SA Laetitia K. didn’t know anything about Louis Vuitton bags and tax refund claims. There was an issue with the straps and she couldn’t figure it out she was willing to sell the bag as it was… saying it was the last bag furthermore she asked her coworker and she knew exactly the problem and fixed it. Other than that the waiting line was fine the door person and hostess were very accommodating.

Recommended to buy from other locations NOT from here. Not a very good mindset from sale persons. We checked from other branch (Le bon marché) that the bag that my friend want to buy is available here, but SA who took care of us try to avoid selling this bag (even we did buy 2 items from here). We asked her to verify the stock again in her tablet but she try to hide the screen from us when she checked it. We even asked another SA in this location to check and he confirmed that this bag is available here but we need to talk to our assigned SA but well ... I would rather prefer her honesty to tell us that the bag is not available because someone reserved it (or other reasons), not doing it this way. Very bad impression here while the other locations have much better customer service! Ps. My friend even checked at CDG airport after this event and SA there reconfirmed that the bag is available at Vendôme.

I had a pleasant experience at this Louis Vuitton store. I made an appointment prior to my visit and Georgia, my assigned CA, reached out a few days before I came to the store and was ready and waiting when I arrived. She hot stamped my purchase and re-hot stamped my other bag for me accurately (it was beginning to peel) and she was so sweet too. I came on a weekday so it wasn’t too full and crowded and I was offered a drink and a refill (they don’t do this in my home country!) which left me feeling like they actually value me as a customer. I’d definitely return to this store when I visit France again

Great store to consider. Staff was excellent and very informative. They take their time to go into detail of your purchase and inform you accordingly.

Took out one star because their Détaxe machine is NOT working. They are requiring me to take the détaxe in cash and manually write my credit card number on the detaxe papers. This will make me skip Paolo (the automatic détaxe scanner at the airport) and require more time at the airport to go in line for the doane (customs). I have lots of other détaxe paper all directly going back to my credit card. I don't like the extra work. Will buy from another branch in Paris. Saint Germain was able to process my détaxe no problem 2 days ago. Matthew was the SA who helped me. He was excellent with his customer service. Also, the lady greeting everyone at the front door made sure an SA got assigned to me right away. Merci beaucoup!

Was walking around and saw the line was short. I had a very pleasant experience. I was asked if I wanted champagne or anything else. I honestly just wanted water as we’re thirsty from all the walking. Came out with all I wanted. Will definitely come back

Beautiful multi story location with a lift. Check Out their amazing jewelry display on the ground floor and the top floor can personalize items for you. Staff was friendly without being pushy and it was no wait when we stopped in an a weekday.

It's only May but it's crowded already. Best to come as soon as they open at 10:00 AM to avoid long lines. Not every item is on display. You have to ask for the item you want. I feel rushed while shopping.

EXTREMELY long wait time so keep that in mind when you go, as they are very understaffed. (We went on a not so busy day and hour) The service is not bad when you wait, they offer you drinks (juice, tea, champagne). The selection of handbags is quite mediocre to be honest.

Purchased some very beautiful dresses for my wife at this location. The SA was Nathalie and she acted as a wonderful stylist. Would recommend.

I visit this Louie vuttion store in April while on my honeymoon and purchased a double pouch. Not even after a few days of usage of the purse the finish on the zipper pulls and zipper is coming off. Also, the zipper ends are exposed. The craftsmanship of my bag is terrible. You're better off buying a handmade purse from a local leather smith. I really can't believe Louis Vuitton would even sell this! The staff were friendly and helpful.

Time consuming to shop here. Been to other Louis Vuitton stores/ luxury stores (in paris and within EU) and they were much more efficient with my time. Not counting waiting for an appointment the staff will take 1-2 hours to do simple tasks. Like going to the back to check on stock takes forever. Very nice store, unfortunately just be prepared to spend a few hours there.

Walking into Louis Vuitton, our sales assistant Morgan was a breath of fresh air. We were greeted warmly, and she was engaging and made our experience one we still talk about. Her professional and personal attitude made us feel at ease and welcome in the store. She was incredibly kind, hospitable, engaging and lovely to interact with. If only all shopping experiences could be like this. If you are ever shopping at Maison Vendome, ask for Morgan. She is truly a gem and we hope to be back soon.

Me and my wife had our 1st experience visiting this LV store in Paris and Melissa was our SA. We were pleasantly surprised how accommodating and welcoming she was, also showing us and explaining in details of exquisite bags. Additionally to the already splendid service from her, she still went more to help us with the vat refund issues. We had visited other LV stores from Singapore, Japan to Thailand to Munich and Melissa impressed us with her level of professionalism. Congratulations to Louis vuitton for having such excellent staff !

This store has the largest jewellery shop and collection in the entire world, the 4th floor contains the workshop where the actual jewellery is made. Due to the history of the area of being jewellery artisans, to have stores in this strip you must sell jewellery. They showed us a collection before it was launched and allowed us to purchase before the actual date. The remaining collections of bags and accessories is plentiful and lots of high end clothing to choose from. The sales lady was quite nice, they didn't have a belt in the size I wanted so they shipped it from another store for me to pickup the next day. I give them 9/10!

I had hardly entered the store that I was asked if I would like something to drink. Wonderful friendly staff. Since I was shopping for someone else, I needed to send messages and take photos. The clerk said "just make yourself comfortable. Think of here as home". Well, thank you sir...

