Right beside the middle exit, the seating is sufficient for a few groups of people. Service was relatively fast and timely. Had just seen a movie with popcorn and a drink so went with the small size. The pepperoni pizza was cheesy and good 👌🏽. Only issue was we had to do a transfer cos their POS wasn't working.

My whole family loves Pizza hut. Pizza hut has the best pizza in Lagos, try the sweet chilli chicken its divine.They also have great deals, the customer service is top-notch and so is the taste. If you're in Lagos run down to pizza hut !

The most useless pizza I have ever eaten in my life of 42 years. I won't recommend anyone to order unless they make some serious changes. Anyone who says otherwise probably does not know what a good pizza tastes like.

The pizza size is quite small. It doesn't taste very nice. The sauce tasted like salty stew and the bread/ crust tasted like puff puff( very oily). It also wasn't cheesy. Money not well spent.

A nice place to order for spicy pizza which comes in different sizes, tastes and mixes. There is usually a wait after ordering and both individual and group order can be made ready after few minutes.

Their pizza wasn't worth the money. It felt like I was eating raw spices.

Pizza dough was hard and chewy and the Pizza was salty, I'm not sure this is the legit Pizza Hut, if it was it should be twice as good as Dominos. I also ordered pasta not bad, not good. The whole experience was just bleh!😡 Most of the items on the menu were unavailable!

This location does not follow your request they give you whatever they feel they want you to have. Please don't go to this location. The pizza is disgusting. They really don't deserve one stop but in order to do a comment I had to choose 1 star please I beg of you do not go to this location you will be very upset.

It was my first time ordering and it took 1hr 30 minutes to deliver to an address that was 15minutes away. I wasn't pleased with the experience.

I had a good enough experience here. The pizza was very good. I got a generous amount of cheese on my pizza which is actually what I was expecting, at least from what I'd seen on their Instagram page. So I'm very glad I wasn't disappointed in that area. The prep time was good too but I noticed that when I inputed my pin on their POS to pay for my pizza, I had to input it a second time before the payment went through. When I asked the lady attending to me why that happened, she said maybe I didn't put it well the first time. Which was not the case at all. But I've made a mental note to be very careful when paying for anything. For safety reasons, I've learnt that it's better to pay with cash to avoid having your card details stored on any POS machine. Cash is best! Overall, Pizza Hut is a great place to buy pizza and I will definitely patronise them again.👍

I decided to try them out today 23/12/2023 and it’s their location at IKEJA CITY MALL.. I can tell you that it’s the worse decision I have made this year…. The pizza was so oily, I started wondering if I was eating fried snacks cause I couldnt really understand why the oil was so much, the taste was nothing to write home about… The beef toppings is crazy, the beef was tasting sour and my daughter couldn’t eat the pizza I ended up trashing the pizza of N8,000 I got from their store…. Please if you know you want to enjoy your money and what you’re getting NEVER buy from them… They got me wondering why DOMINOS is not in the Mall premises

Worst service, worst food, you have to order pizza three hours in advance to get it and they only have the word "sorry" to justify. I will never order from there again

The delivery service at ICM is horrible. The lady I was speaking to kept lying to me about the dispatch rider being at my location and refused to give me his number I waited for 4hours for my pizza...and she finally stopped picking my calls. Terrible

I had a pizza and chicken strips. The crusts of the pizza were too hard and the chicken strips were too salty and dry. Very quickly tiring. Wasn't impressed at all.
