    You guys must have a better contingency plan. You can't be having no back up for loadshedding with a big business like yours. Shop closes an hour before loadshedding and opens 2hours after loadshedding. You can do better shame, even kasi Kota places have generators for their small businesses.

    This is the worst KFC period! They are even manipulating the system that would show the actual amount of time customers are waiting between ordering and getting the food! They use customers to block each other in the drive-thru by instructing the customer at the pickup window to just pass the window and stop! So in the system it will look like the shop is not getting a lot of customers at the drive-thru! Like 2 every hour instead of 50. Today they didn't even give me my full order! I had to drive back. The store was closed at 8pm while it says closes at 9pm at the door. So I was forced to go by the drive-thru window to go complain about my missing food! This store must be closed and the staff be retrained before opening again.

    Officially the worst KFC I've had, standard food is even presented differently at this branch. Once My double crunch looked like a single fillet cut in half and stacked on top of one another. Mash and gravy and the chicken is a different shade from other branches.

    Entering Drive thru from the main road is not safe and queue was very long. I waited 45 minutes to place my order.

    If I could give KFC as a whole 0 stars, I would. This is an all KFC problem but more especially KFC Akasia. Apparently KFC has delivery partners and when you place an order on the KFC app, the fate of your order is in the hands of the delivery partners. The delivery partners have complete authority over your order, they can choose to cancel your order at will. It is shocking that a delivery partner who is also a mystery to the customer can do as they please with your order. There is no disclaimer whatsoever, in the app or KFC section outlets that they are partnering with these people and how much power they have over you receiving or not receiving your order. We are completely blindsided as customers and practically being scammed by KFC because when you place an order, your account is debited immediately. When the ghost delivery partner you were not warned about cancels an order and you call customer care, all you get is an apology and that your account has been credited or voided with no actual proof of this. Not only do you not have your food, but you don’t have your money, and you also have word of mouth of what happened to your money. KFC internal processes favours these partners over their clients because nor KFC customer care or delivery customer care are willing to resolve your issue. Furthermore, the AKASIA staff has made into a habit to hang up calls on customers when they have full right to be frustrated. You go place an order online without knowing these risks because there is no disclaimer in bold anywhere explaining this. I would not recommend KFC at all, and please move as far away as possible from KFC Akasia.

    There service was very poor 😢 on a busy day, no cashiers, the one who was available spent 15mins not serving waiting for change. When change arrive she continued giving out orders that were ready. We were left standing in a queue for 30min and waited another 30mins for my order. I've never regretted spending money there. NOT SATISFACTORY

    I stopped by to get ice cream. I ordered and waited . The teller forgot my order ...a few sales later , I asked and I was then given my ice cream but there was no seating area inside. I had to sit outside which strangers sharing a seat and it was very hot .

    I was so disappointed by this store(KarenPark) we waited for almost 2 hours for drive thru food while they help people who packed their car and came walking to order on the drive thru window. Please address this or open the door 24/7

    I've been consistently going to this store for the past 3 months. I'm there at least once a week and I never leave happy. Their drive through is a parking lot. You wait an average of 20mins before getting your order, especially on Fridays and Sundays. They like asking us not to approach the window up until we pay for our orders. Their ice cream is always wet or the machine is broken. It's a mess. They don't have a generator and can't work during loadshedding. The service is bad to mediocre. I'm never supporting that store. I'd rather drive another 10 mins to support another KFC if that means I'll get good abd efficient service.

    Sunday 16 October 2022. Place is said to be 24 hours but it was closed around 21h00. This is a norm here where there is no meat most of the time.

    Staff is not customer friendly or orientated, poor management skills. The manager just shouts at the scooter guys, calls him names and insults him. It was shocking to listen to a staff member and a manager shouting at the poor driver calling him useless. The meat is terrible, you are given quarter of the gravy. This is the worst KFC I had ever visited , it actually deserves a zero rating lucky for them it's not available.

    The slowest, most horrible service in the history of KFC. I avoid it whenever I can. It is actually better to drive 3 kilometres to Ninapark of 5 kilometres to Pretoria North. I resent that place.

