Convenient location and friendly greeting. Parking lot barely lit up at night. Paper thin walls allow you to hear adjoining room and ALL the traffic noise ALL NIGHT.

Clean room. Plenty of space in room. Comfortable king size bed. Great price. If we come back to Albuquerque, we will stay again.

I'm honestly surprised our vehicle was there the next morning. Very noisy at night. Lots of doors slamming n banging. $85 with card or $75 a night + $50 deposit if cash a night was kinda ridiculous. Oh n she insisted No Smoking, yet there sat the ashtray when we entered the room. N the room stunk heavily of cigarettes the moment we opened the door. Yuck

I stay in cheap motels a lot and this place has PROBLEMS. The staff was renovating rooms at 11pm, sawing, sanding, and shouting to each other. The walls are paper thin; you can hear someone mumble in the room next to yours while your TV is on. The toilet was dirty when I checked in and there was a MONTH old receipt on the floor. One of the guys from the front desk jiggled my door handle this morning and then walked away without knocking, so I checked out immediately.

I was living there & caught Covid and on top of that I had a stroke. I’m just now getting back energy. The lady gave my clothes away! Stole my tools, dirt bike motor, gas tank,. Total $2,500 worth of my stuff. She is a thief!

I was roomed here not by choice but because im in a program that has a contract with this place and I was very mad about not being able to have visitors that are supposed to be bringing me things for my newborn baby and not able to have anybody come to my room is ridiculous I think. I have to get in touch with the ppl that put me n my baby n my mom here before the manager will do anything we ask her to do for us. I probably won't be coming back over here again unless I'M ABSOLUTELY DYING FOR A ROOM THEN I'LL COME BACK, but hopefully the management has changed their ways about handling business around here.

Was the set of the be Wylie's Coyote movie the day I was there. Very cool hotel one block from launchpad and very close to downtown, amazing dispensary across the street. What more could you need for a nostalgic vacation than an old school motel with John Cena running around shirtless. Very kind owners, I was able to find shelter on a sold out weekend due to Gathering of Nations pow wow. Conveniently located for sure. I recommend if you don't mind a dated room look that has character. I just need a place to crash and shower and it did that for me.

I've stayed many times traveling around New Mexico and the West, I hope to stay again someday, the Downtown Inn is close to everything and has plenty of options to choose from, the rooms are nice, great cable TV and air-conditioning/heater.

I didn't stay there, a friend of mine is remolding some of the rooms there and I took him lunch and hung out for awhile. By the looks of the work in progress it's going to be a very nice quaint place to stay.

The only cool thing about this place is that it was being changed for the upcoming movie of John Cena with Wile Coyote. Room was dirty and smells like somebody smoke 1000 cigarettes at time. Bathroom was dirty and rusty. We even found a dead fly on our bed, maybe the one from Breaking Bad. Area was full of homeless and it’s not the safest place in Albuquerque. Cheap rates, but we stayed only because it was prepaid.

My wife, 2 pups and I received a great opportunity by being able to stay in a room here and from the start was treated with a turned up nose. During the week we purchased our own cleaning supplies and washed the blankets and sheets at the laundromat across the street. Decided to pay the 110.00 for us four for one extra day and was still treated like a second class human being. We both are grateful to the city and programs that assisted us as we are fixing our own home and appreciate the nice room that was somewhat welcoming we also like to thank, Mr. Patel for his kindness and professionalism. With all that we are dealing with it, we are grateful that Mr. Patel was not rude or judgemental.

Ok the rooms are nice.and it's real peaceful but appliance didn't work the refrigerator..and I was bugged with this place cause I. Came last weekend and the lady. Said there was. No vacancy with parking empty.she showed prejudice to me actually a every motel on central did.they made it a personal matter businesses like that should be fined and closed down for makeing someone. go through that .....

Owner here is a fantastic human being. He really helped us out when we could not stay at his hotel by cancelling our reservation for us and not charging us. If you read this....thank you very much!

Good sized room, reasonably priced andwith a comfortable bed, refrigerator and microwave. I like when rooms have microwaves. Unlike most other hotels in this price range, it was very quiet and I got a great night's sleep. Also, the shower head was up nice and high and I didn't have to scrunch down like I do in most motels.
