Unpleasant experience since the check-in process. Very confusing reception. There were more staff than guests at the reception but we had to wait for 15 minutes until someone actually took us. We booked a king-size bed, the room came with 2 twins merged into 1, clumsily. We called again and again, they said they have no room with a king-size bed, which is a lie. It is not the picture we saw on their website... Wifi in the room doesn't work. The staff running around calling one another... An hour , still waiting , not able to settle down yet. The service is way too bad for the price. It's worse than many B&B hotels we stayed in Morocco. So unprofessional !

Good location and view. Good experience when it was just opened first time. Now demand is high and service is bad. Very crowded with incompetent personal ( for sure lack of training) and bad services ( food, rooms cleaning…). You need to call several times to get towels!!! I don’t recommend unless if a renovation (mindset) is made in all levels: food and room service’s , swimming pool maintenance…check in welcome and speed…

I didn’t like the spot that much service not that great. I waited a lot to get the phone call responded. I found ants all over the room on top of the bed, except the golf cart drivers were so welcoming and nice also I checked in with a friend and they gave us two different rooms far away from each other.

Don’t book on the Radisson blu reputation, the staff here don’t care and don’t understand good customer service. Everywhere is dirty; the beach is covered in litter, the seats where you eat, bathroom in our room, clearly the cleaners care even less than the front of house staff. VERY disappointing and not what you expect. Spoke to other guests who confirmed the same, at least the sun was shinning.

Located in one of the best beaches in the area. Service not what you expect from such a resort staff mostly from undergraduate students with no or minimum supervision. Rooms : are okay again not what you'll expect with a weird smell when i complained several times i was explained that the smell is coming from the ac and there is nothing they can do about it and they suggested to shut the ac down if i don't want the smell, an ultimate choice in a hot country. Good vibe at night with many activities if you have children Food: lot of variety each day cooked with no soul like any other all inclusive hotel

Great hotel, wonderful swimming pool. Breakfast is too big, they should ask what you want, they don't give you a choice, leading to food waste.