We have to say thank you to Calvin our SA. Because of him we had the opportunity to buy something very special even this was our first time at this store. It was a very polite & heart warming stay, my wife felt very comfortable and we are delighted by our new „toy“. A big thank to Calvin & the Team :-)

First time ever in a Louis Vuitton store. First time ever in Paris! Really enjoyed our shopping experience here! We made an appointment prior to our travel as entrance to the store is by appointment only. Our client advisor Michele was a pleasure to work with! He’s so personable and professional. He was patient with us and showed us everything we wanted to see, minus a bag that wasn’t available. Yes, granted we only purchased wallets, but the client experience was superb. We were provided with champagne and our purchases wrapped in Louis boxes and bags. Michele also took care of our VAT tax refund and before we left Paris we were already credited our refund! Michele also recommended the cutest little tea shop around the corner (see my review for Nina’s). If you’re in Paris and want to shop at Louis Vuitton, make your appointment at the Vendome store and request to work with Michele! He has the greatest personality! Thanks Michele!!

I stopped in with my sister to this iconic LV spot during our short trip to Paris. Although we did not have an appointment, we were assisted promptly. All of the staff at this location is incredibly welcoming and helpful. It made the experience all the more memorable. We were particularly fond of our sales associate Foroogh. She was incredible! Not only did she provide help in finding the right items, she was also very honest in helping with the pros and cons. Especially when we can be very indecisive. We were taught a lot about the history and were allotted the opportunity to see the beautiful building. Everything from the floors to the elevator door were designed with the brand’s heritage in mind. Walking into the Louis Vuitton Vendôme isn’t just a shopping trip. It’s an experience. Do yourself a favor and visit!

Best collection ever

Unfriendly doorman. Friendly in the clothes section. I wanted to speak to an assistant in the bag section and I had to wait and wait and wait… in the end I just left. For a caring client service, go to Printemps instead.

Excellent customer service! No sales pressure. We changed our mind on bags several times and their patience persevered. Recommended over the flagship as they deal with more tourist and are not as polite at times. Great double espresso too while you wait.

Shopping in this store is very time-consuming, but they serve you with champagne, coffee and water and are very polite.

A bit disappointed. Ready to buy a chalet but no one available to take care of me. Not enough staff on Sunday?

This was our first experience in LV in France. Since I typically only visit US stores, I was wonderfully surprised at the size of the store and how much they had on display. Multiple levels with clothing, handbags, perfume, and of course beautiful displays. We were first offered refreshments while waiting in line (less than 15 min wait at 4 in the afternoon ) greeted very warmly by security and CA at the door. They genuinely seemed interested in us and making sure we were comfortable and happy. The CA that worked with us though the purchase of a handbag and wallet was absolutely wonderful. I knew exactly what I wanted when we walked in since I'm a planner. He took the time to show a few options and answer any questions I had. Offered us a drink, gave us directions on what to do with the VAT invoice, made sure we ft safe walking around by giving us a nondescript bag to hold our purchase, and as a surprise threw in 6 samples of perfume. He was also so kind as to show us where the restroom was before we left. We will definitely make sure to stop in on the next visit we make to Paris.

Terrible. I went into buy a neverfull with the beige interior and they told me they only had one and the small pouch was bent like in two pieces it looked like a fake because it was so distorted and they refused to show me another one they said it was the only one they had. Why would you sell products for thousands of dollars that aren’t perfect And then try to pass them off as if they are. And while I was waiting to get the other items I purchased boxed some girl was trying to sell me a black tote which I didn’t ask for and was 4000 which she clearly just picked up the most expensive bag to show me. I don’t know it was a very strange shopping experience. I’ve had of people just standing around staring at me. Also when I went to do my duty-free I couldn’t find it at the airport. They really should give better instructions. I went into the Louis Vuitton in the airport and I should’ve just bought it there because would’ve actually gotten my tax free. All Americans can get tax free so make sure you do if you go shopping there!

Beautiful LV store - wonderful service

Lovely staff and excellent service. I've been to Louis Vuitton in many countries and locations this is by far the best.

We went in with a mission knowing exactly what we wanted to buy, told the person right away and they put us on the "wait-list" for purchasing and told us it would be 15 minutes. We confirmed with them 3 separate times that they'd come find us when we got to the front of the list. Half an hour later we check in with them since we haven't heard from them and they "lost" us on the wait-list completely and had to add us to the wait-list again. After they finally started helping us, they spent 15 minutes just trying to find the item we wanted to purchase (it was in stock but they literally opened every drawer in the store trying to find it and finally went to the backroom for it). If we're trying to spend thousands of dollars and have made it easy for them with knowing exactly what we wanted, they should at least have better service.

Great staff here. Their operations is well executed. The sales agents are quick to attend to you, get you what you need, and check you out. They offer you coffee/water, unlike the other stores where you need to ask. Overall, great experience with our agent. Got what we wanted quickly and moved on.

I went in late August so line at the door. The doorman and greeter were nice enough. The sales lady who helped me was nice. Sales people at this location is less snobby to me. I’d been to other locations in Europe, and I always came out empty handed. This one I felt I could take my time without being rushed or ignored.

Had a very positive experience shopping at this LV outlet. Lucy was such a great help and we really enjoyed our stay in the shop.

Excellent address and beautifully arranged. Prefer this store over the flagship. Our shopping advisor Camille was extremely friendly and professional. She went above and beyond out to help my wife get an item and really made our trip memorable.
