KFC
as
a
whole

stars,
I
would.
This
is
an
all
KFC
problem
but
more
especially
KFC
Akasia.
Apparently
KFC
has
delivery
partners
and
when
you
place
an
order
on
the
KFC
app,
the
fate
of
your
order
is
in
the
hands
of
the
delivery
partners.
The
delivery
partners
have
complete
authority
over
your
order,
they
can
choose
to
cancel
your
order
at
will.
It
is
shocking
that
a
delivery
partner
who
is
also
a
mystery
to
the
customer
can
do
as
they
please
with
your
order.
There
is
no
disclaimer
whatsoever,
in
the
app
or
KFC
section
outlets
that
they
are
partnering
with
these
people
and
how
much
power
they
have
over
you
receiving
or
not
receiving
your
order.
We
are
completely
blindsided
as
customers
and
practically
being
scammed
by
KFC
because
when
you
place
an
order,
your
account
is
debited
immediately.
When
the
ghost
delivery
partner
you
were
not
warned
about
cancels
an
order
and
you
call
customer
care,
all
you
get
is
an
apology
and
that
your
account
has
been
credited
or
voided
with
no
actual
proof
of
this.
Not
only
do
you
not
have
your
food,
but
you
don’t
have
your
money,
and
you
also
have
word
of
mouth
of
what
happened
to
your
money.
KFC
internal
processes
favours
these
partners
over
their
clients
because
nor
KFC
customer
care
or
delivery
customer
care
are
willing
to
resolve
your
issue.
Furthermore,
the
AKASIA
staff
has
made
into
a
habit
to
hang
up
calls
on
customers
when
they
have
full
right
to
be
frustrated.
You
go
place
an
order
online
without
knowing
these
risks
because
there
is
no
disclaimer
in
bold
anywhere
explaining
this.
I
would
not
recommend
KFC
at
all,
and
please
move
as
far
away
as
possible
from
KFC
Akasia.
