Honestly I had trouble finding a hotel in the Albuquerque area based off of reviews. I am kinda of picky where I stay, I just want to feel comfortable and in a clean place. So I’ll make it as easy as possible for you. Room was comfortably clean, carpets were dirty and there were questionable stains on the couch, bathroom smelled like chemicals indicating it was recently cleaned except there was a tiny black hair in the bathtub, sheets/bed was clean, one small hole in the sheets but I was still confident that the bed was clean. Pillows absolutely suck. One outlet didn’t work in the room and lighting only comes from floor lamps, no light switches on the walls. Definitely not the nicest hotel, but we only needed to stay for one night. Had we needed to stay for more than one night we would have picked a different hotel. Front desk was really nice! Area wasn’t as sketchy as I had anticipated based off of what I heard about Albuquerque before making my way out here. Not bad for a 1 night stay and for the price! Couldn’t hear any highway noise.

The dog in the room next to mine barked and barked all effing night. I called the front desk and they called the room but no one answered, the front desk person went and knocked on their door & no answer but the damn dogs barked and barked. That was all that was done to help my situation. This is the poorest management of a problem I've ever come across at a hotel. Those people should have been kicked out of the hotel for disturbing other guests. I woke up every hour because of this issue. I was actually up at 3:30 am walking my own dog, who does NOT bark because I'm a responsible pet owner, in the gated parking area. I got back in my room and that dog started barking again. I ended up just getting myself ready because I obviously wasn't going to get any rest so I pulled out of that hotel at 4:30 am. I know there's security cameras so go check the footage if you don't believe me,management. I guess this is what you get for trying to save a couple bucks, I'll NEVER stay here again. Oh, I called choice hotels about the problem and choice was going to comp my room for the inconvenience but the hotel to save themselves the money went and gave me a $15 refund super quick behind everyone's back. That $15 equalled the pet fee charge which every hotel sets independently. They did a $15 discount to save Themselves the actual price of the room, they did this to save themselves not to compensate me for one of the worst nights I've ever spent in a hotel Also the room smelled of dirty dog, and the carpet in the room was disgusting. Like hello rip that nasty stuff out and go with bare floors, it's much more hygienic. As soon as you pay for your room, they don't give a flying f about you at this hotel. You have a problem, oh well DON'T STAY HERE, there's lots of other hotels in the area.

The desk clerk, Page, was wonderfully helpful. Her phone assistance was very professional and friendly when I made the reservation. Upon arrival, I needed my frail 85 year old mother to have easy access to our room, on the 2nd floor, and Page put us in a room right off the elevator. The room was very clean, and everything worked perfectly. I loved the exterior entry door to the outside walkway, which provided fresh air, and easy access to the sunny outside. Our yummy breakfast was available in an extremely clean environment. The food prep employee was constantly refreshing the food items, wiping up any customer spills in the food area, and offering to assist with every opportunity. I understand why the pool area was closed, yet the floor to ceiling view from the breakfast area into the pool area was delightful and bright. The tourist brochures were plentiful and up-to-date with ideas of places to visit and fun things to do and see. Quality Inn & Suites has been the place to stay on my visits across the states, and has never disappointed me.

The lady at the reception desk was friendly and helpful! The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. Was able to park my car right outside my room, which was very convenient! Would highly recommend this hotel!

Pet friendly and fairly clean. Right off the highway along our route which is really convenient. We've stayed at another hotel on this road in the past and this one was better. Breakfast is included. Only complaint is it took almost 10 minutes for the water to heat up in the shower. If we had been in a hurry I would have had an ice shower.

