It was awesome! This one of the best GRA in Ibadan. The estate is located around Samonda Airport Area along Sango-UI Road, Ibadan. The estate entrance is beautiful. The security check is excellent. It has a stable electricity. The estate is peaceful and countless number of politicians prefer the residence. The layout is second to none.

This is an estate that's been around for a while. It's peppered by modern as well as old buildings. It's peopled by intellectuals as well as politicians. It's considered a posh place to live. Rent can be prohibitive and owning property is impossible unless you're well heeled. Its one of the safest estates around. If you live here nobody can visit you by surprise as your visitor has to call you at the gate, then you call the gate to let your visitor in and then you call your visitor again to give them directions to your home. All visitors are logged and monitored till they get off the grounds. The place is well laid out and the names of all the streets and closes have something to do with planes and aviation. Fuselage, cockpit, runway, etc. The estate is called Aerodrome estate, Samonda and its a delight to live there.

I like the peaceful nature of the GRA & the security measure put in place to make the environment secure. It's however a place affordable to certain class of people in the society. If you can afford it, it's a good place to live in.

Fully residential; professional security personnel and beautiful buildings therein. However, portions of the roads in the estate are bad.
