I stayed with my wife and 15 year old at Casa Melvis in June 2017. Our experience was nothing short of superb. Her apartment is in a perfect location to take in Old Havana's narrow streets and sites by foot. However, her apartment is on the 8th floor, high above the narrow streets, with a magnificent view of the city and bay from two terraces. You can't ask for a better place. And, the breakfasts were filling and delicious.

We LOVED Casa Melvis!! The owner is awesome and her staff are there to help whenever you like! Have them make you breakfast every morning - it's reasonably priced and you will start your day off right! 2 balconies, great views, clean, AC in both bedrooms...it's really a terrific spot and the location cannot be beat! This is our Go To place in Havana!!

Melvis was an amazing host. We loved the apartment and the very convenient location. Some noise from the neighbourhood but that's city living. The initial entry was an old building so arriving at night was spooky but the apartment and balcony are wonderful. Gracias Melvis!

Amazing apartment in the hearth of Havana Vieja, surrounded by all the plazas, restaurants and historical sites. Super clean, amazing views and a 5* terrace.
