a bit on weekends.

I had a meal here a couple of years ago .. the food did not attract me to come again .. so so , but today as I passed by , I was saddened to see that they suffered from the recent Beirut big explosion and all the front had been destroyed.. I wonder if the owner will fix this place .. probably the only Indian restaurant remaining in town ..

Tasty high quality indian food, but some other customers were very loud and apparently i couldn't sit in a table that i liked because a customer left his jacket on the chair and went to sit inside the hotel.

Delicious Indian restaurant in Beirut. The restaurant is relatively small and is located at the ground floor of the Warwick Palm Beach hotel. Food was delicious and staff were very friendly. Highly recommend the shrimp malabarm. Will be definetely going back!

The place is good and batter then other two restaurant in Taksim area . Is just ok when you far from home They need to consider what portion they serve and how they serve . I order nihari came with too much oil and so little gravy I thrown all oil and eat just one nan . Because I don’t have the gravy . They need to figure out how they provide complete meal for coustmore specialty to take out customers.

The yogurt cucumber salad was mostly yogurt with very small bits of cucumber. The chicken curry does not come with rice which is extra.

I rarely leave reviews, but I really feel the need to warn people of how poor the quality of food is. As someone who grew up with an Indian mother, I was excited to learn of Al Hindi when I moved to Beirut. I’ve tried them twice before and the quality never blew me away, but I chalked it up to the specific dishes I ordered. Today is was the third time I’ve tried Al Hindi (note that I ordered takeaway and did not dine in the restaurant). I ordered the Palak Paneer, which was almost alien green and did not taste like spinach. I’ve had better Palak Paneer from the frozen section in a grocery store. I also ordered the Black Lentil Dahl which had undercooked lentils and almost raw red beans in it. Both were absolutely tasteless. I understand catering to the Lebanese palette which has a low tolerance for spice, but that doesn’t mean flavor has to be foregone completely. On top of this all, the prices are outrageous considering the quality. They don’t even include plain white rice with entrees. If you want better quality Indian food that doesn’t rip you off, I recommend Get Grilled. They still cater to the Lebanese taste, but the quality of food is higher and the prices are more fair.

Some of the most tasty and flavorful Indian dishes we’ve had in the world. We travel internationally often and always make sure to try a local Indian place. This was EXCELLENT! What a treat! Must try the samosas, vegetable pakora, and aloo gobi!

One of the best Indian restaurants in town. I personally love their butter chicken very flavorful. A bit pricey but portions are great!
