The first shopping center I visited in Paris. It is actually two buildings that are connected by a corridor on the upper floor. In one part there are separate shops. Zara, H&M, etc. You will find furniture stores on the ground floor and underground. There is also a basketball court. In the second part, you will find a cinema, restaurants, and a shop spread over several floors. You will also find some designer pieces there.

The layout of gallery is sooo amazing! It’s like shopping inside a museum and the building has so much history. The rooftop view not to be missed.

Your system is so wrong. I got an alterations service while purchasing a jean here, and I never received a mail or message update. They didn’t forget to send promotion emails to make me spend more money, but the only thing i asked for- the news of my alterations didn’t arrive. We kept calling you but no one answered, so I managed to visit again and and i went to the ‘caisse’ but no one was there. We asked one of worker there what to do, and he said to go back to the initial caisse to ask. There was a finally lady there who said it is not her domain so she doesn’t know so ask another colleague. I asked another person and she said i should talk to another colleague. In the end. I managed to talk to the worker of the brand that i purchased the Jean, and she finally gave us the jean, saying that she also never gets as news as a customer. I thought that you are less crowded than the one in the centre of Paris, and liked the interior design, but your management and system is just awful. I don’t know how i can call you ‘department store’, it is less unprofessional than a small local clothing store in my town.

Been visiting this particular beaugrenelle outlet as its next to my home. Pros: The staffs are just outright lazy. But that's good sometimes because you can just take whatever items you want and go to the fitting room to try anything by yourself. Cons: 1) The counter staffs continously give you wrong information and debate with you. Especially if it means they have to move an inch from their seats to check something. (I was told I can't use my 'avoir' in this beaugrenelle galleries lafayette but I have already done so several times. 2) They won't bother verifying the correct discount on items if you don't ask the manager to come and help. 3) The staff at the shoes department will go circles around to avoid you. You can then select whatever you want and try it yourself. 4)Jacket corner staffs just stand and chit-chat without helping. Like most. 5)Security guards only greet you 'Bonjour'if you are a) Caucasian or b) women they find attractive 6) Many of sizes are sold out. Especially if its size S or M. They have fewer selections overall. Ofcourse there are some 1 or 2 good exceptions. But shopping here can be really stressful with unpleasant service overall

Fancy items people like to buy. The people I was with Enjoyed it. I was lucky and found a seat near some escalators.

Like the real thing at Opera but smaller and easier to stroll

Amazing shopping centre similar to Selfridges in London but this shopping centre really has a unique look and feel. Lots of stores under one roof which makes for an amazing shopping trip as you can explore many stores in one go.

I don't like shopping malls but this one is the only one I like. Nice architecture and a good view to grab something to eat.

The mall is clean and there is a good selection of stores. The floors and sections are a little confusing. I know I missed some stores because of the layout.

Loads of different designer shops here, some reasonable like Nike, Adidas and lots of expensive other shops. Very clean and nice atmosphere... not much to say apart from the Sephora experience I had.

The waiter with long hair is super friendly, and he recommends the best flavours of macarons. He is not racist and makes you feel welcome. The manager is super nice and warm to the customer. Overall a definitely better than other Lauduree shops near Eiffel Tower, will definitely visit again!

Gallery has taken over all the floors thereby depriving customers the choices they had before. Unless you're a fan of the Gallery there's no reason to shop there.

The area is lively, I was frustrated that the mall is really small compared to the images published. It doesn't worth a visit if you are a tourist.

We had the pleasure of meeting Kareem, an exceptional sales associate that helped us find the last minute gifts on our list. He was incredibly kind and knowledgeable! He also created a wonderful perfum sample for us! From the beginning to the end, it was just a wonderful experience. Thank you Kareem!

One of the most beautiful commercial place in Paris. Almost every brands are there with affordable price and good qualities.

Unprofessional staff and confusing online information. Estée Lauder counter was under renovation in the Haussmann store so I had to come to the beaugrenelle store. Online Estée Lauder had a 30% off sale but in the beaugrenelle store it was only 25% off. And the staff claimed they didn’t know the 30% off Black Friday private sale because they were not the same store as the online one. Worst shopping experience in my life. Would’ve given 0 star if I could.

Ensure you do not need any help, elevators is broken by the way and the agent have no will to change the situation. Classical french attitude it is not me it is the other. So at least do not go with your kids they will get scare. Happy french holidays seasons

Good with different shops but somehow bad customer service to the non French speaking customers. You have to hope you get someone who is comfortable speaking English.

Huge choice of shops. Food, clothing books electronics etc... modern clean and seems pretty safe kow with covid. A very convenient 0lace when it freezes outside for example.

Excellent clothes. Excellent collection. Indiana is the place to be. Pools with nice drinks and some very nice foods. Chipottle has one the best Mexican food.

Yesterday I went to galleria Lafayette at Haussmann with my daughter. We went to do our tax free. While she was busy doing all that, I loved the art pieces hanging around. I started to take pictures then one employee, a Chinese French lady, told me I was not allowed to take pictures in a very rude tone. I told her why and she said: it is prohibited!!!!! Really ? What kind of answer is this? We are customers and we have to be treated with respect. Taking pictures is prohibited? Was it the Pentagon? Very disappointed!

Mostly sale, all jewelry we tried was broken, bend or had other flaws. Ok if you want the newest Carhartt-collection, but sizes stop at XL. There are better shops in Paris.

More relaxed store than the original store in Blvd Haussman, bought a few items here including scarves, shoes and handbag. Easier to browse without the volume of shoppers. Staff were very friendly, helpful and professional.. well worth the stroll up the Seine to visit the stores in Beaugrenelle!

Nice & clean, not too overwhelming, some interesting brands. Love the vintage section. Customer service could be developed, however. Staff doesn't really greet customers, and I was refused the Galeries Lafayette loyalty card today at Beaugrenelle, based on my home country, with a blunt & rude "Non, pas possible. Non." Walked out without buying anything then (there was a promo for the card holders). Back home checked the online site, and there shouldn't have been an issue -the card is available to all EU citizens.
