Stayed here for 1 night passing through. The location is very sketchy, lots of homeless people surrounding the outside gates. The rooms were small but had a fridge and microwave. Our top comforter was dirty - immedietly ripped them off. Super small bathroom and dirty. Breakfast was whatever, nothing to die for - couldn't take no food to your room. Only good things was the friendly staff and you can see your car from your room. But then again, sketchy people around so constantly checking our belongings. I wouldn't recommend, spend the more money to save you the stress.

This place was awesome! Front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, quiet, and well stocked with amenities! Our room had a safe, a hair dryer, a coffee pot, a microwave, iron/ironing board, and a mini fridge. All in great working order. Plenty of towels, plenty of cups. And something I've never encountered at a Red Roof Inn: ROOM SERVICE! I didn't utilize the service or even see the menu because it's a QR code, but considering they offer full complimentary breakfast, I imagine they've got some good offerings. The property is very well kept, landscaped, and SECURE. I actually felt safe walking to my vehicle at night. Lots of security cameras. They also allow dogs and have a small dog run. 10/10, definitely recommend this place to anyone passing thru Albuquerque.

All I wanted was a bath. The tub was dirty and had no stopper. I called the front desk. They said they would look and call back. No call back. I wrapped my socks together and made it work. Had black all under the underpart of the tub. I needed to soak so dealt with it. Very shady area. We watched a drug deal in the parking lot. The water was barely even hot. The room was okay. Next time, I will not try to save cash. I'll spend it and get a better place. The morning front desk people are lazy and rude. Would not stay there ever again. Also wanted a $200 deposit to stay. Takes them 10 days to get it back to you. I dont have money like that. As an added bonus my husband got Scabies from this hotel! We are absolutely appalled

We stayed for one night at the Red Roof Inn. We have a five year old service animal who is potty trained. When we left the next day, they did not tell us, but they added a $300 damages charge. I called the next day. The woman working would not tell me her name and lied about when the manager would be in. When I confronted her about the charge, she refused to listen to me. She told me there was urine on a towel and a chewed up paper plate on the floor. I thought it was pet friendly. We disputed with our credit card company and we do not pay for this minimal inconvenience for housekeeping. Do not stay here unless you want some unwelcome surprises and hostile environment for your pet!

Sitting in the lobby with blue haired bad attitude Jojo who claims she is the assistant manager but can not accommodate me or explain why policies are not posted. I checked In yesterday had to move rooms twice because they had blood on the sheets and hair in the beds …. Then she is refusing to give me my deposit until after 7 o’clock when I was not told that I had to wait … we are traveling for our honeymoon and she refuses to give me my deposit so we can get on the road even though I had no idea I had to wait until 7 or o would have done it with my card …. This hotel needs to be shut down and manager and owner live on property but refuse to come out and handle anything … I will continue to complain about this place until it is shut down

My son and I ticked in for a 2-day stay. First of all I will list the things that are good first and then the bad things about it. #1) The check in staff was very polite and very knowledgeable in regards to the online booking. As far as for the service staff five-star very helpful and very good at maintaining the cleanliness of the premises. The free morning breakfast was very good and was replenish when items got low. Now for the bad things #2) The rooms were very neatly kept and clean The problem was that while seated there I saw a huge and I mean a big bug crawling on the floor it was either a potato bug I don't believe it was a cockroach or some type of reddish bug. This didn't bother me but for those of you that don't like bugs I recommend you do not stay here. The swimming pool I don't think I would let my kids swim in it as it look like it green algae has started to set. The surrounding area well there's nothing but crack attics and plentiful ladies of the night. The location is dirty and I highly recommend you don't get caught in this area at night time. Most of the businesses around have been closed down all boarded up so that should give you an idea what's going on. As for recommending it I really can't recommend it to a family with kids but for adults well take a chances I don't think it's a dangerous area but I don't know.

