The clinic is very neat with good ambiance. The doctors are professional and well experienced. Specially Dr. Waqas Anwar (General practitioner) and Dr. Saba Naaz (Gynecologist). We are living in Umm al Quwain. Thumbay clinic is only 100 meter away from our flat. But we always prefer to go Ajman aster clinic because of good treatment from Dr. Waqas Anwar and Dr. Saba Naaz.

Dr. Waqas Anwas is a very good doctor. He was very kind and generous towards me and check was very good. Very much positive response. He takes time but examines properly.

As soon as I posted my complaint couple of senior officials called me and not only apologized for delay but took quick steps to resolve my issue and prioritize my appointment. Appreciate Aster for their keenness in addressing a complaint faster and satisfying way. I got very caring and superb service from Physiotherapy department and the therapist very knowledgeable and explained the things in a very precise way. Also the reception staff very friendly and supportive even when they are busy. Thanks Aster and highly recommend this clinic. ————————————————————— I visited for a severe shoulder pain and took X-ray and doctor suggested for physiotherapy and said they would call after approval. But nothing happened even after one day and no way to contact clinic so contacted call centre and somebody from clinic called and explained how they are helpless. Now second day forced to call again and so far no action. Pls understand a patient required speedy action and treatment not explanation for delay and inaction.

Hi i would like to share my experience with Aster clinic Rashidiya 3 Ajman. Overall service was fair, if we talk about nurses they are the best nurses and they treat you in a very professional way. With regards to Doctor she was not good at all as i have iron deficiency and i told her to give me injections instead of pills but she still insisit to take pills from last 15 days still not wel same as before. If she gives me injection it takes 15 days to get improved and with medicine i have to tolerate all my pain without eating for 2 months. I think they have given me medicines to get benefit from insurance. Please i suggest everyone go to prime medical center as they have better service then aster. I have given 2.stars only because of nurses not for doctor, please use alternative clinic like Prime or thumbay. I am also planning to go Prime and will take iron injection and will never enter Aster clinic

Unfortunately very bad experience with them 2 times. I have approval from insurance company for physiotherapy ,they cancelled the session and will arrange another one and call me, no one called also I am trying to call many times their answer will ask them to arrange for you and call you back. Till today I didn’t receive any call and I think insurance approval expired, before also very bad experience

Brand new neat and clean clinic. Polite and helpful staff. Negative would be no space to push the wheel chair in to there clinic, all asscess blocked by parked cars. No XRAY facility must go to 3rd party.

Dr. Ratheesh is very good and kind with his patients. Remembers kids previous history, always honest and dedicated. Very bad service, Receptionist showed partiality to their known patients. when we took the token and waited there for the doctor, they allowed their known people to consult that same doctor that too their token number was after us and also kept waiting us for 1.30 hours. Later gave some reasons as excuses. This is highly pathetic situation when we wait there with 2 small kids. I recommend if they want to show such partiality please let them start their own hospitals to give consideration like this. Also I wish this should not happen with any parents who have small babies.

But I am very thankfull of doctor saba Naaz come to know that medince is not safe for u and your baby. She is very helpfull for me. She also help me to use my insurance in a right way. No complaints with the hospital treatment or staff, my only concern is they never answer the phone, I tried continuously for 15 mins it only rings but nobody answered the phone.this is not the first time.

We been to the clinic few days back with our daughter to consult Dr Ratheesh. I have no words to express our gratitude for the way we been treated at the clinic, especially Dr Ratheesh. He is one of the reason why we went all the way to Ajman from Dubai. We been lucky enough to associate with Dr Ratheesh for many years now.
