Briefly visited Golden Tulip and I can say they have great customer service!! Though, they were fully booked, we were taken on a brief tour. Beautiful lobby 💕 Nice fragrance! Loved it !

I really liked this hotel, it was a pleasant surprise. From the delightful paintings in the foyers, the pleasant rooms, the decent menu options and that there is more than one restaurant on site is a plus. I definitely recommend it

This place is beautiful, exquisite and luxurious. Has a restaurant, a bar, Chinese restaurant and hotel. Very large parking area. Everything here is classy. You may spend more but it is definitely worth it. You will be treated like a king or a queen.

The hotel is good and located in a reserve area. The hall used for the workshop was okay and conducive. However, they should be prepare when they are expecting a large number of customers. The breakfast was delayed for two hours. I had to abandon my lunch because of delay. They are not well coordinated at the restaurant section and also the restaurant is too small to accommodate us during the workshop.

Great interior decor. Best rooms I've been in in Ibadan hotels. Staff are cordial and really give the impression they are there to help you. Netflix is complementary and Prime is available, possibly on your own personal account (I didnt ask if there was complementary hotel access as to that as well, though). Loved the in-room entertainment (wondering what software they are using🫢). Beautiful outdoor dining experience with the cluster of waterways and bridges in a garden-like setting. Just beautiful. A nice comfortable hotel giving Lagos luxury vibes in an Ibadan setting. 🙂

Great place, beautiful ambience and the food was delicious, albeit quite pricy. The hotel has two restaurants located in side "Five Continental", a continental restaurant, and Three Dragons, a Chinese restaurant. I visited the Three Dragons, and it was a good experience. The staff were polite, the environment was exquisite and the food was great. Would totally recommend again

Rooms are well kept and decent enough. The staff are dedicated to service delivery and respectful in all departments, always willing to serve. The location is a little off the main road but still easily assessable. Restaurant food needs a lot of improvements with respect to quality and pricing, it's considered over-priced. The interior ambience of the hotel and the art decor are exceptional. The lounge attached to the hotel is amazing, promoting the pictures of Nigerian musicians on the walls of the car park.

Golden Tulip Ibadan was a good experience 4 my family and I. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean. Not enough lighting in the rooms though. There was always something nice for my baby to watch on tv: thank God for that. Also, the adults we're not left out cos we also found something to watch on tv. The environ: very nice! Gym: well equipped to an extent and neat. Swimming area: Also not bad. Food: Not so much to my taste though manageable. I managed to av some coffee ☕️ at least. Advise: as pa food: The mgt needs to step up their game cos what most customers look for is GREAT FOOD and I can't really say much on what I saw at the restaurant. More food varieties is what you need the most. some of the food wasn't very well warmed Staffs: @customer service: Professional and courteous. However, you need to work on your kitchen staffs: Very noisy! and despite the fact that customers we're eating, they we're making a lot of noise from the back of the kitchen.

Excellent customer service. They even give out free chocolates! Their facilities are in great condition and the rooms are set up nicely from the furniture to the decor.

Hiya i got a food from the restaurant and first the food came extremely so late and when the food came out i was told its freshly made when i ate the food i couldn’t even swallow cos it was frozen and microwaved not freshly cooked and u waited over an hour plus waiting for my food just to get a reserved food frozen and microwaved at that.🙄🙄 this is bad they need to work on that

Currently the best Hotel in Ibadan. they are constantly improving the aesthetics of the hotel, every time i come there is something new that has been done. The rooms are lovely and clean, clean sheet clean towels, large smart TV, yes you can watch Netflix. they leave chocolates, apples and drinks for you everyday (this is international 5 star hotel standard). Their staff are very professional and friendly. Your room key card gives you access to your floor and security personnel situated at every floor so you are guaranteed of security. Complimentary Breakfast buffet; their Breakfast buffet is excellent, with several options catering to vegetarians and non-vegetarians. I have been using Golden Tulip Ibadan for over four years and the experience is better with every visit. it feels like home. The location of the hotel is also nice, Foodco is 2 minutes walk away. there is also a lovely restaurant within the hotel premises at the back called 5 Continents, the ambience is lovely, so is the food so if you do not want to leave the hotel you will ok.

A 5star Hotel for travellers and if you just wish to give your loved ones a treat. Cozy environment, Great live music genres. Cool reception, Clean and welcoming Rest rooms, Fantastic management and high Security facilities.

This is the best hotel experience I have had in Ibadan. The staff is friendly and professional. The room I stayed in was very clean and equipped with a safe-box. The bed was nice, and fluffy, and the air conditioner was in a good working condition. The shower had good water pressure and the hot water was impressive. The only thing I expected and I didn't see was a pressing iron/ironing board; however, that's a minor thing. I tried to extend my reservation, however, the place was booked solid. Not surprising.

I went to Ibadan in April for a function. It was a quiet and comfortable hotel and I enjoyed my stay, the only thing was that the buffet breakfast did not have a lot of options

I was part of the wedding party that arrived to Golden Tulip. I must say the best part of it all was how accommodating the staff was. Service was above 5 starts. All the staff went out of there way and greeted you at ever turn. Definitely was near to perfect for me. My rooms were modern, clean and had a great view. All of the amenities were available to us. Even was able to get a hot meal around 3am. I would love to return again. Thank you Golden Tulip for making my Nigerian experience an awesome one.

