Worst experience wrt gift combo pack they gave electric kettle and stainless steel combo pack for shop more than 4000. But the kettle is damaged and it's not being fixed at the bottom. Please change this item or don't give any gift unless if the product is fine or return back the 250 you got for this product.

I experienced it's a scam with coupons. I got 3 coupons last month from Diwali purchase..each coupon has Rs.500 discount if you purchase for Rs.1500. Yesterday went for shopping at Trends Velachery near Grand mall, and made a purchase of Rs.6630 and they redeemed 3 coupon for a total of Rs.1500. Final amount they asked to pay Rs. 5130. There was a gift section for Rs.4000 above purchases, a kettle and flask worth Rs.1499 was given. But they refused to give us the gift since we redeemed Rs.1500 coupon. Then what is the use of coupon then? I could have walked directly to store and would have a got a gift worth Rs.1499 without redeeming the coupon. It's a perfect scam. No use of coupons in Trends shop near Velachery grand mall. I didn't purchase and came back.

I had the most terrible experience at Trends Showroom, particularly in their billing section. The customer care service was absolutely atrocious. It took an eternity to process a simple purchase, and I ended up wasting a significant amount of time. I felt completely ignored and undervalued as a customer. I strongly advise against visiting Trends Showroom if you value decent customer care and efficient service.

A good place for women's dresses many collections of dresses and many more offers are available. ❤️ 2 floor in the shop ground floor for women and 1st floor for kids and men's

Worst place ever to buy electronics..initially they told they will deliver mixer grinder and geyser along with other appliances like fridge, WM etc..but they didn't deliver that and at the heck of moment they are telling to collect by ourselves and also they made us travel so long twice saying they are out of stock for mixer grinder when we went to collect... And for TV also they scammed us because there is no hotstarhotstar in the TV.... They didn't told us Initially...all together this place is totally a scam place.

I liked the placed their ambience also super and prices also not too high but high only like shoes are from Rs1000+ but quality wise it's perfect for the price and they are giving combo and 2+1 offers .😇

Very poor shopping experience. No one is there to assist and help us in choosing what is needed for us. We need to compulsory buy something to get discount.. Online purchase will be better going forward...

I seen worst customer service in trends here, they are not respond properly and inside there is no ventilation, fans and AC conditions are not working, I felt to bad while here, please don't go to this trends , admin@trends please teach to your employees how to treat customers and provide proper ventilation to your store.

Coupons Scam!! I had a worst experience last week, I had taken 3000 rs worth of cloths to redeem 1000rs worth coupons i have. But They had wonderful system to buy 3,800rs cloths to reflect as 3000rs in their system and redeem 1k to pay 2800rs as final amount! Amazing cheaters👏

As usual all the other trends, it's also pretty good & lot of designs for womens especially. Great service & nice place. At a great location with enough parking area.

Worst experience never ever had before. For billling waiting for more than 1 hour in the queue. Simply they are spoling the brand name. Everyone is waiting for a long time. No support is available for billing persons. Please visit some other branches. Finally coupons confusion they have told me purchase for another 800 bucks then we have purchased the same. Then one coupon is allowed. I give the coupon to the employee itself. Totally waste of time and money 💰

The quality of kids tshirts is very average nowadays. The cost is also very high. They say 50% sale but had so many *conditions apply in that as well.

Collections for girls and ladies are good. Need to improve for boys and gents.. Need better offers ..

Best place to buy trendy clothes. From kids to adults, you can find trendy clothes for everyone and special festive discounts and coupons equal to the value of the purchased clothes.The place is very clean and maintained.

Here they have more dress variety for women. But for men they does not have variety. They does not have the dress that size above 38 in regular pants and jeans. They have parking space for 5 cars and 10 bikes. They does not have good variety for footwear for mens. I won't recommend for mens and boys. But for women you have good chance for getting good dress.

I had visited the store last month and for the purchase I made they gave me few coupons to be redeemed....of which three coupons given for doing online, for footwear and kids shopping was almost expiring in 2 to 3 days time. I was left with only two Rs.500 coupons for dress purchase. I visited yesterday to KK Nagar Women's Trends showroom for redeeming those. At the time of billing the counter person tells me that the coupons shows as used and cannot be redeemed. Here there are two things, 1. Valsarawalkam trends store gave me invalid coupons, next 2. KK Nagar trends store people did not even try to solve the issue and kept on saying it cant be redeemed it shows as used coupons so on and so forth. I am a person who regularly buy dresses from trends that too from KK Nagar trends store I'm a frequent shopper. Still this happened to me. I asked the biller to cancel the bill and kept the coupons at the counter and walked off. I don't think I will ever shop again in Trends stores.

They have good deepavali collection of Kurtis & full gowns very good customer care Place maintained clean & neat And staffs are too friendly I actually went to pick 2 or 3 tops but they have made me purchase more than I want marketing tallent of Thulasi very well appreciated she took time had the patience in helping me out what I wanted will visit again

I have purchased above 13k. They told, you can get a tower fan if you pay arround 750rs extra for complimentary. So I paid the amount and bring the fan. But they gave me a defective peice. Not working, producing sound like a grinder instead of air. Worst business behavior. Then I understand they're selling the defective fan for 750

Not good. I went during independence day sale. Offer was purchase worth 7000 but pay 3499 but everything restricted to specific brand clothes which r too costly and collections were poor. Horrible material for the cost paid. Not worthy. Waste of money.