DONT STAY HERE! So many things wrong. I asked the front desk for some towels after getting out the pool and she said there wasn't any. We asked her how we were supposed to shower and dry. She just shrugged her shoulders. We had to use the small face towels. Lights flicker in the room. All the outlets are loose and won't hold anything you plug. Fridge didn't work either. Drug addicts just walking around outside. If you notice in all the poor reviews, management hasn't bothered to reply to any of the comments. That's how much they care

Uploaded photos for proof… We are on a 26 hour trip. We stopped here because it looked like the nicest hotel in the area and seemed very clean from the outside and not to mention the price wasn’t terrible for the night. However, it was definitely the opposite. Upon entering our room, we were engulfed with the smell very similar to a portable potty. There are stains on the carpet which look like blood or urine. There are roaches crawling all over the wall after turning the light on in the middle of the night, our bed sheets were stained with bodily fluids and urine, our box spring sheets are covered in the same, and VERY noticeable without even having to turn back the cover. There is poop on the wall. Holes in the curtains. The room was absolutely disgusting and carelessly cleaned. Carpet is pulled from the floor. Worst experience we’ve ever had at a hotel.

The rooms were nice and clean. However, the location has deteriorated immensely the last few years. It is now home to homeless tents and clutter just outside the doors of the several motels in the area. Concerned for my wife's safety. We pass here yearly but will now be searching for a new area to stop in the future.

The rooms were nice and the people were friendly but there was some Mold in the shower not a lot. There was also slim pickings when it came to breakfast no waffles like normal. Nearly no fruit nearly no fruit juice basically. You just got a bowl of cereal and there's no vegan options.

Loud guests at night. Easily hear people walking around above me, talking, playing music. Hear people outside. Close to major roads so hear traffic too. Staff person, while initially pleasant, yells repeatedly upstairs to get my attention as we are about to go into our room after checking in rather than come up and talk with me. Filthy carpet in the room. Bathtub creaks and feels like it might give way. Doors dirty. Overall a very dingy motel and desperate for a complete remodel.

I arrived late after driving 10 hours Everything nearby was sold out. I got the last available non smoking room for $119 before the $18 in taxes and fees. The furniture was old, worn, torn, and yucky. I didn't sit on them. The room itself was just ok. Thankful the bed looked clean and was very comfortable. The fridge didn't work. I had to keep my cooler iced so my food wouldn't spoil over night. I went down to let the front desk person know about the torn furniture and fridge. Immediately I was offered a refund which I didn't appreciate knowing I didn't have many options at the moment. Breakfast was surprisingly good enough to satisfy. Upon checking out I was asked how my night was by a friendly person and I answered honestly. She gave me a $10 discount. The room was overpriced so the $10 really was nothing. Definitely last resort.

Stayed here 3 nights, the location appeared safe, we experienced no problem. A lot of other hotels nearby. Room is clean. Housekeeping cleaned everyday. Breakfast was a small buffet reasonable options. Protein was sausage and eggs, There was also sausage and gravy and you can make your own waffle. There are mudfins, bagels and toasts. It was a good stay.

Just not awesome. Room smelled of mold. Not well kept. AC was not working properly. Service at first was great. After, not friendly. Breakfast staff was like we were in the way. And desk in the morning was more interested in their ear buds. Breakfast was typical and not great at that. Pillows were tiny tiny tiny! 2 might equal a twin size. Barely!! Worst part: smoke detector chirping at 3am. Not great. Let the desk know in the morning and they said maybe a discount coming. Apparently not! Since nothing has been credited yet. I'll update if one happens. There are better options near by.

The hotel staff was professional and courteous. The rooms were clean. Very close to fine dining restaurants nearby.

Very affordable, with a surprisingly tasty continental breakfast featuring biscuits and gravy and New Mexican-style breakfast burritos. The rooms were nothing special, but were clean and well-organized. The location is also good - easily within driving distance of downtown Albuquerque and Santa Fe.

The blankets are heavy which is nice if you like that. The beds are on the stiff side but ok. The pillows are half pillows, not the full length normal size. The pillows feel like they're stuffed with sheets. There's a little cushion then they're solid. The free breakfast is minimal. Wifi signal on the back side of the hotel is bad. The fitness center is old but mostly works. Cardio stuff works except for the displays. The weight machine is functional. As old as it is, this is a better fitness center than a lot of "cheap" hotels I've been to.

