Called last Wednesday, talked to a male can’t remember his name. Told me they accepted United insurance and he set me up with a new patient profile and told me to expect an email following up. Two days go by, never received an email. I called and spoke with a female this time who assured me she would contact the male secretary and follow up with this issue. I never received a call back so today after calling about 100 times I finally was connected with someone who told me they don’t take United insurance. She never apologized for the inconvenience this has caused and the fact that I could have been getting the help I needed this whole time but instead my time was utterly wasted. Good luck to anyone trying to get mental health services here. Seems the staff really doesn’t prioritize patient’s well-being.

taking my 12 year old for ptsd and anxiety from a brutal dog attack. The therapist asked if she could bring her trained Dog to meet my son since he was ok with his own dog lately to show all dog are not mean. My son agreed and her dog is not trained!! it growled at someone at the door turn around, looked at my son and barked in his face freaking my son out where he was literally shaking and crying I asked her to get her dog as my son yanked me in front of him and she did not move her dog it wasn’t even on a leash! She said that’s how her dog ask to play! Barking loud in a child’s face is not acceptable. My son does not want to go to counseling here anymore, he is afraid to even be near the building. He didn’t Even get to do counseling that day, we were in the lobby when it happened. as we left my son broke down crying and was visibly shaking. Can’t get ahold anyone at the office to say we will Not be going back.

Want an experience in Mental Health that has your best interest at heart even behind the scenes? I wanted to do a review for Bosque Mental Health for those who looking for a sincerely caring and professional experience. I work in the front office and am so grateful for this place where every member is working together to make sure you have a seasoned therapist that matches your needs, a call back when we say we will, help throughout the intake process and a genuinely conscious and ethical approach not only in what we do right but how we can improve. The Owner Cathy holds high standards for these and it shows in everyone she has hired. It is an amazing environment to not only to work in but to be a part of! Do yourself a favor and check out Bosque Mental Health and Associates.

Miss Jeanie answered the phone, and what a helpful sweet woman she was! So good at her job. Was looking for a specialist and a specific diagnosis. Gave me all the resources, even if they weren’t at this specific clinic! Love a facility that is committed to making people feel better even if that person never becomes a patient!

Sometimes in life, we can use a little help. I am happy to report that when I needed someone unbiased to talk to, Mary Cline at Bosque Mental Health Associates was my go-to place! The location is very easy to get to and only 10 minutes off of the freeway, very easy parking and short distance to the entrance (in case you are disabled). Upon entering, the ambiance is gentle and kind to the eyes. I was always greeted pleasantly and my therapist Mary Cline was always on-time and "present" for my session. Mary listens thoughtfully, asking the right questions that led me down the path for healing. Mary conducts "Somatic Therapy" which is a slow, systematic breathing exercise to help clear your mind. relax your body and work on "stuff" from the inside. Mary was always kind, patient and caring in our sessions and never pushed me to go where I didn't want to. If you have certain insurances, the sessions are Free. If you are looking for a great therapist in a relaxed easy location, LOOK NO FURTHER!!

From the first time I called for my mom and seeing a therapist we had a great experience at Bosque. The front office staff were so helpful and organized. I appreciate the care we received every time we came . Yenny is so sweet every time I had to wait for my mom she is so friendly. The building is so beautiful and peaceful it is like going to a spa. Honestly , if you are motivated to change the therapists here are so amazing.

I would really appreciate a little more help from the team because they were instrumental in getting me closer to joining the human mileau, but I still need help in getting over all the times negative marketing has led me astray so I can come back and really get to that Neo Job level! ❤️

Highly recommend these guys for anyone seeking therapy or couples counseling. All the staff I spoke with were so nice and really understanding. Most importantly Bosque connected me with a great therapist who has been really helpful. It had been years since I had been in therapy so I was really lucky to have found such great people to work with. - Dave

I've been going to this facility for about a year or so, not only is my therapist wonderful the entire staff is also. From the receptionist, front office staff, and other therapist my visits are overwhelming wonderful. It's not easy going to see a Mental Health Specialist to sort out your issues and get you back on track, but I look forward to my visits every week. I'm treated as someone, someone who is valuable . I applaud this facility for what they are " remarkable, caring, professional. Thank you Bosque Mental Health (and my therapist)for not only helping me get on track but keeping me there.5 stars isn't enough for your ratings. Blessings trjohnson

I wanted to take the time to acknowledge how well I've been taken care of by this clinic and by Wendy Wasserman, my therapist. I am a therapist myself and I know it takes extra skill and patience to be a therapist to a therapist, and Wendy knocks it out of the park. I have grown so much working with her and am so grateful!

🫤 We brought my 80yr old grandma in due to pain in her hip and her not being able to walk. She ended up being admitted to a room in the E.R. and stayed over night. The morning/afternoon E.R. nurses are rude. Some treat you like an inconvenience. They mainly stand around talking loudly or walk by cussin...