Everything seems to be within 10 minutes, which was really nice. Location is in an unsavory area, I wouldn't be walking outside at night or leave anything of value in a vehicle. The hotel does have cameras and a fence to try and secure the area. The rooms are basic with older furniture. Everything was clean for us, besides the bathroom floor appeared to have been missed by housekeeping. Our beds were decently comfortable. Jojo at the front desk was the best, we loved her and her service.

Where to start. Bright spot front desk employees were great. Everything else screams terrible from the moment they ask for a deposit of $100 on top of the room. Then sign a piece of paper saying no guest are allowed. Judging by the area obvious what that means. Then there was the room, opened the door and looks like someone slung the lamp clock and everything else onto the floor. Cardboard and trash all on the floor. Then some random guy telling us how bad the area is. Then realizing the surrounding business need barbed wire and electric fences. Needless to say. I’m not sure there is anywhere safe to stay. Packed up, refunded drove 2 more hours in the middle of the night. Best choice you could make

I was very surprise with the inside of the room. The room are surprising ok. The area where the hotel is shady. I wipe everything down. I didn't find any dirty. So it's was pretty clean. It didn't smell too clean. The lady at night, Kimberly was so nice. I really like her. So that's why I gave 4 stars for service.

The room was very nice. The person who was working nights was sweet and kindm the breakfast was good, they had waffles, boiled eggs, toast, cereal, bagels w cream cheese, and juice(orange, apple) and milk.

I mean, I guess you get what you pay for these days. Staff was polite, no problem with check in. On the other hand, the room was really unimpressive and I don’t mean decor/aesthetic. The bath tub had hair from a previous guest still present after whatever “cleaning” took place. Bed linens were clean but the mattress had a huge sunken in hole from broken springs. The laminate flooring hadn’t been mopped in probably a long time. Bathroom vent was hanging from the ceiling. The “base board” was peeling off the wall. I didn’t really get a hot shower. Location wise, I wouldn’t advise anybody who is unfamiliar with the area and/or has children to stay here. While not on red roof Inn property, a few individuals (not guests) were drinking a case of beer in front of the establishments entrance. Two or more women were fighting, screaming, cursing outside my room at barely 7am, threatening physical violence on each other. I generally felt unsafe at this establishment. Maybe paying twice the amount of money for a room in the general area perhaps is worth it.

Clean, easily accessible hotel with large rooms. I booked a room with a desk but there was no desk in the room (just a desk chair). The internet was horribly slow. The mattress was hard. The hotel charges a $100 deposit even to credit card users (not a hold, but an actual charge), that is refunded 5-7 business days after your stay ends. Although this is a cheap, pet-friendly hotel, I doubt I will stay here again because of these issues. Overall it's not a bad place, but it doesn't meet my travel needs.

Checked into my room and there was a funny “feet” smell and being that this was the only hotel that had an available room, I ignored it. Once I pulled my cover back, two -bed bugs were crawling on the sheets. I am so disappointed at how the young lady at the front desk handled it. So if you’re looking for a room and want to share it with BED BUGS this is your go-to place.

Location, is not family friendly, tv didnt work, bathroom was nasty and seemed like it was not cleaned after the last guest, showerhead was somehow broken, so it was shooting 3 lousy streams. Was the worst place to stay in our trip throug America. And also pool was out of order.... Bed was comfy and clean.

Room was adequate. Pool was broken, laundry room was out of order. On the brightside, breakfast was pretty good, all things considered, and continued to be freshly stocked while we ate. Biscuits, sausage, gravy, self-made waffles, cereal, muffins, bagels, toast, juices, coffee, milk.

The bathroom in the room we had on the first floor started to leak from the ceiling. The leak started about five hours after we arrived. It eventually stopped but there was a puddle of water around the toilet. The front desk clerk was great and refunded the room charge after we determined we would not be comfortable staying in another room. The location is not in the best of neighborhoods, but this location does take dogs.

