Every time I go to this store, I mean every single time... I get no good service, not acknowledged.. on top of that, the staff gets so annoyed when I ask them any questions. Today, I went in there looking for Clip-in. Most of their products on the shelf has price tag on it but, the one behind the counter "human hair" tho, which I wanted to know the price before I paid for it has not priced. The price they quoted me was $79 but when they scanned it showed $50. They clearly was going to scam me. So, I asked, how are you charging me $29 more than what it's worth? And this guy who is "store manager" don't even speak a word in English is telling me to leave if I don't wanna buy it. I would give it a 0 ☆ if I could. One lady and two men in the store who has no (0) customer service skills and very RUDE, Disgusting and nasty attitude. I would rather drive 30min and go to Abradel hair store by Waterford than wasting my time at this store. And YES I went to Abradel and spent over $200+ 😜.

Then coming to the beauty store for a minute since this one of three in East Orlando. Pricees done went up so I might have to start taking that trip back to the West side to get my lace fronts and wigs

They are very overpriced! The sign says no returns on wearable products such as weave but I bought glue and they would accept it within 5 min .

Closest beauty supply near me. The owner/staff are nice, however products that I use are overpriced. I've found better pricing on Amazon for same products

I’ve been going to this location for about a year because of the distance from my residence but today I’ve finally decided to stop going. Horrible customer and the woman that’s always at the register always has a disgusting attitude. Most items are reasonably priced but not worth the horrible vibes. And don’t dare ask for help unless you want unlimited eye rolls. If you decide to still visit please expect to be followed by some random male.
