👍👍 I always love visiting this trail head. So many options to take. I live in Colorado now and these foothills in Albuquerque are truly a gem. Many great spots to view the city, run, bike, hike, walk.

👍👍 My favorite trail to South peak. First two miles are no shade but the rest is beautiful. Almost 12 miles round trip. And the most Elevation change out if all the trails if you are looking for a challenge. I made my new record on this day 4 hours and 1 minute.

👍👍 Great spot. Go super early before it’s gets hot !! Hiking around ABQ is under rated. Novice and enjoyable. Trails are well kept. Bring water and lots of it!
