It
seems
to
be
a
constant
in
the
medical
care
system
in
NZ
and
this
medical
centre
is
not
the
exception:
not
care
for
patients
and
their
needs,
they
just
run
a
profitable
business
and
they
act
in
consequence
with
their
business’s
needs.
There’s
no
one
to
talk
to
if
you
need.
You
just
have
to
drop
a
message
in
an
app
and
take
a
sit
to
wait
they
get
back
to
you…
someday.
You
has
chosen
a
doctor
that
makes
you
feel
safe,
you
get
to
know
each
other
and
you
trust
on?
If
that
professional
is
not
longer
working
for
them
or
has
moved
out,
they
will
not
even
would
let
you
know
about
it.
You
have
to
consider
your
visits
to
a
doctor
the
same
way
you
take
your
car
to
a
workshop:
whoever
is
there
would
be
the
same.
It’s
doesn’t
matter.
Except
that
we
are
not
a
car…
If
by
chance
you
have
received
treatment
elsewhere
for
whatever
reason,
it
will
hardly
be
updated
on
your
profile.
Same
lab
test
or
medications
that
a
specialist
could
have
prescribed
to
you.
Be
ready
for
the
drama
and
most
importantly,
get
your
wallet
ready
because
they
will
charge
you
again
even
if
it’s
due
their
ineffectiveness
to
keep
your
records
updated.
Honestly,
my
Doctor
deserve
5
starts
plus,
but
I
will
not
allow
the
medical
centre
take
the
credit
for
it.
