The location of this hotel is very beautiful but the hotel was under my expectations First, absolutely it is not a five stars hotel, it could be 3 at most. Second there is nothing inside the room for example, no Kettle, no iron press.. No safe box.. etc Even when I asked for iron press, they replied me it is not allowed to use iron press inside rooms and there is just one watly: the paid service, But their paid service need one day, so if you are in rush, you will be in not good situation For safe box, they told me they have special room with safe boxes and private keys behind the reception, the surprise when I asked for one, they discovered that thier boxs are broken and not working.. The breakfast is very vey basic, and it is not good If you are looking for the location, it is great choice but be prepared that this place just for sleeping (even sleeping will not that great thing)

Not recommended. The star rating is wrong. We booked two nights and left at 11 pm the first night due to bed bugs. Very old and below average in all services.

Not a 5-start at all as claimed. Huge renovation, upkeep, facilities, food options required to bring it even close. One start for beautiful views and staff trying to do the best they can.

It was a fair experience, too bad it doesn't reflect the 5 stars , in terms of rooms. The ac emitted unbearable noise, i asked to change the room and they helped me but unfortunately the curtains weren't opaque enough

Pool only open from 10 am till 5 pm, not very customer friendly times if you work. Pool on itself is perfect Breakfast rather simple!

Nice Hotel and quiet been there for relaxation very helpful staff, close to the city center it has over looking rooms and great views

Printania is the one of the best location in Brummana. İt's always crowded. Foods are decent, prices are expected.

This used to be a 5-star maybe but it surely isnt any longer and is way overrated. In the summer priority is given to the bars and restaurants that are super noisy and the hotel guests can complain all they want til dawn nobody will care; good luck getting any sleep. Then in the winter it turns gloomy til the next noisy summer.

Amazing place where u have many restaurants and cafes. I love most Cinco lounge with its yummy food and great ambiance and view around the pool. The weather is perfect and it's just the best place for a chill night out
