I have shopped with Passion Jewellers for quite a number of years when travelling from the UK. The service is amazing, with Hemant certainly knowing his stuff! My jewellery has always been valued more than I paid for it when I have returned to the UK. Highly recommended.

Had a diamond ring made a year ago which I was thrilled with, even more so as it was valued at three times the cost when I returned to the UK. Today visited again to have the ring made slightly bigger and not only did I not have to pay anything but my other rings were cleaned and polished, as well as my daughter's! What a fantastic service. Next time I want to buy some jewellery I shall be returning to Passion. I cannot fault them and recommend them to anyone visiting Dubai.

I needed to repair one item that I purchased from some other store, and these guys did a really great job! Mr. Hemant guided me through the process, assessment as well as repair was done on the spot in my presence. Overall impressive customer attitude and human approach! Really a 5-star shop.

All I can say is that I am thrilled! I am just so happy and simply over the moon at how my pendants were fashioned. I cannot thank Hemant and his amazing craftsmen enough for taking older, unworn pieces and turning them into completely new and absolutely beautiful pieces I will wear every day. I even got a tour of their facility and met some of the brilliant technicians who helped bring my wishes to life. Hemant will take your design, design something for you or even copy a piece (you can bring a magazine ad/photo/picture) and make something beautiful.... the attention to detail is fantastic, the cost is about half you would pay in the UK and he’s very fast!! I cannot recommend Hemant, Sabrina and Passion Jewellers enough.

Great design and manufacturing Jewellers at good prices. Hemant and Sabrina will always go the extra mile to help you find exactly what you want. If they don’t have it in stock they will advise on design and make it for you in their own factory. Great quality and great value.