    This review is based on the drivethru. Food was okay. Tried the double crunch burger and just wasn't a fan of the sauce. The location isn't so great, the drivethru gets very busy so that causes a long queue of traffic that ends up obstructing the roads and causes two separate rows of customers for the drivethru. Otherwise it's KFC nothing special so 👍

    I just bought wise three at 16:16 on the drive through, when I get home it's dry and not fresh from the pan. Even the kids can taste that it ain't fresh. And it's not the first time I experienced this I just kept quiet and give the benefit of the doubts but now I've had enough, please improve don't sell us left overs, I was surprised my 8 year old saying mom it's dry and not nice, I just couldn't return because I was far already. Please respect your customers or else you won't have business to run without us.

    The is fine but it can be extremely congested during month and when there is loadshedding in the evening. The drive through is too short and extends to the road. This causes traffic congestion when busy.

    This KFC outlet does not priorotize Whatsapp orders. We had to wait close to 30 minutes for our whatsapp order which was placed almost 40 minutes before we went to collect. The environment is also very loud and unorganised. We had to witness employees arguing in front of us customers. This outlet renders very poor service.

    I was not impressed with the service I got there. Waited 25min for a family treat order. When I went to ask there were two ladies working on the front desk however only one had a name tag and I was told they’re busy with my order. The two ladies proceeded with other orders whilst I waited another 7min for them to pack my order. Totally disappointed in the service 👎🏽.

    Ordered a box master and they sent me stale food. The zinger patty was hard as if they just popped it in the microwave from yesterday. The tortilla was falling apart and had black patches from a dirty grill and wet (the whole thing was literally dripping from the bottom as if they put lettuce that wasn’t dried). NEVER AGAIN will I waste my money.

    Very poor service, lack of communication from workers.. They failed to inform us that there was loadshedding after queuing for almost 30mins on a drive thru.. Only found out when I had to go and ask that's when they told us that there's loadshedding and there's no enough chicken.

    Personally I am not happy with the customer service.I was there to buy ice cream,they told me the front door is closed they are only taking drive through orders.I asked if they had ice cream cause they usually don't have which doesn't make sense because it's on the menu,the cashiers said yes they do. I waited on the drive through queue for about 40 minutes. When it was my turn to order they said they didn't have ice cream.

    Made an online order thinking they'd prioritize my order like an other online order. Order, pay online and collect your order right... 😂 NEVER GOT THAT TYPE OF SERVICE. I ordered the food around 18h35 and only received it at 19h40. I was not the only customer who complained about the waiting time and the fact that there was one cashier lady who was doing both recieving orders and packing orders. Worst service.

    Personally I'm not happy with the service I got at this establishment on Saturday the 23rd of October. We went there to buy 2 wrapsta boxes which we had an option of swooping the drink with bonaqua water but was told no if we give you water we gonna have a shortage in stock. Bt it says there on the advertisement that we can swop. En we ordered streetwise two with pap en wen open the box it was chips... After I told the lady 3 times that I want pap. Wonder park mall is a nice place to be bt the kfc there sucks. I'm never going there ever again.

    Well to start off with we wait on the drive thru for over 30 min without assistance and they have the audacity not to send someone to come and let us know of the glitches they currently facing inside.while they know their drive thru is a hijack Hotspot.Its very rude of its managers to behave like this and soon kfc wonderpark will close its doors for bad service rendered

    You guys need to rethink the drive thru here.. change entry side or something because the traffic in the road when there are more than three cars in the queue really causes problems in the road. The staff also need more training! One of ladies actually asked me if I can change my order because she didnt want to void what she had typed in🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️. I was almost forced to PAY for something I didnt want.. imagine!!! The food was nice though.. loving that box master😋😋😋

    After loadshedding it takes them very long to open, I'm currently outside now lights came back at 18:00 and it is 18:35 their doors are still closed. We understand they don't have generators but after 39 minutes when loadshedding comes back they should be ready to serve customers. Maybe I'm asking a lot. This happens always after loadshedding

    I have had a lot of bad experience about this KFC branch and only use them when desperate, I drive 5km to Ninapark because of bad service . On the day in question I was supposed to buy two box masters for the following day school lunch well I waited for 25min as the que wasn't movi. then I simply went to Ninapark Something is wrong in this KFC.

    I have a compliant regarding an order that never showed up. I placed a KFC online food order at 19:00, and I'm still waiting at 00:00. Around 20:30, I called the store and spoke to Thoko Jiyane. She said that anything to do with the delivery has nothing to do with them or the store, and she asked that I call the support center instead. When I did, the woman said that I had to either cancel the order (there isn't a button to do so) or wait to see what happens. I decided to collect the food around 22:00 but I was told that they can't see my order, so I was forced to return home empty handed. My matter was not resolved.. Worst branch ever.
