It’s first choice jewellery store for any kind of gold ornaments purchase, always find good and satisfied with the design and jewellery models. Staff is prompt and friendly. Always crowded with costumers, you will find promotions in diamond 💎sets. Quality of gold and accessories is much better. Even after regular uses the attraction of jewellery will preserve. The designs are much better than other stores in Karama center store.

Today I visited this branch and while trying the earring I removed my earring and left it at the store. 10-15mins after leaving the store I realized I left my earring at the store.So immediately call the store to find out .The salesman who received the call rudely told me you come to the shop and check we are all very busy here. I mean this is the answer you give your customer if they are calling and informing their belonging is left back. Anyways I went to the store and got my earring which they had kept safely and I even spoke to the salesman who received my call he was very rude to me at the store too he said have no time to check about the belonging u leave back since we are very busy. I was a regular customer of joyalukkas karama center branch but henceforth not me or any one in my reference will visit this branch because of so irresponsible behavior from your sale man. Everything is good only till shopping is done.

One of the worst Jewellery stores I have come across in Dubai!! I used to be a very loyal customer with them, but that changed with the kind of attitude I got from the store manager at the Karama Center Branch! I already wrote an email to the complaints team about the attitude from the manager but all I get back from them is for me to read the Terms and Conditions which clearly shows the way they treat customer complaints!!! I dont need to write an essay here but if you care for customers, pick up the phone and call me and I will explain the whole situation! NEVER EVER WILL I USE THIS BRAND FOR GOLD!!!

Worst experience. The branch head Jojo is the worst in the organization. He doesnt know how to communicate. I lost my money. They are charging a hell lot of money as making charges.

The staff, especially Rudolf, has been incredibly helpful and prompt, making my experience exceptional. The entire team at Joyalukkas Karama is very cheerful and approachable. It's a rarity to find an entire team so dedicated to ensuring customers' needs are met with enthusiasm. Every staff member I have encountered is always more than willing to assist, and their collective positivity adds to the overall wonderful shopping experience. The option to negotiate making charges and redeem part of the amount from the membership card adds to the convenience. I highly recommend Joyalukkas Karama for top-notch service and a positive shopping venture.

Worst service, The staff who was attending us was not at all interested and somehow wanted us to leave. Due their bad service we were able to buy a better product from near by Bhima shop. Who was much friendly , was taking time to show all the products... JOY ALUKKAS NEED TO TRAIN THE STAFF PROPERLY AND TELL THEM SEE ALL THE COUSTOMERS ARE EQUAL

This is the WORST jewellery shop ever!!they dont even deserve a star!!!!!!!!!! I know it was closing time but the staff never tried to assist me ,they still have time to assist because i even saw them assisting clients who are good looking, and who dress up well while i am standing for more than 10 mins without them acknowledging my presence because I don't look expensive! I was asking for 18k chain,and they said on the other side, when i go there those staff said that its on the opposite side!! I hope if there's any, this company will teach these staff good manners and how to treat people properly without discouraging how they look!! You guys ruined my night!!!!! Congratulations to that !!

Dear customer service, purpose to write review here is to reach right person and rectify the behavior & the policies if such exists. I just walked out from Joyalukkas Karama Cente, from the point of booking n paying to walking out furious. The sales mentioned we need to pay 20% and fix rate and hold the jewelry, i wanted to bargain and see if there was better offer. I asked for the manager who gave me better rate on of 11.5% on making charges to see if i can take pay advance n rest later on an auspicious day since it was a mangalsutra. The manager with an attitude said we need to pay 75% advance to fix the rate and pay 100% if i want rate fixed and can be get reduced rate on day of taking the jewelry. No head or tail of logic with this policy. We were ok to pay 20% inspite of the fact that other jewelers like Malabar jewelers and Kalyan jewelrs ask for only 10% advance. But the attitude of the manager and the sales and this policy is not acceptable. This was my first ever time walking into a Joyalukkas showroom and i regret wasting my time. I have been regular customer of Malabar and Kalyan and the only reason i walked into Joyalukkas was to find a mangalsutra in temple jewelry, which i loved and planned to buy on auspicious day next week. Thanks for ruining my purchase. Check Cam 5-6 to verify the conversation. Your sales need to be more concern of the customer service and their behavior. Bargaining is right of the customer and sales, it felt as if the manager was removing his anger for trying to bargain more. And gave us a so called policy which would make our purchase impossible . They were not even concerned about Customer being upset or will be making a complain. I walked back to verify if me and my husband understood it right and reverfied the so called policy he was telling us. Basically he wanted hundred percent on same day , which i couldn’t as it meant making purchase at unauspicous time. I walked back third time to ask the name of the The manager in blue shirt ‘Raphy Varghese’ who saw me and preferred running away. It seemed more like he dint like talking to a North Indian, and has indifferent attitude and behavior. I made two purchases from Malabar and bhima look jewelers today, i think your sales need to learn some sales ethicates from them.
