I totally loved having lunch here with my sister. The Jollof rice was spicy just right, served with salad and barbecue chicken that was well grilled and seasoned. Thé ambience wasn’t bad, had a earthy feel. I was able to pick a spot where I could take lovely photos 😁. The food was a bit priced compared to Spur Amazon steak house at Landmark. I want to believe it’s a franchise because their decor is quite similar and the menu too. We were served with glasses that were chipped at the rims, called for a replacement which was promptly replaced. Staff who served was courteous and attended to us promptly. I ordered chap man, Jollof rice and chicken with water. Loved that we got sliced limes in our glasses. There’s a bit of wait time but food came in piping hot.😍😁 I definitely would recommend this place, it’s located within ICM( Ikeja City Mall).

The environment is calm, not so bright lighting except you are close to the window. The environment is a bit noisy due to the music played in the background. It is a cool place for a family to hangout, lots of space available for different family sizes. Their men’s restroom was a bit of a mess as at the time I was there (September, 2021). Took about 20-30mins before the meal we ordered for was served. The meal I had there was nice; jollof rice, salad and chicken. But I’m not a big fan of syrup-ed chicken. Prices are fairly expensive. They have friendly customer service. Lots of varieties on their menu. They should fix their leaking roof #notCool

The food is delicious, the breast chicken grill is perfect. Everything about there food is perfect for me. The alcohol used for the long Island tea should be upgraded... The gin is too strong.

We arrived here at 9pm and the server was extremely nice and helped us choose the platter. We ordered 3 seafood platter with individual sides and a drink and it was filling for 13 people. The calamari was great and the fries were really tasty, came with salad, ketchup and mayonnaise. The jollof rice was average at best. We also received complimentary sweets. I would be going back there whenever I’m in Lagos Mainland, the food is delicious.

Good service and good atmosphere... The food wasn't as good as I expected it to be considering the reviews I read online... The gizzards were okay... The milkshake was disappointing. The milkshake I got from the Spur at Ajah is wayyy better than the one here... The jollof rice wasn't as good as I expected considering the reviews online. I have eaten better rice at other restaurants and they cost less... Meanwhile, the chicken and salad were very good.

The food took forever to arrive, when it did the beef patty in the burger was spoiled you can actually smell it and it made my friend sick she had to go throw up in the restroom. They had to change it to chicken burger and still charged us. The milkshake was good. Enjoyed the wings. We spent hours waiting for the food only to be underwhelmed.

Being at Seven Eagles is always fun - with friendly staff who are always enthusiastic with singing and chanting for those celebrating at the venue, the in-house photographer, a clean and well-ventilated environment and good décor. The ambience is also great. They also serve diverse foods that can be ordered from your seat and delivered to you hot. It's definitely a place for family or that romantic getaway.

This is my favorite restaurant for work and play. I have had 2 birthday parties here for my daughters and still counting. My favorite meal to have is the spicy buffalo wings with chips. Yum! And sometimes a milkshake to go with it depending on my mood. This is a table service restaurant so expect to have a waiter. I must say that customer service here is top-notch; the waiters are warm and helpful. As a first time, you should get clarity of what each meal comes with before placing an order that's my tip. And if you need a single table to sit, work and eat, just ask nicely. I will always revisit and recommend. They have won my heart 💓💗❤️.

Horrible customer service. To think I've been to Spur several times. I bragged about this place to my friend and we decided to come here today. The rice was salty, we told the waitress we would like pepper sauce, she added the sauce directly to the chicken which made it too spicy. We couldn't eat the food. The waitress (whose name I won't mention but I remember vividly) was so aggressive. Hitting the cups on the table instead of placing them gently. Placing cuttleries aggressively and her attitude was freaking appalling!!!!! For what though? I ordered salad, she didn't tell me the salad cream was unavailable, she brought something else to use instead. I told her I couldn't have that, and guess who went to bring the actual cream???? Her!!!!! So spur had the cream all along but didn't wanna give their customers or what? I'm highly disappointed and I vowed never to come here again! The milkshake was too thick, and we were offered a straw. You have to literally almost suck out your breath before you get a taste of the shake. It's so sad! You guys need to do better and educate your staff to never overlook the importance of customer service! I kept apologising to my friend cause I was embarrassed! After all my bragging

This restaurant was really good once, it is not anymore. I brought my family here yesterday, and it was one of my worst decisions this year. The service was extremely slow, my ribs were first burnt, and then the replacement was undercooked. My steak was so bland, I should have just bought meat from the supermarket and cooked it at home. Instead of Queen Prawns, I got served regular prawns. The pizza was also a far cry from what I normally get at the Lekki branch of the same restaurant. The staff were at least polite, so that was one positive out of a litany of catastrophes.