The staff were exceptionally helpful. I botched my reservation on the Choice app and the front desk guy straightened out my mess (no small matter!) and helped us book an extra night we needed for unexpected medical reasons. I had really loused things up but he managed to sort it all out. Bless him. Breakfast was plentiful. To my husband’s delight, there were biscuits and gravy on offer and our adult son happily munched away with his headphones on. The pool was clean and attractive. We didn’t get to use it but the families that did seemed like they were having a great time. Lots of happy kids running around. Very pet friendly - we appreciated the poop bags as we had run out of ours and were dismayed. 😳

We had a decent experience at the quality inn. It's a convenient location off of the freeway. The woman at the desk when we checked in was very disinterested but every other employee I interacted with was kinda and friendly. Breakfast was decent and our room was clean. Good for the price.

Room was clean and nice. We just needed a place to sleep for the night. Front desk was upfront about what they had left for rooms. We ended up in a king room with a pullout couch. Because our children toss and turn, we put them in the bed and we took the sofa sleeper. The sofa sleeper could use a new mattress. We could feel every spring and bar in the mattress. However, we slept alright. Breakfast in the morning was simple and good.

Decent sized room and a reasonable rate. Room was a bit worn, but it was clean. Surprisingly nice comforter and towels. Only downside was that A/C wasn't running and room was very warm. Took a good two hours before it was a comfortable sleeping temperature.

Disappointed. Front desk clerk was unfriendly and simply rude. Neighborhood sketchy and we were concerned about our vehicle and belongings. Room was in disrepair and needs updating from everything from carpeting, mattress, paper thin sheets to electrical outlets. One plus- water was hot and plentiful in the shower😊.

It's a decent place to stay, has a nice pool area inside. Staff are mostly friendly. Rooms could use some tlc and TV service isn't great. Never cared much for outside room entry places. Decent free breakfast though.

Only good thing was the bed, it was comfortable. Had a room with 2 queens, one shoved up against a wall so one person climbed over the other or got out at the foot of the bed. The radio/alarm wouldn't shut off so I unplugged it. The high speed internet was 2mbps, and we were near the office. Had to run the air conditioning at 70° constantly to even get the temp down to 80. Ran the shower for 2 minutes to get any hot water.b Never again.

Room stunk something awful. We were on 1st floor. Rooms are accessible on outside. Which I wasn’t happy about. Carpet was old, dark and dingy. Beds had a dirty smell to them. Tv worked so that was a plus. Bad area. A lot of homeless. Felt unsafe. Could hear the people above us. Could hear people talking and being loud outside. Breakfast was coffee, cereal, eggs, biscuits and gravy.

I was very disappointed with this place. I have stayed here before and enjoyed it.The bathtub cracked and creaked every move I made. I was afraid it would fall through the floor. I was afraid to even use the Jacuzzi tub. Phone jacks would not hold the phone plugs. making it impossible to charge our phones. Breakfast was nice, but they were out of waffle mix. BUT!! The biggest thing was, while we were at the Balloon festival, they came in our room and cleaned it. There were no tags to put on the door that said do not disturb. I'm a diamond member and I have never had staff come in my room anywhere. Quality Inns have gone done hill drastically since the pandemic. I used to love staying in one. NO MORE!

Pros- cheap, clean rooms, and comfy bed. Cons- reserved 2 rooms and only one was ready when we arrived. Second room wasn't ready till 30 minutes after we arrived. Set us back on time. Also food was left in fridge from prior visitors visit. Also saw some roaches/bugs. But nothing big.

A great Quality Inn. Being surrounded by 6 other hotels keeps these folks cleaner and more reasonable than the competitors. Super breakfast and the lady monitoring the food and room was ON TOP OF HER JOB! I wish she was running for a federal political representative position.
