If I could give a lower score, I would. I did a blood test, had to follow up three times about the results because they never bothered to call me. I finally managed to go and the doctor handed me the results saying everything looks good. He couldn’t bother and walk me through the results. So unprofessional! This place was much better when it wasn’t managed by Queens Hospital. Just horrible. Never again 👎

Missing most of specialities. I think that the few doctors their are GPs. Can’t find a licensed orthopedic in their site.

Ridiculous wait time for pharmacy and to see a doctor. Also beware of a unqualified GP on the clock. Came in with sharp shoulder pain and did not even do a physical exam. Just wrote pain relaxants. Giving 1 start for the doctor. Front desk did not keep active stock of survey forms in English. The blood work group and nurses are professional and did job well. Unfortunately that's not enough to rate clinic high.

Have been waiting for more than an hour, service is super slow. Being a clinic, they should be faster in having patients being attended. The place is clean and the staff are friendly. If you are looking for quick attention / help, this might not be an ideal place.

Extremely disappointed with our visit to QFPCC . Shocked ( shocked is an understatement ) by the incompetence of so-called senior physician who was giving us ludicrous advise on our health concerns,doctor who ignores the symptoms, just because one diagnostic test came back normal.

You would think QF would create a clinic with timings that didn't clash with most people's working hours. Despite what their website and Google will tell you, the clinic is closed on the weekends.

The nurses were helpful and friendly. The services at QF clinic are very efficient.

Went there last month for my annual checks. Had consultation over the phone with a doctor who order bloods and other test for me. I requested for my results and they were sent to my email address. Simple

Service is inconsistent. Today waited for one and a half hours in total. Staff are very nice but the wait times are inexplicable. I was sent to the lab after seeing the doctor and literally had to wait half an hour to hand the technician a form while they treated someone else. I didnt want to just barge in. Waiting half an hour to hand someone a form and a sample is just absurd. Update, previously I had given two stars but over time I have changed my mind. Generally the phone consultations have been very good during the pandemic, and the service is always responsive in this regard.

Clean, organized, and professional. Definitely recommend. They are only open Sunday through Thursday unfortunately. 2022 update: services have declined massively over the years. It's now under new management with a new name.

Dr. Tahira is just the best. Kept coming back to see her for my concerns. Waiting time is just really long. Nurses are friendly.

My first time at the clinic, I was extremely happy with the service, especially as a QF student who relies on the clinic. The doctors are immensely helpful and willing to really sit and listen to your concerns, I also felt really comfortable sharing with them. To add, the nurses and staff were also super friendly and considerate of my time as a student, and put me first when I did enter. I am really happy with my experience, and I will also continue to recommend the clinic to everyone.

I have been there twice, excellent service and quick, staff friendly.

Very professional staff and good doctors

My family recently visited QF PHCC and we had a great experience. Our first visit was with Dr. Wasib Maroof and subsequently with Dr. Fadi. Both of them were extremely kind, knowledgeable, and professional. During another visit to the main building of Queen Hospital, my daughter had to undergo a tooth extraction, and we met Dr. Jose Miguel Parrilla.