The food is 100% ...and they have varieties...The milkshake is muuahhh and quite cheap...you won’t expect the price...Their food are quite affordable depending on what you want...and tasty too...i even included...before and after picture...I emptied my plate😁😁😁😁...i also included the menu...so you can check and see if what you want is there too💗

My last visit here was somewhat hilarious. We got here (My colleagues and I) and wanted a repeat of our previous orders except instead of Hot Chocolate drinks, we wanted chocolate milkshake (for 2) and very chilled Chapman (for 1), it was a hot afternoon. We wanted a repeat of our previous order but couldn’t really remember the meal’s name on the menu and we trusted the lady attending to us, who assured us she knew what we had described, to help get the orders right. Long story short, she got everyone’s orders right and served me a meal for 3🤣🤣🤣, of course I couldn’t finish it so I did take out with the rest. One of us had to excuse himself early, so it was just 2 of us at the pay point. The attendant saw our bill and looked at both of us again, needing to get a better look at the gluttons 🤣 We offered explanations sha but ko funny 😆

I'm only rating this place 4 stars because of the food. The environment is neat and tidy, poor lighting, a bit slow in fulfilling orders or probably because I went there on a busy day but overall, it's a really nice place to dine out and they offer birthday specials too

Hello good day😊 Today we are at ICM(ikeja city mall) Well the last time I was here, I really Enjoyed my self to a fault, but couldn't give a review, I walked in Seven Eagles Spur at Ikeja mall to have lunch,myself and a friend, the person in charge (Big Fish) recommended a meal and a drink for us, the drink was it for me, it *Spur special*, the flavor was amazing and it a call back. So I'm here again today with a friend trying almost the same thing but a change in protein. The last time I had French fries, chicken breast and Spur Special, but today I had fish. But I have, problem with my meal, the Fish lack spices and my Spur special, isn't special, so I spoke to the person in charge (Big fish) I explained how we met and my ordeal and he explained that probably it a change in hand for the drink, for the spicy they will make amendment and he gave me another drink to compensate the other. My friend actually enjoyed the plate of jollof rice and chicken., that reminds me their coleslaw is trully special. So far, I will still recommend Seven Eagles group to anyone, because their food and service is amazing.,check out the menu here.

They have the best milkshakes at spurs. If it’s too sweet for you, you can add a little water and that won’t even dilute the taste. The food here is affordable depending on what you want to buy. Also, the wait service is actually pretty fast so you won’t starve😃 Its not fantastic for pictures but you’ll definitely have fun. It is also easy to locate since it is close to the second entrance of Ikeja city mall ( depending on how you come in, but its close to kfc).

The place has a nice feel to it. The environment is serene and beautiful with lots of art work. The meal was nice. I had cappuccino with seafood platters with fries. I would recommend and go back their anytime.

Very nice place to eat. Perfect for dates, family Hangouts or Hangouts with friends It's my second time at Seven Eagles Spur and I have to say, I enjoyed every bit of it. Plus I had the same waiter as the last time I was there. So kudos to Waiter Precious. She's very cool and friendly. Their service in general is very good but it seemed like Precious had a lot of customers she was attending to at the same time yet there weren't many customers at the time. The food was great and filling. If you're a seafood person I recommend the Seafood platter and if you're a meat person I'd recommend the Ribs and Buffalo wings. Loved the ambience, sitting arrangements and customer service at Spur. Most of all I enjoyed the meals and milk shake. Money well spent.

