Cosy restaurant and amazing ambiance, a bit quite but the light music makes it perfect The food is really delicious with large portions And the staff is very friendly and helpful

Food is good but there's this one guy who was very rude in my last visit, he doesn't even smile, it's like he's not getting paid or he's not being treated well by management, lost my appetite when he was serving me... unfortunately.

To be honest, I passed before with my friends and we tried several starter and courses and it was amazing but unfortunately this time the experience was average. the place is nice having a good setting and decoration. We ordered Gnocchi and pasta and the taste was ok but you don't feel the truffle and the cheese has a mild taste.

I have been there with my cousins on a saturday night and we loved the ambiance. You can enjoy your food with a live violin performance. The violinist played great songs...he even started playing the "Happy Birthday" song when he knew that it was my cousin's birthday. Will surely come back again!

One of the best local Italian places in the area . All their ingredients are fresh , all their food items are cooked and served fresh and hot and the hygiene is always up to standards. Love their ambiance and their friendly and professional staff .

The service is so bad. We had to wait for more than 35 minutes for them to start serving the bread and butter. When we asked for more bread they charged it on the bill (knowing that they own a bakery and they should not be charging any extra charge for additional bread). When we ordered ixsir wine they only served one bottle and advised us that they have no further bottles. So we ordered kefraya breteches and they also served us one bottle and then informed us that this was their last breteches bottle. The food was so late to be served. A big part of the table was left with no cutlery and it was only when we highlighted this to their attention that they thought of serving plates and cutlery to everyone on the table. Finally, when we asked for the bill we found out that they had charged for things we never ordered and more wine bottles than the number we had ordered.

Gerardo in Ajaltoun is truly a gem of an Italian restaurant. From the moment you step in the decorations makes you feel that you have traveled to Venice, the team goes above and beyond to ensure you feel right at home. The linguini pesto was a culinary delight, perfectly al dente and bursting with delicious flavors. The penne Arrabiata was equally impressive, offering a satisfying blend of spice and savory notes. The real star, however, was the Quattro Formaggi pizza – a true masterpiece that left my taste buds in awe. Each bite was a rich, cheesy goodness that surpassed expectations. A heartfelt thanks to Elie and Elie, whose impeccable service and attention to detail consistently elevate our dining experience. Gerardo has undoubtedly become a favorite family spot, not just for its delectable Italian cuisine but for the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the dedicated staff. If you're in Ajaltoun and craving authentic Italian flavors, Gerardo is a must-visit. Buonissimo!

2023.09.30 The supermarket is famous for its meat and delicious section. The team is professional, and the food quality is 5 stars.
