Thank you for providing such a wonderful stay. we have been to so many hotels at different cities .This is one of the best.very spacious, clean and comfortable Very Helpful staffs Easy approachable , Interior designs are too good. If you are coming with your family / as a couple it's the best place to stay in chennai. If you are coming with a group of friends you guys can't make noise / use speaker from 11PM - 6 AM because apartments are there in the surroundings. Room was too good especially king size room which is attached with balcony , just awesome . In that room one private hall, one bedroom attached toilet with one balcony , Worth the price .Spent a Calm and Peaceful weekend there

Really hard to believe that a place like this exists in Chennai. This place is just simply perfect in all terms. The rustic vibe and the decor pretty much feels like you're in a resort. One glance at the room with the attached balcony, and I just booked it without second thoughts, that's how gorgeous it looked. The furnishings and all are as expected and super comfortable. The highlight of the room is definitely the outdoor kitchen and seating area which is perfect for a romantic evening with your loved one. The room is very well equipped with an AC, full size refrigerator and a plethora of cooking utensils in case needed (which we made full use of). Aesthetics aside, Sam is without doubt the most courteous host I've ever met. Although this is a homestay, the crew is always ready to provide assistance at the very first call. The location is the only issue since its a little on the interior side but it's really a non-issue in front of everything else.

It was a very nice experience, I didn't felt I stayed at a hotel, they made me like a close relative home, special thanks to Martin Anna and his family who are the care taker of this hotel. I stayed there with my 2 child it was very calm and nice. If anyone looking for a family stay, I would suggest blindly go for it.

I had a very pleasant stay at Friendly Stay. Quiet and comfortable bed. Room was very spacious as well. Thanks to Sam, my entire trip in Tamil Nadu was pleasant and a breeze. I had an airport pick up arranged and the rest of my specific areas that I wanted to visit in and around Chennai.

The rooms are soo clean and well maintained. We have grace supermarket very close to the location which is a good thing to get your eatables. The owner is very responsive and accepts all your concerns and affirms to fix it asap.

Stay was awesome and quality is good. Recommend others to look here for stay. More than the stay what impresses me was the refund. At last minute hurry i paid extra and booked extra additional beds i was afraid that getting refund will gng to be a hassle but why proved be wrong. At the end of stay they recalculated and send me the extra amt paid. I never thought getting a refund from hotel will be this easy. Trustworthy people who value customer satisfaction more than money.

It's a fantastic home stay, first of all the owner(coordinator) was kind and helpful, me and friends 10 of us had been to a conference in porur, he managed to provide us rooms in the same homestay, also helped us with early check in. He made sure we all were comfortable and ready to make sure we all were fine with the place. Our caretaker was Martin and his family, they were so polite and humble people, were friendly and helped us with everything we asked. They have maintained the property very well, clean washrooms, make sure they clean everything everyday, gave us all the extra arrangements we asked for. Overall it was one of the best homestay we have been to, it's more like a place where family can go without any hesitation. Thanks for all the help. I recommend others to look here for stay.

Its a great place to stay providing a beautiful stay experience. You will feel like home away from home. Near by areas at walkable distance you will find grocerry, medical shops and few tiffin options. Comfortable stay.

We had a really wonderful stay here... as like in many reviews here, it's like resort only, clean, beautiful and in peaceful location also.. and I was used kitchen to cook food for my kids, everything was available there separately like private kitchen, cleaned utensils, gas stove etc. I liked this very much particularly.. whatever we want, they assisting very quickly and sorted it out.... Best place for staying with family and couples because here very secured and peaceful..I stayed at Friendly Stay for 2 days... I feel very relaxed and away from unnecessary city noise. I really like the room and house architecture.. very great clean maintenance and hygienic.. having all specialities like a star hotels.. i am sure that friendlystay home is one of the best place for stayhome. staf are very polite and humble.. highly recommend homestay..

Very nice place. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, calm surrounding, very nice and helpful owner with extremely good communication. Provided airport pickup went perfect. We stayed 2 nights after arrival in Chennai. He sent us Kumaran for a sightseeing daytrip in and around Chennai, who is also an extremely nice guy and gave us a mostly beautiful tour 😊 BIGGEST LIKE! We will book the place again for an overlight stay on our way back to the airport. BIGGEST RECOMMENDATION!!!

I must say this place is hard to beat in Chennai. Friendlystay elite is an ideal base camp for both business travellers and families. I was impressed with the house and its decor. While the place is immaculate, and not lacking anything, the true standout and kudos to our host Sam and family and his courteous staff. Parking is available if you bring your own vehicle. The interiors are nicely decorated and the rooms are spotless and well furnished. The kitchen is equipped with everything you'd need to prepare meals or tea / coffee. The beds are comfortable and there's a TV if you need it. Air conditioners and fans are both available. This executive rooms we stayed larger than other normal rooms in this apartment. Especially the private balcony we had offers stunning views of the sky where you can sit, read and chill. This was one of the best stays/experiences ever. Sam is always very caring & responsive and always goes over and beyond to help and make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend booking with the Friendlystay over any hotel or apartment when you are coming to Chennai.

While I enter into the room saw the good night liquid with flash mode. Guessing that it's an option for guest but real factor is you will be surrounded by more than n number of mosquitoes inside the room. Best place to stay if you are coming with your family or friends. They have different variety of rooms, it depends what you want. Privacy is maintained. Very easily accessible and safe. Try to visit the place once

Very inside location other wise 5 star.. Location was Shared agree... but his is more for the Navigation ....and reach the place ... yes this was the Residential area and I gave my feed back about the location as and when we arrived. Regarding the Price ... being a metro city Chennai might offer more for the same price and as well less for the same price and there is no issue or query on the Price quoted. Regarding the driver stay we requested for the sleep in Living area and when we got to know not possible he stayed in the car day one and the second day your helper in the stay offered to sleep in the Living area, but driver used for some time and went back to car you can check with your helper.

I would rate this as one of the best in that area for your stay. We stayed for 7 days for a conference and it was more like a home than a stay. We could cook, wash, use common dining place.. And moreover the care taker went above and beyond cook food and make coffee for us. The owner was so understanding of our needs. All rooms are well equipped and you can choose according to your needs. They provide you with best rates than any hotel nearby. It is indeed a "Friendly Stay"