I'd go straight to the point on this one. Thier fried rice was stale and soggy, thier Jollof rice was nice however. We requested for drinking cups, upon getting the cups, they looked used and not washed. Just like any other spurs, they have some cool birthday song they sing for celebrants and to be honest, its pretty chilled. They won't give you a cake oh but some drink. You'd have to walk to the counter to make your payment, if you are feeling really generous, you can also tip your table attendant.

First time visiting with family /friends and it was really worth it.... Cool environment, beautiful work of arts, customer care service was really really cool too..... Very nice /tasty milkshake, the meals were on point so so tasty and pretty affordable too....its a very very nice place to visit without regrets

My mom couldn't make up her mind as to where we should go for Mother's Day lunch so she left it up to me and I took her to one of my favorite restaurants. Spur's Seven Eagles. She had rice and the seafood platter, with a side of vegetable salad, my dad had chips and the seafood and I had a milkshake while sampling from my dad's plate. The food was awesome and tasted amazing and my mom was so very happy so WIN- WIN. 🙌🏽👑 I was back yesterday and I ordered a milkshake and the spicy chicken with chips, picture not attached. And it tasted amazing. I really appreciate you guys. Thank you Seven Eagles Spur!!!

I had a good time yesterday! The staff was friendly and very helpful but the restaurant was so noisy and it was the servers behind the counter, that should be corrected. I shouldn’t have to raise my voice to talk to my partner. I ordered their burger, it comes with free fries and this is the best fries I’ve ever had, it was so good, the right amount of softness and crunchiness. The chicken in the burger was so nice because it was grilled and saucy. The milkshake was a bit too sweet but I eased into it later on. I didn’t like the chicken wings at all because it was a bit oily and I didn’t feel the sauce but my partner did so yeah I guess. So I would rate it a 7/10.

Had a nice time here, the food was nice even though the salad was a little bit dry. Didn’t particularly enjoy the staff service tho, had to go request for someone to come and attend to my table about twice before someone finally came, and the waitress was also a little rude. I went with two of my friends and we got the 16k platter, it was enough for three of us. Particularly enjoyed the meatballs and the sauce it came it, it was very very delicious. Also, the milkshakes are delicious!

I always enjoy the steak and prawns but the jollof rice quality has dropped greatly. On this visit however, the restaurant was poorly lit and there were flies all over our food. It is still one of my favourite places to eat.

This is a cozy, dimly lit restaurant with a rustic air. The customer service was exceptional. A waiter was assigned to our table. She was so pleasant and ensured that all our orders were delivered timely. It was a great experience✨✨

Nice ambience. Pleasant staff. Ok food options. Chicken is a bit dry but the steak and calamari is pretty good. Their take on smokey jollof is also good. They also have one of the best milkshakes in Lagos for sure.

The food was okay, the salad dressing could be better. The staff are polite, sitting arrangement is cosy. I rated 4/5 because of the smoke extractor which is not working optimally in my opinion, I almost had a breakdown and had to change seats. I would visit again though

At Seven Eagles Spur, its home to me and my family. During holidays or week days we are always there enjoying ourselves and making sure we taste the milkshake and other awesome menus

Good food. The seafood platter was quite filling. The pork ribs was also tasty. Service was slow though and the waiters didn't help with menu choices. Somewhat expensive but not beyond what you'd expect from a restaurant like that. Overall, I think it's a good place to hang out.

A very nice restaurant,been with them for over 5years now and I've never regretted it for once,it's been 5 years with you guys and I got so disappointed 30th of December 2021 when I got served stale ribs and chicken had a friend from the states with me too that day it was such an awful experience you guys should do better please,when you do something about it i'd give yoi your 5stars back

I had a great experience at Seven Eagles spur with my friends. Our Server Mike was really polite and courteous and patient too. The milkshake was really milky however too sweet for me. The starter was really spicy. Love it. We had burger and fries and it was a hit too. Will definitely be back.

Beautiful cosy restaurant. Drawback is their chicken meals. Dry and bland, and their spicy wings is anyth but.

The restaurant was below my expectations and I think it needs an upgrade. I did not enjoy my food but I liked the chips.

I am a big fan of Spurs, but their outlelt at Ikeja City Mall is a no no. Poor customer service. Terrible hygiene (same person that attends and serves your food, also cleans up the floor). Ambience zero compared to your other outlet. Really doesn't deserve any star.