This hotel needs a major renovation. Its acts as a hotel and long term hotel. Loud tenants arguing and partying through the night. Room dirty on arrival. I walked to wal-mart and got cleaning supplies. No safes in rooms and front desk will not hold your luggage. Area is sketchy. Hotel should have a security person. Laundry room was closed and the exercise room is pitiful. Avoid until it’s upgraded

It's like a little bit of a little picture of you and I.💙🤌💨 It shows people's self dignity and protection within your own circle of life, gods given angels. 🥲🥵🥀😪😏 I think you the days when I was giving the chance to get to know someone there and then.. from falling in love for the next time around the energies of the skies in the stars and the very moment somebody took my life in god's hands. 🥵🥲🍂🍃 Oman fr. daisy daisy (dd)

We got absolutely no sleep last night, crack heads fighting next door and one pulls out the trash can and washed his clothes on the sidewalk at 2am banging on the door and screaming. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. It is a shame ABQ has such a drug problem and people here (not the staff) abuse the hotels and services like they do. No respect in ABQ. Big thank you to the front desk girl and to Johnny for a great breakfast in peace this morning.

No bad for the price. Breakfast didn't have many options and the space was a bit small for us to eat at a table. Our last day we did not have running hot water, which was very unreliable and inconvenient. Not enough toiletry items. Could have been better for the $100.00 deposit which was not in the description at the time of booking.

Check in experience was awful. Unexperienced, incompetent and unprofessional employees. Add a bunch of tourists in shoendals in town for a balloon fest. I was in the wrong place at the wrong time, granted, but I could have still gone without being yelled at, pushed around by guests, having my room taken from me to give to another guest when I was finally ready to gtfo and cherry on top was assigning my key to the wrong floor. Ya'll are goofy. Paid 3x the normal for my room, too, lmfao.

I travel for work with a large group, this property works very well for our needs. The rooms are fairly large and well kept, mine had a fridge & microwave in it. It looks like the bathrooms have been updated recently. The area around the property is a little rough, but in comparison to the hotels in the area this property offers a a very good room at a fair price! We will stay again!

This was the worst place I have ever stayed, my assumption was it would have been better than a motel. No. Pool as promised was not working, hotel lobbies and elevators a disgustingly dirty. Someone's TV was blasting all night through paper thin walls. It was like a hotel the projects. And grew up in them and the flashback was not pleasant.

The motel itself is clean and worth the money. It's not upscale at all, bed, TV, small fridge, the necessities. It got four stars because it's not really in a nice part of town. We passed the homeless encampment near the hotel and the hotel is surrounded by security gates. An ok place to stay but in a depressed area.

I’ve stayed in 3 different hotels during my visit back home. This one is by far the best hotel experience. Great breakfast, clean and friendly staff. The manager was always cleaning and he was very friendly.

My room was clean. The parking lot was secure but the neighborhood is bad. Don’t plan on walking anywhere. There were gnats in the cranberry juice. Breakfast was not impressive. One of the beds was worn out so my head was much lower than my feet. The other bed was fine. The pool looked a little green. Bring binoculars to watch homeless people at the bus stop. They are very entertaining. The entrance to the parking lot is a little hard to find. GPS wants you to turn in to a driveway that has a fence across it. The real entrance is on Menaul.

We had a one bedroom suite with two queens and a pull out couch in the living room. The over night lady offered amazing service and made us feel very safe and looked after. Waffle maker for breakfast. Perfect for an overnight stay.

We have stayed here several times over the years. Reasonable and has all amenities you could want as well as parking with trailers. It has never been a good neighborhood but gated with camera's. With that said, I will not stay there again. The room looked and smelled clean but after unpacking and being barefoot (always leave shoes by the door) I got in the shower and my feet were black. Had some water on the floor and used tge bath mat to wipe it up and it as nasty. Needless to say socks and shoes on the rest of the stay. 🥺
