We love Aladdin & Mahmoud! We have been doing trips with Aladdin & Mahmoud since they opened Canary Tours. They now have other staff members who are just as friendly and helpful. They are much cheaper than tour operators at the hotel, and have all the extra’s you need to make your holiday the best it can be, such as private airport transfers and wifi. Aladdin helped organise our open water diving course and our advanced diving course. They are very helpful and go above and beyond. We can’t wait to come back again and make more memories with the help of canary tours ❤️

The trips we took with this company was awesome. The guys are really friendly and helpful. They have been taking care of us during the trips especially Safari and Orange bay. We enjoyed it a lot. We have been to Cairo and Luxor with them as well. We saw pyramids, valley of the kings and lots of other stuff. Bedouin village, coral reefs, quad biking, jeep safari and lots and lots… the guys are awesome. I recommend them.

Luxor trip: It was an amazing tour of Luxor.The guide spoke perfect english,German and Russian(Abdul). He taught us how to read hieroglyphs, told us about the culture, way of life and the history that lies in the ancient temples,tombs and river Nile. Dolphin house trip: We saw dolphins while we swam,the coral was extraordinary and the fishes came in every color of the rainbow.Aladdin and his team helped everybody and especially people that couldn't swim. Aladdin helped my mum swim in deep water for the first time and she felt relaxed in his presence and with the help he gave. His team was well coordinated and helpful (the captain and Aladdin's team stayed with the people that couldn't swim/were scared to) Overall,it was a 10/10 experience and I would definitely recommend both the dolphin house and the Luxor trip to anyone.

We had an absolutely amazing trip today with Omar and Canary Tours. We were incredibly well looked after, especially our young daughter. The trip was exactly as advertised and Omar was an outstanding guide who made sure that nothing was too much trouble, especially helping our daughter with her first snorkelling attempts. I would highly recommend Canary Tours and will definitely be booking with them again in future holidays.

I used canary tours when I visited Hurghada 4 years ago and had a great experience then so felt confident booking again. This was the first time bringing my 2 young children to Egypt, and I was especially nervous because of my son having additional needs. Prior to coming I was messaging the company backwards and forwards over a few weeks to get as much information as I could about every aspect of bringing children to Egypt, no question was ever too much, they answered everything fully and in great detail so I knew exactly what to expect. Today was our first trip. We had an absolutely fantastic day swimming with the turtles. The information before hand was brilliant, we knew exactly what time plan was, what time we would be picked up and what would be happening throughout the day. All of the equipment we needed was fully provided. The snorkelling with the turtles was just an incredible experience, honestly breath taking. I felt fully confident and at ease that myself and my children were perfectly safe. We got to spend the whole day at the beach along with a wonderful lunch on top of the snorkelling. Our guide Omar so friendly and enthusiastic, he was amazing with the children, even making sure they were drinking plenty of water in the hot weather. A truly amazing day that I would 100% recommend people experience for themselves.

We had an amazing time on the boat trip to paradise island with Aladdin! The boat in general is so much fun, we had two stops to snorkel and a delicious lunch and unlimited free soft drinks. We then went to Paradise island which is exactly that, PARADISE! Then we had “water sports” which consisted of a sofa boat and a banana boat. Everything was so much fun and I would 10000% recommend to anyone to go with canary tours, they’re so attentive and caring.

Absolutely fantastic what more could I say about this tour company Hotel pickup in air conditioned mini bus , very polite and helpful driver Tour guide Omar is exceptional. Dolphin house cruise was amazing , my mums first time in the ocean as she cannot swim and she was made to feel so safe with Omar in the water with her and she loved every minute of it . Food and drinks top notch and very tasty, a wonderful wonderful experience and a must for everyone .

We had a trip to orange bay with Aladdin (canary tours) today. Aladdin was very helpful and really helped us to enjoy the trip, we both struggled with snorkelling and he guided us the way the whole time to make sure we had the best experience which we did. The boat was very clean and lunch was lovely great service. Orange bay was beautiful we really enjoyed the day. We really recommend canary tours and will definitely be booking more trips with him whilst we are in Hurghada. Thank you again to Aladdin.

Had a fantastic time on the Turtle Bay and Dune Buggy trip with Aladdin. He was brilliant from start to finish and made our holiday. Saw loads of turtles and Aladdin took some fantastic videos and pictures for us to keep with no extra cost. He also stayed with us all day to help us snorkel and make sure we are well looked after. Dune Buggy trip was amazing, he took us on a privet tour to the Bidouin town where he explained the history and we enjoyed a camel ride. It’s been an absolute pleasure and would definitely be recommending Canary trips to everyone who will be travelling to Egypt. Thank you so much !!

A excellent day out to orange bay with canary tours Egypt the one he own it Aladdin darwish very helpful. We also have 2 disabled guests, 1 of them is in a wheelchair and they could not having being more careful, helpful, accommodating, patient. We could not fault the service that he has shown towards my family. Ignore what anyone says about the country not being disabled friendly or even the staff for recognition towards our family. Despite using Canary tours in the past, this is the 1st time that Aladdin and his company have had a disabled going to Orange Bay. For this reason and the service he and his company bring I would not use any other. I hope that the information, we have provided as a family will help and encourage many other families alike to try and explore many new, exciting adventures Hurghada and the surrounding areas has too offer.

Snorkeling and Orange Bay Firstly I would like to mention the booking process, The communication was good from Aladin, he was the star of the show from start to finish, we spoke over Facebook chat as this is what I preferred, he met us at our hotel and helped us book all our excursions, but was very easy for us to book, In the morning we was picked up by a AC vehicle and brought to our boat which took us to two snorklellig sights, Me and my wife can't swim at all but aladdin helped us and reassured us throughout, I must say I thoroughly enjoyed the snorkelling and having the chance to jump in the open ocean and look at the beautiful coloured fishes and corals, Once we finished our snorkelling we went to the most amazing place I have seen, ORANGE BAY, it was a beautiful sight and we didn't want to leave, the beach was perfect and the water was so clear, Overall I can't stress how well we were treated by aladdin, I would definitely recommend him to anyone person who visits hurgada, there are loads of other excursions companies but I can whole heartedly say the experience with aladdin and his team was perfect, they went above and beyond to make us comfortable,", Also special mention to our photographer Akram, he was brilliant and showed around all sites and took some amazing pictures that will last forever now, Just to let everyone who's going through reviews tying to find assistance for the best excursion team and what to do get in touch with Aladdin, you won't find better service. I had booked one day tour through canary tours for orange bay islands. We really liked the tour, it was very very very well organised. All the snorkelling sites very very beautiful. Also tried scuba diving. Instructors were very comforting. Omar, Mahmoud and Aladdin made it very engaging and memorable trip. Special mention to the food which was served on yacht, it was delicious. I highly recommend this tour. Very big thumbs up to you guys. Thank you.

We had a great time with Aladdin! He took us snorkelling on a boat trip which was amazing - nothing was too much and the trip was so well organised. He helped us from start to finish even making sure that my vegan diet was catered for. He also arranged trips for us to Luxor and Cairo (we stayed in Hurghada). I contacted Canary Tours a few days before flying out from the UK, to organise my scuba diving. Canary Tours Egypt delivered in every way possible. They responded quickly, and with a great deal of enthusiasm to make sure I had the best possible time. They are competitively priced, but what’s more- the diving centre they use is professionally run, it’s certified and has well maintained equipment. I certainly will be using Canary Tours when I come to hurghada again. Excellent! Highly Recommended