I visited today and OMG did me and the guys have a nice time. Their servers are always up and doing - I love how fast the food came and Oh My! was it filling. For as low as 1,500 you can get a decent serving of rice and chicken. I also love their shakes and mashed potatoes. I totally forgot to snap the meal, I was probably too hungry. P.S: if it is your birthday and you tell Spurs, they will make it a big deal - heard them singing for two people today. It indeed is a family restaurant - stop by at the Spurs family restaurant at Ikeja City Mall and get ready to have a nice time with decent prices ofcourse.

Lovely food and customer service.

The restaurant foyer was dusty and had cobwebs. The portions were far smaller than advertised. The floor boards were worn thin in many places. The plates were chipped. The cheap quality disposable spoons my son was served with kept breaking. There was a very noisy party next to our table but I can't really blame them because even the music blaring over the in-house speakers made reasonable conversation almost impossible. The check was brought 25mins after our plates were cleared away.

Very poor service. We had to wait for over thirty minutes before the waiter came to take our order. He brought us hot Chapman drinks after almost an hour and then disappeared until we threatened to leave. By this time, we had been waiting for our meal for almost two hours. The worst part is that it was clear that they were just not efficient because other people in the restaurant had a similar complaints.

I'm a fan of the ribs any day. That's the main reason I go there.

It was an amazing outing with old time friends, I like the fact that there was sitting arrangements for groups. The menu was great too. They gave me this Native American feel and it was priceless, almost thought I was in Canada or Hawaii. I was always wanting to shout ALOHAAAA!!! They also have arrangements for birthday celebrations, which their staffs celebrate heartily with the celebrants. In all its a nice place to be.

I had mashed potatoes, tender chicken breast and a side of salad. The meal was ok overall. Mashed potatoes could have been creamier. The service was good and we were offered a baby seat.

This is not the spur I know c'mon! Their female staff ridiculously (& I believe deliberately) delay. Second time experiencing this hence my need to write this review. Asked the light skinned young man to call the person in charge of my table, he did over and over, yet nobody showed up. I sat at the table for almost 30 minutes before the menu was even given to me. Nah! Didn't come to sleep there, came to eat and leave!

Terrible service and meal came 3 hours late. Pizza was tasteless, delivery of the meal was packaged poorly and everything poured out in the nylon. I would highly recommend ordering or dining elsewhere because they take no care in the delivery of your order. Order for steak was terrible as well. Come in here at your own risk.

My recent visit to Seven Eagles Spur left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. From the moment I sat down, it was evident that the waiter assigned to our table was disinterested in providing quality service. Their attitude was lacklustre and indifferent, setting the tone for what would turn out to be a thoroughly unpleasant evening. First and foremost, our orders were thoroughly mixed up. We made our selections clearly, but when the food arrived, it was a haphazard assortment of dishes that didn't belong to us. It seemed as though the waiter had no regard for accuracy or attention to detail. Getting the basics right should be a fundamental expectation in any restaurant. To make matters worse, when we decided to order cocktails, it became apparent that the waiter had little knowledge of the drink menu. I ordered Shirley Temple and Spur Special, but what arrived at our table was an unrecognizable concoction that tasted nothing like the beverages I had requested. It was poorly mixed, unbalanced, and frankly, undrinkable. It was evident that the bartender's skills were also lacking, and the result was a cocktail that was nothing short of a disaster [I had seen the waiter literally mixing my drinks]. Throughout the meal, the waiter's unprofessionalism continued to shine through. They rarely checked in on us, didn't offer any recommendations or specials, and seemed more interested in chatting with their colleagues than attending to the needs of the diners. This lack of attentiveness only added to the overall sense of disappointment. In the end, dining at Seven Eagles Spur was a frustrating and unsatisfying experience. I expected professionalism and quality in both service and food, but unfortunately, those expectations were not met. I WOULD STRONGLY ADVICE AGAINST DINING HERE until they address these glaring issues and invest in better training for their staff. Dining out should be an enjoyable experience, but this visit left a bad taste in my mouth and unpleasant feelings in my stomach, both figuratively and literally. I'm highly pissed I had spent so much to inconvenience myself.