The environment is neat and calm although I didn't lodge in. I was here for a brief meeting with someone that lodged here. The security looks commendable, I'd say for the price or cost of their rooms they try to match up with the services provided

Serene atmosphere. Very clean. I was mostly at their pool and restaurants lodge side. And it is beautiful. I can't say about the rooms cos I didn't lodge. But from what I saw out, I'm sure that the rooms will be magnificent

The ambience is welcoming. The Staff at Reception desk are good representatives. Looks like most of the staff are trained in hospitality business. However, guests vehicles are unwashed which I found disappointing. A client that could afford the luxury of your hotel shouldn't be denied a thousand Naira worth of complimentary service. My humble observation.

From the spacious parking lot, automated doors clean comfortable lounge… it was a breath of fresh air I was having breakfast that day The food was nice and tasty, it was exactly how I have it at home So it felt like home away from home Oh and the chapman was refreshing The lounge was so comfortable I dozed 🤦🏽‍♀️ The paintings, artwork are remedies for anxiety lol A place to visit in Ibadan if you want Top notch service.

A serene environment, well tidy up, nice setup at the entry point, well organized. The breakfast setup was good, enjoyable. The attendant were professional at their job.

Rooms were small with the carpets smelling. Bathrooms were very basic. Air conditioner made a loud noise. Food was average but the service was very slow..took more than an hour for our food to arrive. The pub in the same hotel had good ambience but the drinks were very average (liit). I am told that for a small city like ibadaan this is the best option available, so we really had no choice.

Had buffet dinner here and the food is pretty basic. I expected more for that kinda setting. The live band however is a vibe

Located within the serene environment of Jericho, Ibadan. Spacious rooms, beautiful lounge and bar. Though parking lot is small and cannot contain much cars if there is an event. Enjoyed my stay

I sincerely will let the world know how comfortable it is staying at Golden Tulip Hotel Ibadan. Its another a home far from home with dedicated and very well trained staff. Infact everything about the hotel is EXCELLENT and recommended to all no matter how highly placed.

Quiet neighborhood, the customer service is good, I didn't get to eat their food because I had to leave early, but Ms Bukky Sho was great with us 😁😁 😁 the guest bathroom needs could be better with wash clothes and dental needs. Good thing I carried mine with me, although I didn't call to ask for it, so that could be their policy too 🤔🤔🤔🤷🤷🤷

Golden Tulip is by far one of the coolest places to visit in Ibadan. The tasty dishes and live music every Friday evening is a beautiful way to welcome the weekend. I should add that the customer service is amazing...

The best place to stay at Ibadan. Good rooms. You can find some of the good Indian dishes to eat in restaurant. In campus only you can enjoy good things overall good experience.

This hotel gets five stars for me as the experience was awesome. We took the Executive Suite and my family was wowed and impressed. The service was excellent, quick response to requests. Complimentary biscuits, apples and drinks in the room each day, chocolates for the kids. Both TVs had Netflix and the wifi worked. The gym was good, although it could do with some more equipment. The pool was standard and the cuisine was very good.

I was in the Golden tulip for a weekend for my wife's birthday. We decided to spend the weekend of her birthday party as a retreat at the Golden tulip. The food was something else...really sumptuous. The buffet was rich, fresh and piping hot... Just the way I like it... The pool was clean and just the right size... We spent good time at the pool and we really enjoyed ourselves. The room were clean and the cleaners came to clean up regularly and unobtrusively (when we leave the rooms). The different reataurants serving differing cuisines was an interesting twist... We did them all and I'm sure if not for the pool and our regular swims... We would have put on some weight. The only dissapointment was the wifi. On the first day we got a pass code for the wifi that worked flawlessly and seamlessly. Apparently someone did not inform the person in charge of the network that we were staying for the weekend... Wifi portal shut down the next morning and all efforts to get it back proved abortive as all the codes we were supplied with did not work at all or at best worked with very slow speed or some functions could not be accessed on my laptop... Other than that it was a nice weekend at a serene and peaceful atmosphere.

Most likely the best hotel in Ibadan! What!!! It's a beautiful hotel. Tastefully furnished. Fruits and cookies as complementary. It's an expensive hotel though but it's worth it. The lounge is beautiful and the water works around the lounge is pleasing to the eyes. Did I mention that there is an active Netflix account in the rooms? The entertainment gives wide range of TV channels to choose from. I would recommend Golden Tulip Ibadan if you are on vacation. This is my best Golden Tulip experience so far; having been to 2 other Golden Tulips. Lest I forget, Christmas comes early in this hotel. I love Christmas decoration. It was amazing seeing the lights and trees. The restaurant is close to the reception; giving you a relaxed view. There is so much I could talk about. Oh by the way, you can go to the reception and play piano 🎹

Very nice hotel. Clean and crisp. Friendly and respectful staff. Breakfast Food just ok. Not that exciting. Best was simply bolied yam and egg fried in soup/sauce. Only one person ate free though we booked for two people. We were also overcharged at the end of our stay and they promised to credit our account. Otherwise good service. I needed a makeup artist and a place to eat out, qiute helped in both aspects. They run a taxi service from the Hotel too.
